In doing so, they substantially damaged my Subaru Forester without any accountability. Before beginning this work, they should have located the vehicle's owner. Although I would have been very ill, I would have been more than appreciative of moving my covered car. After discovering the costly damage and having to contact Chris and explaining what happened inadvertently, giving the benefit of the doubt, Chris never returned any of the several calls I made in good faith. I was left paying the bill to have the damage to the top of my liftgate and the damage to the side of my bumper repaired. Unfortunately, even though Chris is bonded and has insurance, we will end up in court because Chris was not professional enough to handle his business and contact me. They had 4 people who came and efficiently worked for ~2.5 hours and got the job done quickly. I noticed they used safety harness and ropes when cutting so the branches would fall where they expected. Large chunks were also aimed to fall in safe areas and I never worried that any of our fencing, house, or surrounding areas would be impacted. Derek and team are very kind and trustworthy, I would definitely recommend and use their services again in the future. John took the time to advise us that what we asked for wouldn't yield the results we wanted and that we'd have have to hire someone to come out and trim the trees again earlier than necessary.
