Yet, my dog with kidney issues, has not been doing well and not interested in this water whatsoever. I need to buy my dogs Mountain Hill bottle waters. Thanks Sprouts Market. So I have to pay for the machine $375 a month after a $1200 downpayment. Then add new filters every 3 months! Plus, they want you to run the water on hydrogen side 25 minutes. This I only learned after installation. Never a mention before. Have they heard of droughts? It's so depressing because I was scammed so bad by Erin, salesperson. Thought she was a new friend, instead she scammed me and disappeared. I even asked about a referral program like other water distribution companies. I'm so into health which includes water that I was thrilled to share with others and add to my career paths. Well, NOT this product. It gives you nausea and dry mouth. I really wish there was a resource to report them. To warn others. I wish I could turn back time to purchase from a reputable water source company instead and not this scam one. Shame on Spring Aqua. The second time, I started out asking about a big fancy water system that they would've made a lot of money on, but the guy on the phone pointed out two other options that were much cheaper and that I could do myself. He was really patient with explaining the different options to me, and I was impressed that he was willing to spend some time even though it was likely that they weren't going to do the install.
