She had nothing else to offer except to 'sorry, you have to pay the difference'. She did not offer to hold the item and soeak to the manager. Once I took the dress home, I noticed the dress was missing over 30 sequins in very visible places because they had been glued on. When I tried to return it within three hours of buying it, despite the website stating that she will accept returns, the seller was very rude and refused to accept the return. She stated that returns were only for online orders, which is stated nowhere on her website. She should not have a written return policy that is a misrepresentation of her actual policy. She offered to replace "some of the missing beads," which is a terrible offer. Why would I accept a partial repair for a $2,000 dress when her workmanship was of poor quality in the first place? The sequins would just fall off again! She also told me that I should have checked for the missing sequins myself! The seller is saying if she sells you a defective product, it's YOUR problem and you assume the risk, which is a horrible business practice. When you pay thousands of dollars for a dress, you expect it to be of good quality. She offered at most a $400 refund, which is unacceptable. She also accused me of trying to make a profit because I was unhappy with another dress I had purchased from a different owner, which honestly made no logical sense as I was just trying to receive a refund for a dress I had barely worn and purchased a few hours before. I highly recommend that you avoid shopping here. The dresses might look nice on first glance, but are made cheaply.

After picking out a few styles and sizes to try on, Whitney showed me to a changing room and said she could look for additional sizes if I needed them. I found a set I really liked and asked Whitney if she would give me her opinion on how they looked, since I was shopping solo. She confirmed that the fit looked fine, so I set off to the racks to find additional colors in my sizes. When I was having difficulty locating an additional pair of pants, Whitney checked the back for me. Although they didn't have any in stock, she said it would be easy to look up the style number on their website to order additional pairs. She also noted I could choose to have them shipped to the store or home, depending on my preference. Checkout was very easy, although their machine required me to swipe my card rather than inserting the chip or scanning my watch. The prices were reasonable for everything I needed. I loved all the different colors and sizes they had in stock. Whitney provided me with excellent service throughout my visit. Although I'm hoping these scrubs will be a one-time purchase to get me through the rest of this school year, I know where to go if I need more in the future!

Instead of paying New York prices for alteration, I brought my dress to Brittany because there's just something about getting that gut feeling knowing you can trust someone with one of those important life events and one of a kind garments. She ended up doing a French Bustle on my 12-layer dress, adding boning to the top, bringing in the bust, shortening the dress by quite a bit, and switching out the skirts zipper for grommets and ribbon to allow for weight differences if I had any. When I returned for my first fitting, everything was perfect... there was no need for multiple trips, I took my dress home at our 2nd appointment! Talk about efficient and then her flawless work... no one would ever know my dress was altered, it looked like it was made for me specifically. I also had her alter my mother's dress which included shortening and adjusting the top to fit her shoulders better, my mom took her dress home the same day as I did. I can't recommend Brittany enough, seriously, anyone I hear that needs a seamstress especially for weddings, I rave about her customer service and beautiful work. Oh, by the way, her shop is adorable! It's spacious and welcoming, farmhouse chic and she has a bunch of wedding dresses and flower girl dresses available in shop to try on and/or purchase.
