Our family used Purified Water To Go in Kirkland for over seven years, but the customer service we…read moreexperienced recently was so poor that we cancelled our account immediately. My wife missed a single August payment -- an honest mistake -- but she paid every month afterward (September, October, November). The reminders they sent never said service would be suspended. No warning, no "final notice," nothing. Then our delivery was simply skipped. When we called to ask why, the manager blamed us and said, "It's in the terms and conditions," instead of acknowledging their lack of clear communication. For a loyal customer of 7+ years, this was not only unprofessional, it was disrespectful. When I pushed for a solution, he said he was "more than happy to start the disconnection process." A company that treats long-term customers this way -- hiding behind T&Cs instead of communicating clearly -- doesn't deserve our business. If you depend on reliable delivery or respectful customer service, I recommend looking elsewhere.

Spring Aqua WET 7 System: A Game Changer…read more From the moment we installed the Spring Aqua WET 7 system, it became a staple in our daily routine. The water tasted clean and smooth and we saw immediate health benefits. At eight months pregnant, I was struggling with relentless muscle cramps despite drinking quality spring water and adding electrolytes. But after switching to the Spring Aqua system, the cramps vanished within a week while drinking less water. I felt truly hydrated. Then disaster struck our home in Pacific Palisades CA. The Los Angeles fires forced us to evacuate, and we lost everything--including our Spring Aqua system--just weeks after getting it. Without it, my cramps returned within the first week, even with expensive spring water and added electrolytes. That's how I knew this system made a major difference. Through it all, Spring Aqua has been incredibly kind, doing what they can to support us. We're beyond grateful and can't wait to have this system back in our home. If you're on the fence about getting one, don't hesitate--it's been a game changer for us.

Also, pls know, they removed their customer service phone number. So no chance in talking to Kenny, the owner, or any other live person. The sales person who called me for two years literally disappeared once purchase was made. She assured me this was safe water for me and my dogs, knowing one dog need high quality water. Yet, my dog with kidney issues, has not been doing well and not interested in this water whatsoever. I need to buy my dogs Mountain Hill bottle waters. Thanks Sprouts Market. So I have to pay for the machine $375 a month after a $1200 downpayment. Then add new filters every 3 months! Plus, they want you to run the water on hydrogen side 25 minutes. This I only learned after installation. Never a mention before. Have they heard of droughts? It's so depressing because I was scammed so bad by Erin, salesperson. Thought she was a new friend, instead she scammed me and disappeared. I even asked about a referral program like other water distribution companies. I'm so into health which includes water that I was thrilled to share with others and add to my career paths. Well, NOT this product. It gives you nausea and dry mouth. I really wish there was a resource to report them. To warn others. I wish I could turn back time to purchase from a reputable water source company instead and not this scam one. Shame on Spring Aqua. Wish I did Kengan or the one advertised on Hallmark Channel. Buy your waters from a store before getting in deep with this mistake of a purchase.

The second time, I started out asking about a big fancy water system that they would've made a lot of money on, but the guy on the phone pointed out two other options that were much cheaper and that I could do myself. He was really patient with explaining the different options to me, and I was impressed that he was willing to spend some time even though it was likely that they weren't going to do the install.

This is the 3rd time I've had a whole house softener and filter installed in my home (3 separate…read morehomes, each with a private well). My wife and I really enjoy the feel of softened water in the shower, and the fact that our white clothes stay white. I sometimes hear of others who don't like the taste of softened water. With our first softener (1999-2005), we noticed a little something about the taste of our softened water, but in the 2nd and now this 3rd new one we only notice that the water is as good as any bottled water, with no unusual flavors or after taste. We bought our current home just over a year ago and did a complete remodel. After moving in we immediately noticed that our well water was staining and scaling up all our new bathroom and kitchen fixtures, as well as staining our white clothing. I searched the internet, read reviews, and decided to reach out to Pure Water Northwest. Their rep came to my home a few days later and was very interested in hearing my concerns and clearly discussed options and recommendations to get our water satisfactorily conditioned. There are many softeners available online and in the big home stores for much cheaper than what PWNW offers. Since I have a fair amount of experience with water softeners and know how to do basic plumbing, I was about to "DIY" this job and save some money, but after reviewing all the literature and considering warranty coverage when having someone else do it, I opted to spend more money and go with what seemed like a much better system. After committing to purchase from PWNW, they put me on their schedule and showed up when they said. The installation techs were very friendly, and obviously experienced and knowledgeable. I had fun discussing their tools and process as they worked and they didn't seem to mind me being around. It was very pleasant and straight forward working with PWNW, and my system is working as well as I had hoped. I think they do a great job and I recommend them. It costs double what a DIY job would be, but in the end it seems worth it, and if you can't do your own work, it's a no brainer to go with PWNW.

I needed a new dual shut-off valve in my kitchen for the sink and dishwasher lines, a relatively minor job, but the old single shut-off valve had failed and I couldn't get my dishwasher repaired until it was replaced. I wasn't sure of the exact part I needed and didn't want to DIY it under the sink at my age lol. Jonathan of Platinum Plumbing was completely helpful over the phone, and I texted him a couple photos of the existing hookup. He was able to get the part(s) and his terrific plumber, Baruch, out to my house within two days for the repair and replacement. Baruch was easily one of the most professional, courteous and expert service technicians who has ever come out to my house in 25 years of ownership. Perfect install. A pro's pro. I was completely impressed. I received my invoice with a couple days of the repair, a fair and reasonable price. Even their billing person, Pamela, was thoughtful and pleasant when I made my payment. I have had countless repair people in my house for various projects over many years. Some were not very proficient, friendly or professional. I'm happy to say that Jonathan, Baruch and Pamela of Platinum Plumbing are my new Gold Standard and I definitely will call them for any plumbing needs in the future.
