The only reason I did not call him out on his rude and disrespectful manner was at that time I did not know if anyone else in town had access to Simonton products. I developed a leak in December 2024. Not from any of their work, separate issue. I asked them to come take a look. They couldn't come immediately, but were in constant communication until they could come a few days later. They addressed the issue and inspected the rest of the roof to make sure that everything else was still nice and tight. Couldn't be happier with their work.

My roof had been severely damaged and another company had replaced it but did a terrible job. I got their name from my cousin who had said they were really good and honest. He was right! I had gone through a couple of companies that simply failed to show up to even provide an estimate. Since 2019 to today, they have made repairs on my NEW 2018 roof a total of 4 times. (Each time in a different spot.) They've also replaced both of my doors and even done some interior work for me. I sued the original roofing company which dragged on for four years. During that time, any time I had questions or needed anything, A-Team Exteriors were always there to help. They have been very fair in their pricing and once I can afford to replace my roof in its entirety they will be the ones to do the work. I simply won't trust anyone else!
