However, I made the mistake and took my Teri Jon silk/wool blend suit to C Cleaners for cleaning and they completely RUINED MY SUIT!! If they didn't know how to clean silk/wool blend maaterial they should have said so! I have had this suit for many years and have had no issues with having it cleaned. Terrible. 3 times now they have "lost my clothes". My husband went to pick up clothes today and they said to pick up on Saturday (today is Friday). They once again could not find them. Was my first time at Hackberry Cleaners, but it will not be my last. Upon walking in I was warmly greeted by the gentleman behind the counter. I told him that I wanted my blazer cleaned. He asked me if it was my first time here and I told him yes. He asked because they offer a discount to first time customers. I noticed that there was a sign that said to use a credit or debit card there was a $10 minimum. I told the gentleman that I would return with cash as my total was going to be less than that. He told me that it was not prepaid and my jacket would be ready tomorrow as they clean everything in house. He was so nice about everything and I told him that I would be back soon and with cash. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Both my friend and I tried with cloth damaged, and the customer service is awful. If you got time or curious, I left the details below (with my personal experience). ______________________________________________________________ I used the dry clean services for over 6 months, and it was great, until my sweater got destroyed here on a wash load I sent in 7/31/2021. When I first pick up my sweater, it was shrinked, and the sleeves sticked together (cannot separate them). The first confronting conversation, the person performed the procedure told me that he followed the steps, and it just happens. However, I have this sweater cleaned here as well as at other dry cleaners, and never had the issue before. So I left the sweater with them, as they said they will try to restore it to the original state. One week later, I called them to ask for a status (no one called me in between), and they said they restore it. So I went into the store to see the result, and the sweater was in a kid size. As I am not satisfied for the result, they asked if I want them to reorder my cloth, or give back money, and I chose the cloth. At this point, no one mentioned that they would refund at least the cleaning fee for this piece. During the next two weeks, I have called multiple times, everytime they say they are talking to the owner, and it got approved. I have sent them the link to reorder my cloth, even found them one with discount at the moment. Then the person on the phone said she will go ahead and processed it. A week later, nothing happened. no call, no feedback, no status update. So I went to the store, and she said she has been busy, so no time for ordering, blahblahblah, then I said, it has been a month, with nothing processed. I called today again (a week after she said she will be ordering RIGHT AWAY), and she said nothing has been processed. And acting like she never confirmed with me on the product. After over a month of active communication from my end, I never received a call from the owner, and they will not provide any detail unless you contacted. HOLES!!! Ruined my cashmere sweater. Odd, tiny black litter/specks debris along the fold of the sweater where it lays on the hanger and around the holes. The plastic bag had some of the tiny black specks on it also. Yvonne was so rude, immediately made up excuses to deflect blame. A 2nd sweater had the same debris on it, but did not have holes. "You get what you pay for". I've been using this place for quite some time now, and lately it's gone downhill. I've never had an issue with any of my shirts being cleaned here, until recently. I had a shirt come back missing a button, and a red spot on the cuff. I don't tear buttons off my shirts and the stain was not from me - I've actually seen similar stains from this place on my shirts, but this one wouldn't come off. I brought this to their attention, and they said they would fix it. Still charged me to press the shirt - and to boot - I'm still missing the button! I didn't realize they never fixed the button until this morning when I put the shirt on. Drives me up a wall. I've also had another white shirt with a weird red stain around the cuff - like it was dipped in red water or something. They cleaned that too, but charged me for the "cleaning" even though I didn't wear the thing - I even brought it to them with their purple paper tag still on it from the last time! Another thing; they have lost all of my steel collar stays. I bought a bunch because I like them - I stuck them in my shirts. Without fail, my shirts come back missing the steel collar stays! Drives me insane! AND just today I notice one of my shirts was missing a plastic collar stay! I hate having to look for these when I'm getting ready for work!!! For the most part, shirts come back to me unharmed. I don't give them heavily-soiled shirts; just my shirts I wear to work each day. They're not even dirty, I just hate ironing them. This place is borderline acceptable, because they're cheap, and convenient for me to get to when I go to Kroger's. I'm getting a little tired of the random stains and missing buttons. It's really inconvenient when you pack a suit for a wedding only to find out that the shirt you packed is missing a button. * ARG * and on the shirt I'm wearing just now - the button on the sleeve is CRACKED - like broken in half or something! I am new to the area and have 50 office employees that require dry cleaning regularly. In searching for a cleaner I found Hackberry. Their website says open until 7pm Mon-Fri. I arrived at 6:08pm to drop off my first load. A man inside their door looked at me and mouthed "we are closed" with a throat cutting gesture. Hackberry has always done a great job with all my dry cleaning. I take my pants, blouses, and skirts there and with the 25% walk in discount I end up paying only $4.53 plus tax for each piece. The people who work there are professional and friendly and handle my clothes with care. Sometimes if I have a button that is broken or about to fall off I am pleasantly surprised when they fix it for me. They are quick and do a good job. Highly recommend this cleaners. Also they gave me my own dry clean bag with a VIP card, so it makes it easy for me to keep my laundry organized! The best part about this store is they have a night drop box. Even though I work near by I still can't make it there in time before they close, so I can just drop it off in the box and my stuff will be ready the next day after 5 PM. read more

Worst place to get your clothes dry cleaned or washed. They tell you one price and then charge you different. Then when you try to contest, they say the manager is not here and you can try to contact him the next day. I have tried for a week now and can't get a hold of the manager. On Friday we dropped off the clothes, and the woman who was behind the counter was incredibly rude, we had a coupon for 50% off and that was before reason we decided to try them out. They don't any of their prices up, and they don't tell you any in the prices for the dry cleaning services they provide. She told my husband that she would be giving him 30% off, which was not what they had advertised in the coupon they sent out. My husband was in a hurry so he dropped off the clothes, and Saturday, and as soon as I walked in, the guy tells me that it's going to be $16 to get the dry cleaning back, I told him about the 50% off coupon but he was incredibly rude towards me and made a snarky comment telling me that she already gave him 30% off. I told him that the coupon that we had, was not for 30% off, it was for 15% off. And that they needed to honor the coupon that they put in the mail. He refused, telling me that the ticket had already gone through the system, and that he could not give any further discounts. And I told him that was unacceptable. He would not assist me any further, so I went outside and got my husband. My husband went inside and talk to him, they eventually gave us the 50% off, which made it $12. And the total was originally over $30, which is ridiculous if you consider that we only got two shirts dry cleaned, and one pair of pants. Our regular drycleaner does all that and another pair pants for $11. Which is very reasonable. We had taken a chance by going to a new place, but we will not make that mistake again. DO NOT BRING YOUR GOODS TO THIS PLACE! I brought in 3 coats to get dry cleaned and the buttons tightened on a Tuesday and was told it would be ready in a couple of days. When I went to pick them up that Friday, they charged me $48.00 and the buttons were not tightened. I was told it would be fixed over the weekend. I went to pick it up on Monday and they were not ready and was told it had to be taken off site to have the button fixed. I was told they would call me when it was ready. Hackberry Cleaners has never returned my clothes in the same condition I left them. Until now, it has been minor issues such as missing buttons, and I've let it slide. However, most recently, I had a pricey navy and white button-up pressed at this location, and it was returned to me with the navy bleeding all over the white. I've had this shirt pressed and dry cleaned multiple times at my regular dry cleaner in McKinney with no issue.
