He is a master of his craft and is genuinely passionate about what he does. She bleached and toned my hair to a nice beige like I wanted. Although $280 is a lot for me to spend, it looked great when I left the salon. Nicole said to think of it as an "INVESTMENT". Nine days later the pretty beige turned back to brassy orangy blonde after 2 washes - just like temporary color does. When I messaged Nicole she told me that their salon only gives a ONE WEEK guarantee. I wish I would have known that going in; I would have gone to a reputable salon.
