The guys were the best. They cleaned up a big mess which helps an old lady a lot. Great response beyond the call of duty. And they were fun. Carol Besman 1305 Nun St 28401 read more

This company was wonderful. They sent a technician, Elijah who was most professional. He explained what needed to be done, gave me an estimate and completed the work in a timely fashion. I loved that I was notified when he was on his way to my home. Excellent service all around from speaking to the main office to the technician. Fabulous! read more

This firm is a complete rip off! My daughter had a water line leak in her garage that took 8 hours and nearly $6 thousand to repair. Use any other firm but this one! read more

Great experience. Arrived on time. very professional. Identifies my lighting issue and fixed it

Ethan was very helpful and fixed my dads air conditioner. Ethan was professional and ensured I was updated frequently as I was away and he had to contact me via text / phone. Thank you very much for the great service read more

My technician Kibarake did a thorough job of inspecting my A/C system and made suggestions on how to make the bedroom cooler due to the exposure of the morning sun. He was very polite and respectful. read more

Michael Sanchez just performed our air conditioning check. He was professional yet personable. We will always request him.

Price is fairly high Quality of work for this job seemed good The work to unclog lines under and behind Kitchen Sink. Was not an easy job, I think, rerouting plumbing to avoid very old cast iron and make plumbing accessible under sink if clogs do occur. Elijah did a good job with the work. Was efficient. Was some difficulty with scheduling and this was the third set of repairs on this sink (I think) with this company. read more

The technician Steve was very thorough and professional. He reviewed with me what he did and any recommendations as well. I highly recommend this company! read more

Zac did a great job, very professional and efficient, highly recommend him and this company.

I tried to get them to give me a price to install a new dishwasher. A straightforward install. Remove the existing unit and install the new one. They wanted to charge me a "dispatch" fee for someone to come to assess before they would quote an install price. This couldn't be any simpler, just give me a price to hook up a couple of lines and the electrical. The house is in perfect condition. This interaction makes me feel that they would use this a blank check to overcharge me. read more

They do a great job and it doesn't take them long to diagnose the problem!!! We also bought the service plan with them to make life easier. The service plan has already paid for itself!! Knowledgeable staff that shows up on time! read more

Came very quickly and took care of us! Very friendly and quality work! Highly recommend them.

They are very professional and did a fabulous job. It was easy to make an online appointment and they came out right away. A door mat and house shoes were used to keep our home clean plus they cleaned up after themselves so all was left clean. He explained every step of the process and gave me hints for the future. They are top shelf and top dollar. An excellent service with friendly servicemen. Thank you for your kindness and skilled service. read more

2 years ago I had them replace my Hvac for $17,000. I was ill and asked them to fix my toilet that kept leaking into the tank. They sent a non english speaking person, that was laughing any time we spoke and he wanted to replace the complete setup that we had. I told hime that we just needed 1 part, the flapper that was not sealing against the drain. A 3 to $5 fix. He said that the toilet needed to replace the whole setup and he wanted to charge me $450 to do the work. He was still laughing and he couldn't communicate and continued laughing. I told him to leave which he did. I was very ill but foud a spare flapper and replaced it in less than 5 minutes. This experience with Michael and Son was an event fraught with fraud and will never use or recommend this company for anything again. Thank you for your judgment to report to the community the good, bad, and ugly. Poor return service and bery expensive. DR S read more

The representative was fantastic!!! He found out it was a wiring problem. Thank you very much for your help!

The technician who goes by KB was very polite and friendly. Would recommend this company for good customer service.

Terrible and arrogant customer service rep. He peas persistent and argumentative when I called to pay my bill. I will be canceling my contract and looking elsewhere. read more

Our plumber was very efficient in resolving our blocked drain, but I was surprised that he only offered one method to clear our problem. That method was equal to the lease payment on a Lexus. The price was the price regardless of the time spent. 10 minutes or three hours. It would have been great to have known that prior to the call out. In the end he finished with about 1:45 on the clock. We know up front that this company is a bit pricy, but in this case I felt we didn't have any options, it being 3:30pm on a Friday afternoon. read more

Ian was super helpful during our plumbing inspection and recommended a fix for the tub that definitely helped.

Needed plumbing services for a leak on a Sunday. Elijah arrived within 2 hours, opened up the wall, and found the leak. Also replaced outdoor faucet that was connected to leak. Very thorough, cleaned up everything. read more

Lance came out this morning for our annual services and was very efficient. Prompt arrival, great update, and details.

Fan on furnace was not coming on ...there tech definitive diagnosis was new a new fan motor ok I excepted the fact of a expensive repair job in the a.m. since he said p " can't get part tonight" schedule to come back in morning...he packed up and did my bill for service and I paid it...now he leaves..5mins later friend call and said there a fuse on the side of newer units no tools involved check to see if loose and how about that vibration kind of loosen the push to lock fuse .. but my thing is the tech doesn't no this and could have checked it first it's on outside of control box ...I have ask for my money back for miss diagnosis and wonder how many thousand of dollars companies make for bad diagnosis or repair tech not being updated on units they repair...I was ready to pay for the repair tomorrow..but thanks for reaching out to others I was saved...hope this review helps someone else read more

Technician are always great and scheduling easy and prompt. Would recommend Michael & Son

Fantastic service, super high prices The service was excellent. Ian was the best. The price was outrageous comparatively. if I had more time, I probably would have gone elsewhere, it was easily $400 more than I needed to pay for a simple service. read more

I'm good at what I do but HVAC, electrical, and plumbing are not in my wheelhouse. M&S are prompt courteous and their work has always been quality. I won't say they're the least expensive. But in my experience the fact they do good work arrive on time and don't have to come back makes the price worth it. Ian my plumber today made short work of the problem. Would call him/them again. read more

Called them at 7 PM on a Sunday night with the HVAC down. They had someone there in less than two hours. More importantly, the technician correctly diagnosed the problem and had the unit up and running in less than one hour. Big shout out to technician Brian! From the person answering the phone to technician Brian diagnosing the issue and getting it running... thanks very much! read more

I had Brian Dickensheets come out to give me an HVAC tune-up. He showed up on time, did a very efficient walkthrough of everything with me, gave me on the spot recommendations for everything as it is as well as things I could do to make it better. I think it was well worth the money having him come out and ensure everything was running smooth. He did end up having to replace a capacitor that was pretty much on its last leg so while that did hurt the wallet a little, he gave me every bit of reason to trust that he knew what he was doing and was being honest with me. I'll definitely come back to M&SS for home maintenance. read more

A friend recommended this company after I got sick and tired of the home warranty company I use kept doing BS repairs with several visits and several charges each visit instead of replacing with new. Michael & Son is incredible! They have been perfect in every area, providing visual pictures with their assessment reports of my home issues as well as polite employees who provide excellent service. They show up when they say they are going to show up and call ahead to let me know when they are arriving. This is one of the few remaining vendors who actually provides great customer service. Thank you Michael & Son! read more

Did a great job resolving the problem! I would highly recommend them. The representative they sent was very knowledgeable as to the issue.

Thus far, I've used M & Sons often. I have a home care policy that covers multiple systems without breaking the bank. Techs are professional, punctual and resourceful. No, services aren't inexpensive, but problems are solved, things get fixed including electrical, heating and air and plumbing problems. M & S has repaired several items in my 20+ year old home. read more

Worst service ever. They installed the havac system wrong in February then so that was a 2-3 day coming back fixing then they placed the sticker wrong so inspection could not be completed. Also they made me give a payment option just to send someone out and they just installed the same week very disappointing. Once they finally came back to fix that the inspection was completed 2 weeks later. EVERY MONTH SINCE. Michael and Son have been to my address "fixing" something from the zoning board to god knows what one time the sent a technician out and he clearly had no idea about the system. We refuse to pay for a havac system with this many problems so they were supposed to send a credit for 1 month of service but I had to reach out and come to find out they weren't able to pay the company so they sent a check in the mail. No communication what so ever I was supposed to receive a call yesterday but you guessed it STILL NO CALL. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO A ENEMY! They also send "trained professionals" then when they get here they tell you they have been working on hvac for 20+ years BUT these new systems are different....even the manager said "I trust Steve but I would like a second opinion" WAIT WHAT?? You sent a emergency repair on Saturday no fix we sat in a hot house over the weekend then Monday afternoon you send someone and they just add coolant comical UPDATE 11/9 Still the worst service ever still having problems with the unit they have come out to my house twice in a week due to heat not working this is a patch job company will be getting this removed and going with a new company you also have to reach out to them for updates you would think if there was a problem with the service they provide you would be priority but maybe the are helping other customers who are having similar issues nonetheless terrible experience! Update 11/17 broken again I WOULD BE A LOSER TO CONTINUE USING THIS SERVICE! You would think 12,000 would get you a unit that actually works! Guess not Wish i could give 0 stars! read more

I have used Michael's & Sons for A/C service and they were knowledgeable and fair, not seeking to upsell or charge for unnecessary maintenance on a new system. Recently had an experience with a plumbing service where our disposal was leaking. We just had our kitchen redone two years ago so we felt sure it was minor or a warranty issue. The M&S repair tech said the disposal was shot; needed to be replaced; was one of the cheaper models; and the bill would be $973 dollars. Found the model we have is one of the better models from my plumber brother who has been in the business in another state for 20 years. Found there was nothing wrong with our disposal and all that happened was the securing screws vibrated loose. It was fixed and is working fine by reinstalling the securing screws. Worst part is my wife showed the tech one of the screws not knowing what it was and the tech told her "like I said, it just needs to be replaced." Worse than incompetent. Closer to fraud. read more

We had a plumbing emergency and called Michael and sons and they came within 24 hours and promptly fixed the issue. Ryan S. Gave notification that he was on his way and arrived on time.
