I was charged $5 extra due to the shape of my nails and $5 extra due to the length of my nails. This was on top of the $65 for the fill in. Nothing extra was done to the length or shape so I didn't understand why I was being charged extra. Then I was charged another amount for taking the gel off my feet. If I come back I will definitely ask them for the price upfront so that I'm not surprised at the end. Other than that they did a great job on my nails

Tony, owner of the family business is straight up about running the business. I remember when we met I brought him a 6-Pack of beer from his native land. He appreciated the gesture. My wife has used him before, he does a gOOd job. I really like they way her hands and feet looks once completed. Everyone in the shop is well trained and professional. I happen to connect with Lee who is the one I have chosen for my pedicures. She is strong and her massages are thorough. I tell her when she is done, that my feet look "brand new!" It makes her laugh and she takes her time when her work is recognized. We communicate with an understanding although her English is not the first language. I was one in the past to always pass on taking and moment to having my feet massages, nails clipped and feet scrubbed. But as my wife has said in the shop, "he puts holes in the sheets with those sharp toenails!!" LMAO - let's be honest, we all have been there but in this case, we as men have to step up to the plate and spend time grooming our bodies to lower the cost on sheet replacement (hah). Lee, my go to person takes her time and gives me the attention that is necessary to get the job done. If it goes after then what I anticipate, then I will let her know. it's that simple. The vibe is cool for the most part, I've learned the best time to go is in the morning. But that is of course, based on what my wife books and if I am available. I am heavy into music so I bring my headphones into the shop and tune out for those 60 seconds of feet pampering. They shop normally has a food show playing in the background like elevator music but it a lot of repeat of the same thing, so I zone into my deeper self. One Exception, businesses who give exceptional service and have 5 stars are growing at a fast rate towards perfection, it does not mean they are perfect. If you have a favorite technician working on your soles and things take a turn towards your tolerance level - remind them that you are not in a rush and prefer to move at a slower pace. Being the moment is important.

The pedicure felt extremely rushed and was unusually fast. The entire service took only about 20 minutes, for a full pedicure and gel polish. Just a few hours after leaving the salon, I noticed that the bottoms of my feet had started peeling and becoming sore(first picture). By the next day, my feet were red, painful, and the skin was peeling significantly. They looked and felt awful(second picture). I went back to the salon the following morning to show them what had happened. I was told by an employee that this was "normal" and that it happens all the time. I was then told to come back and speak with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager did not apologize, did not provide any explanation for what happened, and refused to offer a refund. I was left feeling very disappointed, especially because I had never experienced a reaction like this from a pedicure before.I was simply told that it was normal and to apply Vaseline. Since I was told that this type of reaction is "normal" and happens all the time there, I would encourage anyone considering getting a pedicure here to be aware of what they may experience. PLEASE be careful when choosing a nail salon.

I have remained extremely cautious during the pandemic, only ordering and cooking food, avoiding any outings that felt unnecessary and sadly that included any visits to the nail salon. My fiancé and I made the decision to elope given the scenario, and my future sister-in-law suggested having Labella Mobile Spa come over as a pre wedding treat. And yes- it was a total treat! Natasha was absolutely lovely, was so professional and so well prepared for a mani pedi on the go for us. Her service is genius, and although she didn't start her business thinking this would be the situation with the pandemic, it absolutely made a special milestone like getting married, get to be celebrated safely and cautiously with masks outside. She did an amazing job working while multi tasking with great conversation, and it wasn't awkward at all. Please consider using this service if you haven't felt comfortable going out.
