I ordered water to be delivered. Easy, right? Nope. I asked for delivery on Tuesday because of my work schedule, only to have the driver show up on Thursday and tell me I was getting deliveries that day no matter what i wanted. I asked for a top loading water dispenser and got a bottom loading one. This isn't a big deal, although being forced to rent it even when I don't need it is. Last, I asked for three bottles of water and received two. Yes, I realize 2020 has been a difficult year for everyone, myself included. Still, at some point you have to wonder what is going on with a company when they ignore all of your requests. Requests they asked me specifically as part of the sign up process. Very disappointing and as soon as I find a viable alternative I plan to switch. read more

Crystal Springs saw my review and told me to contact them via email. I did and big surprise - no one showed up; no one called and all the empty bottles and dispenser still sits on our front porch. I have asked them if I can bring all this to THEIR facility, but predictably there is no response. read more

There is a serious disconnect between the website and the local distributor and nobody cares. You order 4 bottles of spring water and they deliver 8 bottles of purified water. When you call in you talk to someone in another country who is powerless to help you despite assurances. I've been sent hundreds of dollars of the incorrect water that I did not order so now I am being charged late fees and also have dozens of empty bottles at my house because they continually drop more water than I ordered. It's an endless loop. So now I'm receiving late fees every month and threats of collections because they can't actually provide the service they supposedly provide. Look elsewhere for water. Complete waste of time. I'm now installing a water purifier at my home so I don't have to deal with them. Just to be clear, they operate under Primo Brands and www.water.com. read more

If I could rate Crystal Springs with a 'zero' I would. I used to use Mountain Mist, but they, and Crystal Springs were taken over by a Florida Company - Primo Water. Mountain Mist delivered to my home, despite it being a dead-end gravel driveway. They could have delivered to my mailbox area, on a regular asphalt road, but (generously) they used a smaller vehicle. Now, Crystal Springs is delivering. Or not! The driver is "afraid" to drive up the regular asphalt road, as well as because "our trucks don't reverse." Since I assume Crystal Springs vehicles do have a reverse gear, this means the drivers are not skilled enough to reverse. Crystal Springs option? They'll leave the bottles in a ditch at the bottom of the hill. I wouldn't have believed it if I hadn't heard it with my own ears! Bottom line: not about customer service, only about making money, taking the 'low hanging fruit' and dropping inconvenient customers. read more

Costco should fire this company. This is the worst company in the world. They can never stick to a scheduled date. They mess everything up on their app. I've been waiting a week for my delivery, and still no water. And now they have me scheduled out in three weeks. That means I'll go a whole month without water. What's the point of using them? read more

Beware if you select Crystal Springs (CS) in Burlington, WA for your office water vendor, because you will be likely to experience billing problems in the course of your transactions. Our office has -- for example -- had the wrong person invoiced, then service delayed (weeks! not days), then been forced to wait for their weekly billing cycle ( X 2 weeks) to get around to scheduling a resumption of service. Then, we are told "this Thursday..." but no driver arrives, we call again and get "next Thursday..." which means we have frequently had no drinking water for our clients or staff, so...we go to Costco and buy cases of bottled water to tide us over until CS finally gets it done. Caveat emptor!! read more

I mistakenly received a delivery of 4 very large bottles of water and a dispenser stand. I attempted to contact the company to rectify this. After 30 minutes on hold, I emailed them and started asking the neighbors if it was theirs. A week later, they repronded to my email. The person who placed the order cancelled it and requested that they pick it up. They were "unable" to do so for nearly 2 weeks. It was picked up today, but their driver left garbage lying in my driveway from the packaging. This is a very unprofessional company with poor (if any) customer service. If I were in the market for bottled water, I'd pass on this company. read more

This water company has TERRIBLE customer service. DO NOT use the app, they never get it right. If you change or add anything it never gets taken care of. I wish there was another option on Whidbey! read more

Terrible company to deal with. Decided to get water service through Costco. They offer Primo brand...they are also Crystal Springs and every other brand on the West Coast. Setup water service for a Wednesday. They comfirmed the date and time. Wednesday came and went with no water delivery. Went on the website and they had me scheduled for Wednesday with nothing in my order. Also had my recurring delivery set for every Monday. No call. No email discussing a change. Went and got my own water at Home Depot, by the same company for the same price minus the delivery charge. I then spent over an hour with this company trying to cancel my service. Kept getting passed off and then nobody would answer. Called a total of five times. Completely unacceptable. I read the reviews on Yelp and tried to avoid Crystal Springs because of them...only to find out Primo is the same company! Best bet is to go get it yourself and avoid dealing with this company at all costs. I think they have a monopoly on the whole West Coast, though. Costco, if you are reading this...they are making you look bad! Dump them! read more

Crystal Springs has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. Missed deliveries. A driver who refuses to bring our water down to our house. Despite the supervisor saying there is no reason not to. The driver just refuses and is never held accountable. Messages for managers are not returned. If you can , find another business to buy your water from. read more

The customer service is horrible, like many have said. Not talking about the local drivers/route managers. Talking about the corporate billing office. They have huge problems. They can sure bill you in a hurry for THEIR mistakes, but after much time trying to rectify THEIR mistakes, and they admit they are THEIR mistakes, 'oh you will see a credit on your card in 4-6 weeks'. BS. Totally maddening. Then the accounting manager had the nerve to tell me to call the route manager to fix mistakes created in the office, like it's my job to do so. Just NO. I feel bad for the workers at the local levels being run by this corporate nonsense and inept management. read more

We used Crystal Springs at our apartment while we were building our house. Service was great. We could leave a note on an empty bottle that said "-1, +0" and the empty would go away and we wouldn't get a new, full, bottle. Perfect. We could leave a note that said "-1, +2" and we would get 2 full bottles. Etc. Delivery was always on the day it was supposed to be, etc. Then we moved. They skipped the first 5 or 6 deliveries. I got the emails "your delivery is today", but nobody would show. This went on and on until I was finally able to get someone in customer "service" to do something about it. What they did was deliver 6 full bottles that they put out by the corner of our garage, not near the front door. After that we would leave an empty with a note "-1, +0" because we had so many fully bottles for some stupid reason. But EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. a full bottle was left. Regardless of what I did. So I skipped several delivery days until I had 5 or 6 empties, then I left them out knowing that no matter what I do, I would get a single fully bottle. I got 4. It's been more than 48 hours since I contacted them again and I have heard nothing. I'm switching to any competitor I can find. Absolutely terrible customer service. The worst I've dealt with, with the exception of True Built Homes who are straight up evil. read more

Worst. Customer. Service. Ever. Delivery and service were fine until the last two deliveries when the water tasted terrible. Tried to get a credit for the undrinkable water and ran into a customer service nightmare. You cannot cancel online. They do not respond to emails or the "Contact Us" option on your account web page. Over two hour wait time to call customer service; no joke. Incredibly difficult to cancel service. They make it so hard to cancel on purpose. What a bunch of jerks. UPDATE: After two hours on hold with customer service I finally got to speak to someone... who said they cannot cancel my service and put me on hold to transfer me to the cancelation department. Another 45 minute hold time. Two hours and 45 minutes to cancel water delivery instead of allowing you to cancel online. UPDATE #2: After all that nonsense the D Bag delivery driver left his trash in my driveway on his final stop picking up the water bottles. Congrats on being a piece of crap. read more

This is so weird. CS sent me an email survey. Then directed me to online reviews . I am shocked everyone gives them 1 star. I have had them for about 3 years thru Costco and haven't had one problem. I rarely leave reviews, so this might get filtered, but felt I need to chime in about my perfect experience. read more

One star for clean water. Scheduling is a nightmare. When they initially delivered the bottles & cooler, they just left everything outside the garage without any calls or notices. And then when I finally cancelled their services and I scheduled for them to pick up the cooler & bottles, they did not arrive until about a week after. They keep telling me to wait the next day after another. Ugh! read more

I have been with Crystal Springs for 15 to 20 years and this last year the service has been TERRIBLE! If I could I would put 0 stars. My deliveries have been sporatic at best or not at all. I have even been charged when no water was delivered. I have called 6 times this month with promises to deliver and no deliveries. I am tired of excuses and "so sorry". I just want my water. This was happening before Covid and tired of that being an excuse. I feel they have a monopoly in these rural areas. Someone please start a different water delivery company for rural areas in Snohomish County Wa. read more

Nope! Called set an appointment up for 2 weeks in advance they took money out of my bank account withing minutes. My appointment date came for a water dispenser and I took the whole day off of work. Was told my service guy would call and give me a smaller time frame than 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and I waited for 7 hours! Called 3 times with promise someone was going to call and never got a call! The 3rd time I called the lady said "oh it was rescheduled for early tomorrow morning" after she argued with me they had until 5 p.m. to show up!! Lost a lot of money in daily wages! Was never contacted nor did anyone even care! Then they expected to just show up the next day without notice or even letting me know the appointment was switched until after 4 p.m. the day of the appointment! Like I could just take yet another day off of work to wait for 8 hours! And then when I told them to give my money back they had the nerve to tell me 7 to 10 days!! This buisness is a joke! I could of spent 1/3 of the money and an hour of my time running to Walmart or safeway and just bought a water dispenser. If this is their crappy service and I'm not even hooked up yet I dont even want to know what kind of trouble I'd have to go through in the future!! Save yourself the trouble and get on amazon or just buy from the store! These people have no idea what good customer service is!! read more

Customer for well over 10 years.. Our business has been having issues in recent years with items being delivered which we never ordered, but the issues reached a new level when we watched the delivery driver this week drop our stuff and then OPEN HIS FLY AND PEE IN FRONT OF OUR BUSINESS in the middle of the parking lot by the wheel well of his delivery truck. Are you kidding me? I am tempted to post a still shot of the video clip I have saved of this, but I will refrain and hope that we can find contact info for the local center these trucks come out of so we can send it directly. I am still in shock. How unprofessional and also unsanitary. Back to the ordering issues.. Even when orders are changes to an item being delivered every other delivery it always goes back. When we called to let them know about the issue the gal argued with us saying "we did order it, because it was on the account." Only one person, myself, every touches the account and I brushed off what I felt we delivery time frame glitches in the past, but not its actual unordered product being delivered and charged to you. One of the unordered items was a case of canned beverages which had clearly been sliding around a floor for months or more. The bottom inch of the can printing had disintegrated so when you touched it all easily rubbed on to your hands leaving nothing left on the can. Gross. Even if someone else had ordered this it shouldn't have ever been delivered to someone in the condition it was. When we had a new cooler unit delivered the guys there that day were really nice, but I am just not sure what is going on with deliveries now! read more

Dropped one on our doorstep without making any kind of appointment. Had to set up ourselves. Wouldn't pump water. Called to request repair or replacement. No appointment was made, just given a day. Signed up through Costco. Needless to say worst mistake ever. Yet to get what we wanted. It took them three weeks to deliver a dispenser and water bottles. After lots of back and forth and hours and hours on the phone. Finally got the dispenser only for it to be broken. Then today was suppose to be my new delivery for my water. Water bottles are still sitting outside empty. No show of the driver. And apparently my next delivery isn't scheduled till 2 weeks from today. Are you kidding me it's summer we drink water hence we wanted a water service. Worst company ever. Terrible customer service. Can't believe Costco is supporting this company. read more

I do not recommend Ordering water through Crystal Springs. Not only is customer service difficult to deal with, if you have a long driveway your water could be left at the end of your driveway. I signed up through Costco and let the salesman know I was not available to receive the water dispenser and water for 1 month. He said that was fine and he would put that into his notes. Shortly after I signed up I began receiving numerous calls to schedule a delivery. Even though I explained to them that the salesman at Costco told me it would be fine for me to schedule my delivery a month out (due to my busy schedule) they continued to call and threatened to discontinue the service that had never even started as they said they had a certain period of time to make the first delivery or my account would cancel. After numerous calls, I finally scheduled a delivery that worked with my schedule. After my first delivery I was told that my water would need to be delivered at the end of my driveway because I have a long driveway. I am 60 years old and had originally ordered water service as a convenience. I am not able to roll a bottle of water down my driveway. I am more able to put a bottle of water into a cart at the store and roll it 20 feet from my car to the house. Crystal Springs was not convenient for me and their customer service was also not helpful. If you live in a rural area, I do not recommend signing up for Water delivery from Crystal Springs as it is very likely that it will be less convenient than simply purchasing water at the store. PS. The hours yelp has listed are not the hours for the Burlington location. They are the hours for customer service located in Florida. read more

If I were able to give a zero star review I would, but I suppose I did get water I could drink out of this deal so that must be worth something. For the last two years, every time I have been forced to interact with this company it has been an exercise in futility at best. First and foremost, there is Kevin, the delivery driver. Condescending, inconsiderate, and with customer service skills that would make a DMV employee uncomfortable, Kevin should be held up as a shining example of how NOT to do one's job. From day one, regardless of what I have signed up for through Crystal Springs, Kevin has taken it upon himself to decide what my water needs should be. Drop off only the water I have asked for and nothing else? Nah, that's not Kevin's style. But who knows, maybe he thought I looked extra thirsty. Some months he feels it necessary to drop off less than what I've asked for, even though I am billed for the full amount. And how was the experience of trying to get a refund for those undelivered bottles of water I paid for you ask? Well, it's been three months of complaints and denials so far, so I will update when it actually happens, roughly around the time I expect I'm hospitalized for a ruptured aneurysm. I don't know, maybe I'm being too hard on the guy. Maybe it's my neighbor's fault for not putting up a sign that expressly states she would appreciate it if Kevin wouldn't drive on her lawn every single time he uses her driveway to turn around his big, shiny truck. And maybe when he told my neighbor who gets her water delivered every two weeks that he was only going to do it once a month because that's what I changed to and it wasn't worth it for him to come all the way up the hill "just for her", maybe he was just trying to save the environment. Maybe he really isn't a pathologically lazy individual who hates his life and takes it out on his customers, even though his job centers entirely around customer service. Crystal Springs obviously has some reason to keep him employed even though my eight year old daughter could maneuver his truck around our yard with more skill, and with an accurate delivery count to boot. So if you want inconsistent water delivery, a rude driver, and almost nonexistent customer support when you have a problem, Crystal Springs is the company for you. Myself, I have some lemon juice to pour over my papercut while I search for other water delivery companies in my area, which is way better than having to deal with Crystal Springs of Burlington. Caveat emptor! read more

Signed up at Costco, was told I would be contacted by Rep within 3 days. No Contact. I contacted Customer Service, and they reply by saying my initial delivery is on a friday, from 8-5ish, which was the very next day. Can't do that day, I have a job. I rescheduled for the following Monday, took the day off, stayed home all day - NO SHOW, NO CALL. Again, I email Customer Service, complain, and the next day the rep calls. We agree to 7:30 the next morning (wednesday - 10 days after sign up), and he showed up. I was also informed that my deliveries would be once a month, auto set to 4 bottles each time. WRONG AGAIN. I log into my account to see it's every other week, 4 bottles at a time! I change to one bottle at a time...fine. Water delivery scheduled for March 1st. Then they changed it to March 2nd for some reason. Fine. So I set my empties out, all day and all night. NO SHOW! I log in this morning, and my scheduled delivery is now March 15th! I am NOT HAPPY AT ALL and I think this is the worst service I've ever had. We are returning our machine and what's left of the water. We have not paid our first bill yet, and we do not intend on doing so. We will pay for the two bottles we've drank, but that's it. Buy your own machine and go to walmart for your water. read more
