Great service from the barbershop. This is my first haircut from here and they had excellent customer service. As soon as I entered the barbershop I was greeted and welcomed. I got a haircut from Murad who was exceptionally gifted in his craft I came out the barbershop a new man. The beard ,lineup and the advice on hair was well thought out. Anyone looking for a barbershop this is the place to be! read more

I went here from a referral from a family member. I honestly kept being disappointed time and time again. I went several time because there are different barbers and maybe there was one that would cut my hair the way I liked. They blending was subpar and my sides would not be even. The guys would talk on the phone the whole appointment and would stop sometimes since they're focused on the conversation. I went here when the cuts were 25, then they shot up to 35 and the quality did not improve. I started learning to cut my own hair cause these places charge a whole lot of mediocre work The location itself it neat and well equipped but that's only impressive if the experience of the cut was amazing read more

I came in this shop with trust, because cut pros usuall had me in the hands of a good barber. This time however this big bead nga, ruined the back of my hair. I tipped this guy 5$ just for everyone in my wedding party to laugh at me. If. You go to cut pros, go to the one near winco read more

I have been here before and had decent haircuts but this time was awful. I always go in with a photo and they get pretty close. Hair looked like something ordered off of wish.com when compared to the photo I brought this time. The very unfortunate thing is I had a event and walked in looking like I got a $5 haircut. Cash only has been an inconvenience as well. read more

Tommy was fire! Got my hair trimmed when I was on vacation. If I lived in Washington I would switch barbers! If you need a quality cut, go see Johnny read more

Mohammed does the most thorough and detailed fade I have ever had done to my hair. Yes, he is quick, because he is skilled. I appreciate being able to get a top-notch quality cut in a relatively short amount of time. I get both the haircut and beard trim each time I go, and he keeps my facial hair looking sharp and stylish. The website and appointment system are easy to navigate and use. Definitely recommend. read more

A gem of a find. I walked in looking for a place for my elderly father to get a haircut. This place was busy in a good way. They were attentive to me as soon as I walked in the door and were able to get my dad in to get his hair cut within 10 minutes. Their shop is clean everyone was friendly. My dad was well taken care of. I will definitely bring him back. read more

Booked with Mohamed, and he gave me an uneven mid taper one side faded and the other not even faded. I can still see the guideline that was how bad it was, he barley took his time to cut my hair. 3/10 don't recommend read more

Ali is by far the best barber I've ever had. He's been cutting my hair for over 6 months now and every time I see him he always does me right. He remembers exactly what I want without asking and gives me pointers on how to maintain my hair better. My friends all recomendé him and I would do the same to anyone looking for a quality cut! read more

It was a really good haircut but in the middle of it the guy cutting my hair was saw something and showed it to everyone, even though I saw everybody laughing and talking about me in their language it was a good haircut read more

I brought my son to this barber shop for his special day. It's his birthday and we were hoping for his wish to come true and give him his dream haircut. But his barber treated him unkind, barely let him talk and ignored all request. He cut too much on the front and completely ignored the back. My son came out looking like little lad. This haircut truly ruined his 10th birthday. He's forever traumatized. I will never ever EVERRR tell anyone i love to go to this horrendous place. I wouldn't even wish this upon my worst enemy. so please save yourself, and never go to cut pro's barber shop. read more

Just moved to Washington and it was hard to find a good barber, had an appointment with Ali. He fixed my hair from a previous bad salon I went to, tremendous job! I will definitely be coming back here again, highly recommended to anyone here! read more

I've been going to Mohammed for about a year now and wether it's cutting my hair beard or my kids hair he has been very patient very kind and always a fun dude to talk to as well as watching him work on other peoples hair or other kids hair he's always working with a positive attitude. Along with his work working the website and putting my name for an appointment takes less then a min and is a great and intuitive way to make an appointment. read more

Decided to get lined up last minute before New Years with my stylist being already out of town. Called this place up and drove up there as soon as they said that they take walk ins. When I arrived I could instantly tell that this place is no joke. Ali took care of me when I ordered the Full Service package, which includes so many things that I lost track of what they were. Either way big props to Ali, he did a great job taking care of me and I will be coming back here again. read more

Rashid is the man, first time at this barbershop. He knows what he's doing and cuts to perfection.

My first time visiting this barbershop. It's hard to find a place that knows how to trim a beard. When I walked in and saw all the barbers had beards themselves and most of the customers too I knew this would be the place! Mo did a great job, thanks! read more

Had a 10am appointment booked. The shop was closed and no one showed up. I understand things could've happened and they were unable to open, but a call or email would've helped a lot. I cleared my schedule for this appointment. read more

Don't waste your time and money. The one who cut my hair was a waste. Did not understand simple word as FLAT TOP. This dude was totally unfamiliar with the tools. Please look for a professional. read more

All the barbers I've been to from Seattle to Tacoma, either cut my fade to high, too low, or they only know how to use andi's clippers and scissors are foreign objects. This is hands down the best place I've been to. Mohammed did what I asked and my fade was money. The environment was professional, got in and out quickly and my cut was on point. I'd give my man 6 stars if there was an option. Was nervous going in because it's a new spot but this place was legit. Yall got a regular customer. read more

I really love this place but the haircut I received from Abdullah today was unbelievable . Worst haircut I've had in years , the fade was completely uneven with little to no blend , the top is completely uneven the back is a half inch while the front is 2 1/2 inches to 3 inches . I asked for a light trim btw while my hair was still a good 4 1/2 inches . He got on the phone in the middle of my haircut with the next client who he then sped through the rest of my haircut for . I'd say he spent all of 20 minutes on my hair which is pathetic really , I wouldn't have wasted a year of my life putting myself through barber school just so I can end up with the skill level of a person who still cuts the neighborhood kids hair in my garage . A shame read more

Walked in with no appointment was helped right away. Very friendly guys good service. I think they are cash only.

I love the way i get a haircut all of the time. Every time im there Omar takes his time and cut it as special day me and brother are very very satisfy with him. There are another 2 guys in there and i been seen their work as well and they do a great job as well very recomendable read more

I'm not sure if it them off that a woman scheduled an appointment with them, but neither of the employees said very much to me. I have a Mohawk. It was already cut- I just needed my sides shaved. One of my biggest peeves when having my sides shaved is when long hairs are left near the Mohawk line that end up sticking up through my hair when I wear it down. The barber misses two big patches of hair right up against the Mohawk. The lining was terrible. My right side was about 2" higher than the left around the temple. Definitely wouldn't go back to this place. read more

Stopped here on a whim. This place is new so I didn't have to go on besides a few pics. Mohamed cut my hair, did it exactly as I asked, only he made it better than I was expecting. He did my sides and cut and cleaned up the hair on top. One of the better haircuts I've got. I look good forsure , no joke. The place has a nice design to it . Big tv in the shop. I'll definitely come back here, as I was looking for a place to rely on. Ohh and he did this all within 15 minutes, and it wasn't like he was rushing. He's just really good at his job. I can tell ,my hair isn't the easiest to cut(especially the sides ) but he blended everything together read more

Amazing service got what I wanted, great clean fade, didn't take too long, and very affordable highly recommended
