I let the first bad hair cut go since we all have bad days. The last cut was done the day before flying out on a three week vacation. The cut was so bad that I have to curl my hair every day to make it look somewhat decent. When I retured I called and texted to let them know that someone needed to fix what was done. I received a text back after several days saying I could come in on 12/10. I was not told that I would have to pay for them to fix it. When I went in on the 10th I was told I should have called within a week of the cut. Well I was out of town and then they were on vacation.
