Where do I start? My 27 yo home was distressed with dry rot in many areas, including a 3 window built-in bay that had to be completely torn down and rebuilt from the foundation and up. Well, not even Lowe's wanted to do the job. J&T's crew readily accepted the job and in one day had completely torn down the bay and a new one built with the new windows installed (see pictures). I was so impressed with their professionalism and expertise, that in addition to the siding and windows, I had them install a new porch door with built-in blinds , French doors with built-in blinds, new garage door and opener, gutters with gutter guards and new vinyl rails for the porch, including solid vinyl wrapped porch columns drilled into the porch for added security. My old columns were hollow and not secured to the porch. Also had a new Rheems water heater installed. All rotted wood was replaced with new wood and wrapped in vinyl/metal. All windows were re-framed and heat sealed. The crew arrived like clock work, 8am to 4:30pm every day. All work was finished in 3 weeks. Nothing was rushed or compromised. Being retired, I had the pleasure to see the house transformed each day as I watched the crew work. I've taken about 700 pictures from day one to the end of the work. The house now looks like a completely newly built home thanks to Shaun's crew at J&T. My neighbors are even impressed with the job done. I am very thankful to Jerry and his experts for transforming my home. It was reasonably priced (more work than Lowe's wanted to do, but half Lowe's quote.) If you saw the home before (the before picture was 5 years ago- the dry rot was worse than the picture shows)and after, you'd see the vast improvements that were done not just in looks, but the unseen repairs and upgrades.
