I have taken my clothes to this cleaner for several visits now and will never take any of my clothes there again. Just a couple of the issues that I have experienced: I had two shirts, one $185 and the other $235. Both had thicker than normal buttons. I took them there right after buying them and they came back with the buttons cracked. I have tried working with them to replace them of which they finally did...took a couple of months as the buttons had to be dyed. I have worn the one shirt only a couple of times and the last time I got it back from this cleaners, the top button was completely missing. So they replaced that button of which they ripped from the shirt in the first place. I have just received these shirts back and now the other shirt had a note saying they could not remove the stain from the shirt. I sent it in to them without any stain, and I get it back with a grease stain on the chest of the shirt and a nice note saying that they cannot remove the stain. Each time I talk with the people at this cleaners, they constantly have an attitude and are not willing to make things right. They act like I am bothering them, when in fact they are ruining my clothes that I have entrusted them to clean. I have other shirts that they have also broken the buttons on as well. I will not use this cleaner ever again, nor would I recommend anyone else to do either. read more

This place is by far the best cleaners I have been to this far. The staff is wonderful. Abe is always available to help me even in such short time frame, he makes the impossible become possible. Shout out to Ignacio better know as "nacho" for getting my slacks available for me even when he was super busy due to the early morning opening. Also thanks to Abe's mom for getting my son's clothes dry cleaned within 1 hour from dropping them off. First time customer and I can honestly say that I won't be using any other dry cleaner service from here on out. I was greeted in unison by two well put together ladies. I had a TON of stuff! Anel quickly helped me organize my jackets, from pants and explained the difference between laundred and dry cleaned. On my way home I recieved a phone call from her. They found a hole in one of my pants and wanted to make sure I knew about it which I didn't . I decided not to have those cleaned. I needed the items the next day and I was in a pinch as I got called into work early! They actually offered to deliver them to me! Great service, super friendly people who greet you with a SMILE and a hello to anyone and everyone who walks in the door. I wish I could give them more stars because their customer service is like no other around town. They do a great job with all my dry cleaning. From uniforms to linen, everything comes out looking great and the price is very reasonable. I'll bet I'm in that store less 3 min to either drop off or pick up. This is huge! We are all busy and shaving just a little time here and there off of otherwise chores means a lot! Even when they seem to be busy, they insist on helping me carry my bags to my vehicle-every single time. I have nothing but great things to say about this business and how they treat their customers. After a bad experience at another cleaners up the road I found Custom Cleaners and was quite impressed with the reviews so thought I'd try them out. Not only are the prices good, but the staff are soo nice! The gentleman at the front desk even started calling me by my first name when I came in which felt awesome. I had a hard time trusting the guy, Abe. Seemed like the pricing they quoted to get me (customer) in the door and what they actually charged me were different. Obviously, it could also have been just miscommunication, but i encourage other customers to do the math and question the pricing. They did a good job with my clothes though. Moved into the area a while ago but kept using my cleaners in Markham as i was there for over 20 something years. Decided to try Paradise as it's just around the corner from my condo. The owner was very friendly and notified me they do pickup and drop off. Will probably take advantage of this in the winter as that's a great service to offer. I recently moved to Irving from Sugar Land, TX. The significance of a dry-cleaner that you have faith in cannot be understated, so along with a search for physicians, and a maid, I began looking for a cleaner. I read all the reviews and drove past the ones near my home (I live on Las Colinas). Customer Cleaners had the best reviews by far so I gave it a shot. I was not disappointed -- neither with the quality of the results nor with customer service. Their entire crew -- and I've been going there for over a month, at least once each week -- are polite and professional, and always assist me with my clothes to my car outside. As for the clothes, get this, they put a collar guard on each shirt, the cuffs are plastic-clipped to the front to avoid dangling around -- all very professional. I've gotten my shirts/trousers regular cleaned, and dry cleaned; I've been happy with the results each time. I wanted a reliable cleaner since I have decent shirts and I didn't want any accidents happening to my collection and Customer Cleaners are great. read more

DO NOT GO HERE..... Plenty of other options in the area... I went for a year... Never had one problem. I work in Corporate America so dry cleaning is essential! 5 years going in Atlanta not one incident! So two weeks ago I pick up my shirts and two of my shirts have holes in the forearm area. No big deal till I asked if they would see it(Not replace the shirts) owner says I have to pay cause my elbow caused it and had A Google article to reference! They agreed to sew the shirts without a charge! I go today 2/26/16 and two new shirts now have holes in the exact same area with the exact circumference! These shirts were perfectly fine in my possession so I pay what I owed and said thanks I won't be back! Then I believe it's Abe or the manager begins to text me, insult me and has the nerve to talk about my size and the shirts being too fitted( these shirts are loose on me since I've lost weight). Calls me dense and basically big.. Then states I threatened his staff and says next time I do that there is going to be a problem! Mind u the staff working there was so understanding and this manager called to try and salvage business from such a threatening customer.... Be aware... This has happened more than once! See Google reviews...I work in a very professional Fortune 500 and I know what great customer service looks like and I know I would not be texting customers trying to dignify mistakes with a Google article and insult to make matters worse... In the end there's plenty of dry cleaning services... #LookElsewhere read more

With the reviews this place has, I expected to be walking into the best. dry. cleaner. ever. ... Turns out this place is just average although they do charge above average prices. On top of that, Ihe customer handling needs some work. I had a sweater that had some holes in it which they charged me to dry clean. After receiving a message from them, I called back and told the customer service rep to go ahead and fix it. I came in a few days after that call, but the sweater wasn't done. That's OK. I'll come back later in the week. Anyway, I needed to leave a shirt that needed a button sewed. Went later in the week to pick it up and it looks pretty good; however, I look at my receipts and looks like I was charged twice to dry clean this sweater. No biggie, I just won't be back. Honestly, yelpers. are you all getting paid? ...because I want in. I was on the fence between 2 and 3 and went down to 2 to counteract y'all. read more
