Then came the big gushing blowout and they installed a very efficient tankless on-demand system. They did it seamlessly, coordinated the work with the gas company, and best of all did it affordably! They are all gentlemen, asking if there's anything else that needs attention and cleaning up when the work is done. I'd recommend them for any large or small jobs!

Turns out the RPZ valve had burst and water was running everywhere for a day or so. Kristen called several plumbers and due to weather conditions couldn't commit to getting out today, January 4th. I had shut off the above ground valves to the RPZ and water was still shooting out. Seth, Owner, at Pipeline Plumbing was working feverishly and had Eric respond to Kristen's home. Eric was quick to assess the problem and resolved it in short order. He was as professional, knowledgeable and efficient a representative of his company as a boss could want. As an aside, one of the "other " plumbers who didn't know when he might get out told Kristen she needed to make up her mind on which plumber she wanted. In fact and I quote, he said, "one way to piss off a plumber is to start calling other plumbers. " Really? In an emergency you want the most dependable and reliable. Thankfully, the other guy didn't get the business and the better company did. I'm a big fan thanks to Seth and Eric and will be calling them when needed and recommending them to my friends. On Friday, 05-10-24, I knew finding someone would be difficult and likely impossible. I received "first available service dates" from next Tuesday to the 20th! What a huge blessing to have found DEPENDABLE PLUMBING/HEATING AND AIR SERVICES, LLC! From the initial call with Mrs. Shawna, who was so sweet and understanding, I knew our prayers had been answered! She told me that Mr. Michael would return my call and within 30 minutes he did! They're both animal lovers and knowing that our sweet Tucker was suffering along with us touched their hearts and Mr. Michael was at our home within 45 minutes! He quickly detected a leak and absolutely no Freon, within a short period, we could feel the humidity and heat starting to subside, Heavenly relief! The total charge was very reasonable as they absolutely saved us from having to find a hotel room for the weekend at the very least. They could have easily charged us an exorbitant "emergency call" fee, they didn't. They're a local business (actually two businesses, the plumbing operation is their son-in-law's). You're not dealing with a huge impersonal corporation, you have an honorable, honest, and kind family-operated business who really cares about you, your furry family members, and our community!
