This review is long, long overdue. We were helped at both the Oakland and SF locations and found the folks at both locations to be incredibly helpful and accommodating. We got to take home different fabric samples to see what would work best in our space. We were able to customize the firmness and design of our couch, including arm shape, fabric, and length of the chaise, all for a decent price. We also got some pillows with matching fabric to complete the set. Special shoutout to the owners' sister, whose name had flown my mind, but who was super kind in kicking off the process for us and helping us think about the design and what would work best. Arrival and set up were super smooth, no complaints or worries about the product or the space being damaged. I'm including photos from when the couch first arrived. We've had it for probably 2 years now and haven't experienced sagging or dents in the seat cushions yet (we got the firmest foam). The pricing of my sectional was very reasonable especially at the size I bought (9.5 ft by 12 ft). Comparing prices with Crate & Barrel, CB2, West Elm, Living space and even Ikea - you will not be disappointed for the price and quality you would get here. On top of that, you get a 10 year warranty on the cushions if there's anything wrong or you're not happy, they'll work with you to replace them! And from there you can customize the size, fabric, legs, etc! Super convenient for apartment living and for old SF houses that don't typically conform to standard sizes. They helped us pick a style, fabric, and foam thickness that suited us. Even let us bring the swatches home to be sure it was a good fit. The prices were very reasonable for what seems to be a very well made product. It takes a few weeks to get the sofa but it was worth the wait. We love how our new sofa looks. I have lower back pain and I've had 4 different couches in ten years, each one never quite right and just not comfortable enough but thanks to Custom Sofa Co., we've finally have the best one. Every part of the couch was customizable. We picked the Telegraph design with Leslie linen fabric. We love the modern design and the fabric is incredibly cozy and soft but still sturdy and washable! Dom was so kind to let me borrow a ton of large fabric samples to take home which was amazing because it made it super quick and easy to pick a color and fabric that would be perfect for our apartment. It's always so hard to imagine from a tiny square swatch. Our couch took only 4 weeks to arrive and we absolutely love it.
