She is truly experienced in her skills with the scissor and you can tell just by watching her hands and how she works the comb and scissor like she have been doing it for decades. I have been coming here for 3 years and myself and my sons have NEVER had a bad haircut. The staff is friendly and lighting fast. Sure sometimes there might be a bit of rush, but it moves quick and is usually seamless. Can recommend for VERY reasonable prices and great service! read more

First time in, I went in around at 12:15pm. There was only two other gentlemen ahead of me, and two in the chair. Two ladies were there providing the services, they didn't welcome me or asked if I wanted a hair cut, but clearly I did and I sat and wait. 12:30 two ladies came in was welcomed in, but only one needed a hair cut. It was 12:40 and one of the ladies who provided the services, decided to skip the two gentlemen ahead of me and me, that's 3 whole people! No communication whatsoever so ever or explained why. One of the gentlemen ahead of me left immediately and I followed. They didn't even try to stop or ask neither me or the gentlemen why we are leaving! Cheap hair cuts, fine. Bad customer service, clearly not the first! Went in and wasted my time of waiting just to be skipped and overlooked. Never coming back. Super nice ladies when we were there on a Saturday around 11 pm. The lady that helped me was friendly, her work was quick, and she respected and asked for my opinion before making any major hair cutting decision. I chatted with her a bit and she told me that they took over the business from the previous owner but didn't change the shop name, which I thought was cute. The main hair cut price was $15 as of May 2023. I super liked the end result, and would definitely go back to this place next time. Parking was super super easy and plenty. New establishment. Just opened this past summer 2022. Probably one of the most affordable cut places you'll find in the area. Came on a Saturday afternoon and no one was inside. Fairly small but clean spot. They had 2 stylist readily available for walk in. Came here for my 2year old. I have to say I've been to other kid salons and they may not be as experienced since they're all all around type of salon men women and kids. They don't have those "cars" for kiddos to sit on. Rolled in on Christmas eve for a haircut and was thrilled with the service, timing and quality of the cut. It went so well, I went back 90 minutes later with our son and got his hair trimmed too. I was hesitant to try yet another new place but I decided to give Cute Cuts a try and I am not disappointed. Ann was very friendly and Tony (I think is his name) was also friendly. Their place is well kept, well lit and not cramped, and there was plenty of parking. Even with my vague instructions on how I wanted my cut, Tony(?) did a perfect job and he was also hella fast. $10 cash (+ tip), and you'll have the cleanest haircut in town. Brought my bf here for a drop-in on a Sunday afternoon, and he was taken immediately. Kind of a small location, but they have interesting style books and kids' toys if you're just waiting. 5 stars for his rave review - the most tender hands and detailed haircut he's gotten in years! She cleaned up the front and around his ears with scissors, and didn't nick him at all - he's left other salons bleeding when they graze over the moles on his head. We'll be back here for sure! Beware, she will make appointments and not keep them. I came on a Thursday around 3:30 pm and the operating hours said they were open until 5pm. The shop was obviously closed so I called the owner and asked her if she was open. She said she closed early today. She asked me if I can come tomorrow and we set a time at 2pm to get a haircut with her staff Tony. Tomorrow, Friday I come and Tony is already cutting someone else's hair. Later she tells me they don't make appointments. Then why did she ask me to come at 2pm? Her excuse was to change the subject and talk about how she wants to retire soon. I have been going here for a few years and I only get my haircut from Tony. He cuts my hair well. And he is the only reason I come there. Also, beware she does not take credit cards. She will say her machine is broken. I have put up with her because I like Tony, but it is not easy. read more

They don't listen, or care what you want. They hardly understand English or even try to copy the picture that you give them. A lot of red flags yet I stil went inside. It's dirty as hell, no A/C even though its 90+degrees outside, no shampoo service due to covid. I did not get the haircut that I had in mind. I tried to tell the hairdresser on the phone, but she wouldn't listen. I came in and showed a photo, and as Im explaining I can tell that she doesn't understand so I keep repeating myself and pointing and she starts chopping. At that point I assumed that meant she got it even though she never responded. I wanted choppy layers on my straight hair, and what I got was a bob on top with the rest of my hair hanging out the back. Its like a female mullet. I had to grab what i wanted her to cut to help it look decent enough to where Im ok to go out in public. She wouldn't have a conversation with me to understand what i wanted at all. She only spoke to complain that my hair is too thin. My old hairdresser use to cut my hair so it looked nice and full. This dry chopped my hair dropping it in my mask, my bra, my legs, my shirt. I had to sit on a towel from my car because i didnt want to sit on other peoples hair. It would stick to my legs since im wearing shorts and its 90 degrees in the shop. Hair was all over my shirt and inside my bra. She offered me a couple pieces of duct tape to get it off, but the experience was just so horrible. I was sweating to death, being combed with unsanitary brushes that had other peoples hair on it, my hair was being dry cut and i could feel some tearing out of my scalp. Everything in there smelled like wet dog and it was so hot and the haircut was so unprofessional I just wanted to leave. Not to mention the few insults that she threw at me. Im pregnant, so she's questioning if my bf works, and I responded "my HUSBAND does work, yes, and so do I, full time". Then later before I leave she asks me if I'm 18 years old?!?!??! "NO IM 24, and own property". I am just so offended and i feel ugly and dirty. I have to take a shower because she wouldn't even do a blow dry on my already dry hair. This place is super cheap. I need to find a nice salon where I can actually talk to my stylist and not have such a stressful, dissapointing experience. I want to pay extra for GOOD service NOT this. I wanted a shampoo, haircut, hair product put in, and a styled blowdry. Nope. Not here. They aren't worried about Covid because the whole place is filthy and theyll brush your hair with brushes with other peoples hair on them, and put dirty things on you. Extremely unsanitary place. No. Just. No. I had somewhere I needed to be, but now I can't go since I look and smell like trash. I could of done a better job at home with crayola scissors. Shame. read more
