The sales process, project management, and installation folks as well as the scheduler were all excellent to deal with. They answer your questions and give you excellent suggestions. They don't nickel and dime doing their best to please you. I particularly like the salesperson and project managers who were still there to answer and help even after the sale and project was completed. The product (Owens Corning) seems to be as advertised. I love its modular design. The so-called experts say "high end" is using dry wall to match the home. What if you have plumbing problems? The basement requires access. And you want a product that handles humidity. The Owens Corning provides this and more! Go with the best using common sense would be my advice.

The great thing about Dan and his team is even after the construction was done he still answered my calls and has come back to do several additional projects years later. Most recently, Dan and his team finished my basement. It has been 8 years since the initial renovation and I am still super happy with the work and quality! What really sets Dan and his team apart is they listens to their clients and hears their request and concerns. We had one minor setback in my project and Dan's commitment to resolution was impressive. In my experience, no project is 100% smooth so knowing that Dan and his team can overcome the snags is HUGE to me! If you're looking for skilled professionals who deliver great results and truly get your vision, I highly recommend Aureli Construction. You won't be disappointed - they exceeded my expectations!

Ian took the time to talk on the phone when I first reached out about the project and the scope of work. He even reviewed some drawings I had done of the space and pointed out some things to think about for the layout (such as if we moved the fridge, we'd have to make sure we could access a water line for the ice maker). Ian met with us at the house to talk about the project, and we engaged Ian and IDR shortly thereafter. All told, the renovation took about 4 weeks, which was a great timeline and we are very pleased with how it came out. Ian was responsive, polite, and overall a pleasure to work with, and his subcontractors were polite, unobtrusive and cleaned up each day. We were fortunate in that we had a clear vision of what we wanted (which made the design process easy), but Ian truly helped bring that vision to life and thought of ways to make it better that we hadn't thought of, all while never being pushy or disrespectful.
