I have been here before and had decent haircuts but this time was awful. I always go in with a photo and they get pretty close. Hair looked like something ordered off of wish.com when compared to the photo I brought this time. The very unfortunate thing is I had a event and walked in looking like I got a $5 haircut. I brought my son to this barber shop for his special day. It's his birthday and we were hoping for his wish to come true and give him his dream haircut. But his barber treated him unkind, barely let him talk and ignored all request. He cut too much on the front and completely ignored the back. My son came out looking like little lad. All the barbers I've been to from Seattle to Tacoma, either cut my fade to high, too low, or they only know how to use andi's clippers and scissors are foreign objects. This is hands down the best place I've been to. Mohammed did what I asked and my fade was money. The environment was professional, got in and out quickly and my cut was on point. I really love this place but the haircut I received from Abdullah today was unbelievable . Worst haircut I've had in years , the fade was completely uneven with little to no blend , the top is completely uneven the back is a half inch while the front is 2 1/2 inches to 3 inches . I asked for a light trim btw while my hair was still a good 4 1/2 inches . He got on the phone in the middle of my haircut with the next client who he then sped through the rest of my haircut for . I'd say he spent all of 20 minutes on my hair which is pathetic really , I wouldn't have wasted a year of my life putting myself through barber school just so I can end up with the skill level of a person who still cuts the neighborhood kids hair in my garage . I'm not sure if it them off that a woman scheduled an appointment with them, but neither of the employees said very much to me. I have a Mohawk. It was already cut- I just needed my sides shaved. One of my biggest peeves when having my sides shaved is when long hairs are left near the Mohawk line that end up sticking up through my hair when I wear it down. The barber misses two big patches of hair right up against the Mohawk. The lining was terrible. My right side was about 2" higher than the left around the temple. Stopped here on a whim. This place is new so I didn't have to go on besides a few pics. Mohamed cut my hair, did it exactly as I asked, only he made it better than I was expecting. He did my sides and cut and cleaned up the hair on top. One of the better haircuts I've got. I look good forsure , no joke. The place has a nice design to it . Big tv in the shop. I'll definitely come back here, as I was looking for a place to rely on. Ohh and he did this all within 15 minutes, and it wasn't like he was rushing. He's just really good at his job.
