After reading some awesome reviews, I walked in to The Luxe Lounge to see about making an appointment and was greeted immediately and told I could see someone same day! Mirian was so kind and knew exactly what I was looking for. She was quick but very precise and I love the cut! The way she styles it made me feel like going out...And I did! And got lots of compliments. The ambiance is amazing, the music is fun and the staff is awesome. I let the first bad hair cut go since we all have bad days. The last cut was done the day before flying out on a three week vacation. The cut was so bad that I have to curl my hair every day to make it look somewhat decent. When I retured I called and texted to let them know that someone needed to fix what was done. I received a text back after several days saying I could come in on 12/10. I was not told that I would have to pay for them to fix it. When I went in on the 10th I was told I should have called within a week of the cut. Well I was out of town and then they were on vacation. I hope losing a long time customer was worth the cost of a cut.
