The pastel rainbow, flowers, butterflies, soft pink and green details, and the "Welcome Baby Girl" lettering all came together perfectly. It was elegant, sweet, and whimsical without being overdone. It honestly became one of the centerpieces of the entire shower, and we received so many compliments on it. Beyond her talent, Christina was just an incredibly wonderful person to work with. I came to her on a relatively quick turnaround and with a budget I needed to stay within. She listened to me, worked with me, and was extremely accommodating throughout the entire process. There was never any pressure or difficulty--just kindness, cooperation, and a genuine desire to make sure we were happy. What impressed me most was how humble she was. Christina is clearly very talented, but she carries herself with such kindness and sincerity. You can tell she cares about her customers and understands that these cakes are attached to important moments in people's lives. This one certainly was. We are preparing to welcome our baby girl, and this shower meant a great deal to our family. Christina created something that fit that moment perfectly and will now be part of our memories and pictures from that day forever. I sincerely hope Sweet Arts continues to grow and thrive because Christina deserves it. When we first sliced the cake, the center was visibly dark, as shown in the photos. My wife paid $120 for this very small cake, and for most people, $120 is not an insignificant amount of money. My intention is not to bash the baker or the business. I am simply sharing my experience and the actual condition of the cake we received so that other customers can make an informed decision. What has been most disappointing is how the situation has been handled. In my interactions with the owner, I have not felt that responsibility was taken for my concerns, nor was I offered a resolution to make the situation right. Instead, the responses have felt defensive. As a customer, I believe concerns like this deserve to be acknowledged. Sometimes a sincere apology and a willingness to address the customer's experience can go a long way. Again, I am sharing the updated photos for transparency. People can look at the pictures, read about my experience, and make their own decision.

I watched the two employees make my order, but there was no greeting, no eye contact, nothing. They just called my name when it was ready and that was it. When I got home for family dessert, I noticed a few issues. The presentation wasn't great, and some of the cookies weren't even made right. The strawberry shortcake had one strawberry and barely any crumble on top. The peanut butter & jelly ended up being just a plain peanut butter cookie with no jelly or filling at all, which was disappointing. The chocolate chip was good, like always, and the brown sugar Pop-Tart cookie was easily the best one out of the box. The only real reason Crumbl is convenient is because there are so many Crumbl locations in the Central Valley. I honestly wish an Insomnia Cookies would open up out here -- it'd be nice to have another option, especially if their cookies are better.
