Custom poker chips came out exactly as I envisoned. Order was processed and delivered very quickly.

TERRIBLE! It was not made aware that they ran out of my chips until two weeks after I placed my order.

I ordered a custom poker chip set on 12/6/25 when I made the order was told it's take 5-10 days. There have been no updates on my order. I have reached out to customer service twice no response. No communication and no order updates. I am concerned they may be a scam that just takes people's money but provides no product. I will be working with my bank to get my money returned. read more

First order was OK. Quality was ok not great. We needed another small batch, paid for better print quality and express delivery. I reconfirmed with them, was told that the order would arrive on time. After the tracking showed no movement, I contacted them again. They promised to overnight it (it would be late already). The package had shown NO movement. We have used them in the past and had mixed results - good quality but order was severely shorted. This year for our club poker run, I ordered chips from them on 04/14. There was a single email from them and I answered what I thought their question was. No additional communication and I had missed a question on the email. I started calling and emailing two weeks after I placed the order and got Zero response from anyone. I even sent messages through their website. I FINALLY reached someone two weeks ago on a Wednesday, answered their questions, agreed to a chip color change and was told the chips would reach me by the following Friday. Got less than half the order and had to threaten them with a lawsuit to get our money back for the balance. read more

One star is generous. To make this easy we had 2 large order of chips made for our charity and have 5 problems. First it was the lining was off , then it was dirty and scratch chip to they wear our after a month in your pocket. I was promised to have a update order by Friday at the latest and they didn't arrive till after the event. When paying a lot of money the least y'all can do is make sure the quality is up to par . Ordered 5 custom made poker sets. It's been 3 weeks since I received them and 4 out of the 5 were severely damaged to the point of being unusable. Sent over pictures of the damages as soon as I received them and haven't gotten a word from them. I constantly call and keep getting promised a tracking number that never comes. This place is a joke. No offer of discount for the GOING ON ONE MONTH NOW AND COUNTING wait time and miss handling of my order. The custom playing cards I paid 200 dollars for I assume aren't even made yet and have just considered those a loss now. I ordered and paid for a custom poker chip to be included as gift for our family golf outing. I ordered in time to receive the product. When the product did not arrive in the allotted time I called and was told that the product was in "packaging" and was going to be shipped and that I was to receive a call back. I never got a call back. I called the next day explaining that the event was not at my location and that I would be traveling and needed that item. I was asked to give an address to where I was going. I provided a valid family members address. The item never came. From then on I have called and have left voice mails and never get a call back. At least they could respond and give us the money back. This is the worst customer service and online purchase I have ever encountered. Not trustworthy or responsible at all. Very disappointed on several levels. read more

So disappointed, I have previously ordered from them twice with a great outcome but this time the order went off the rails. I sent my art work in March 29 and received it back and approved it and completed the order on April 1 payingfor the order. After 11 days of hearing nothing I contacted them and was assured the order was processing. Over the last 10 days I have called every other day and been lied to multiple times and approved the art work a second time. Finally canceled order and did receive refund. Custom Made went above and beyond to get them done and delivered within three days. They were very good at communication. I received the chips today and they looked fantastic. I had ordered poker chips through another website for my wife's 50th surprise birthday party. However, the other site never sent confirmation and were impossible to get a hold of. So, I called CustomMadeCasino and told them my situation. They were incredible and were able to get us the chips just in time for her birthday! Chips are great quality as well. read more

Extremely disappointed in Custom Made Casino's inability to follow instructions, and provide advanced information such that it might have prevented an unfortunate end result in poor execution. I had sent countless proofs to guide them on how to properly execute our artwork, and not only was it never followed, but more so was never given advanced information as to what their true printing capabilities were. I have spent countless hours sending emails and phone conversations doing my absolute best to guide them on what needs to be done and yet it was as if I was talking to a wall. This could have been an enjoyable experience as I advised them that there were additional orders that I wanted to place and yet when things went south I felt as if my business was unimportant. Shame on me for not reading the Yelp reviews beforehand as I never would've done business with this company. Stay away. Their customer service is horrible. read more

Custom made casino is amazing . I'm planning my my wedding at mandalay Bay in Las Vegas and I saw in their package that I could have custom poker chips made, but their idea of custom is very limited you can pick from four different patterns and the poker chips were very expensive and not high-quality so I got online and did some research and came across custom-made casino I thought a give them a try .putting all my information in at about 11 o'clock at night and when I woke up in the morning I had my virtual proof . still a little hesitant about the quality but I thought I'd give it a shot for the price when I received the poker chips I couldn't have been more pleased these things are awesome the quality the weight of the poker chip everything was perfect I have already placed my next order. I ordered 100 printed poker chips online back on 8/31/2021 and my credit card was charged right away. I received a USPS tracking number that same day which I thought indicated that my order was being printed and would be shipped soon. My order was never shipped using the USPS label. I sent a email to their support contact and also inquired via chat and was told that my chips were lost so they would be reprinted. After a few more day, still no order was shipped. I then sent another email and chatted about this and was told that they need to reprint my order. I then received a UPS shipping label on 9/16 for delivery on 9/17, but again, my order was never shipped using the UPS label. I received a call from Kathleen who tried to tell me that my order was shipped and I had to explain to her that all they did was print the label and UPS still has not picked up my order or that would clearly show in the UPS tracking app. I have never seen a worse vendor or customer service in my entire life. Contacted custom made casino to make a large order of chips, they were very responsive and got a proof out to me quickly. There were minimal changes that needed to be made before we went ahead with the order so I emailed cmc the changes...waited a few days... no response. So I called the phone number on their website during their stated business hours, and no one answered the phone - all 3 times I called. I've also left messages on their voicemail but haven't gotten a response. I don't know if possibly this business is shut down? Very frustrating as I've wasted over 2 weeks trying to work with a company that doesn't have the decency to respond to an email or phone call. read more

My friend's birthday was fast approaching and as a last minute gift idea, I wanted to purchase poker chips with a picture of a barn and his name printed across the chip. My friend likes to host poker games in his barn that he had remodeled for entertainment purposes, so it was personal and hopefully, an original idea. Horrendous Customer Service; numerous calls and emails and they never respond. awful.

I ordered numerous times from them and each time there were chips that were misprinted. They would add extra to my next order to cover that loss, which was fine as I sell a lot with my brand. The last order I received the black/white chips were black/yellow'd white. My logo was white so they looked horrible and I couldn't resell them so it was a complete loss. They're response to me was "we can't control the color of the chips, sorry". No offer to replace them or refund. I was out $200. Lesson learned, I will not do business with them again. read more
