We did get a quote for cheaper and one for twice the cost, but Joe was the best person and made personal connections with us, showed his care for the tree, was able to provide a contact to help cut up the tree for fire wood, and was clearly an arbor expert. They were both friendly and professional, and did an amazing job at a very reasonable cost. Brian climbed high on the tree and took off all the branches one by one and worked his way down to the trunk. Cleanup was immaculate -- Brian and Jamie left my backyard and driveway cleaner than when they first showed up.
