I could not be more disappointed with this company. If I could give 0 stars I would. I called them because of a leak in my building and this is the company my Strata deals with. Since they had already come in to investigate a leak, I asked the employee if he could fix a slow drip I had in my bathroom tub faucet. He told me he needed to replace the cartridge in my tub faucet to which I agreed. He then left for over an hour (for which I was charged) to find the replacement part. He was able to fix it and left. I later received a bill for over $300 for the cartridge PLUS two and a half hours of labour, when he had only been there for two. This put my bill to repair a leaky faucet at well over $500. I was never consulted on how expensive the replacement part was. Had I have been, I would've never agreed to it. I could've bought a whole new faucet for that amount. After complaining, they reduced the cost of the part by 10% and rectified the extra half hour I had been unjustly charged, but my final bill was still a ridiculous amount to replace a cartridge in a faucet.
