One - their two week estimate to start job went to 4 weeks. They show up one day unannounced. They "complete" the job in one day but leave parts undone and didn't notice they left trash stacked on the side of the roof. They left it that way for over a week or more- texts and phone calls went unresolved. Horrible communication internally between Dave (owner) and work crew. Office staff screwed up the invoice. Workers tear off fascia then only to knock on my door realizing they can't even match it?!? I can just keep going.... Hope to god what they did isn't as unprofessional as the work on the roof-I worry the roofing done was rushed.
