The trainers are very personable with each customer that comes in, you get a customize workout each day. I love coming in the morning and they ask what do you want today? If I know it's going to be a tough day at work I ask for a circuit workout with a timer. I I'm look for some different but lite, I may get intervals. There's never a shortage of the various types of exercises that you can do so you don't get bored. The trainers are always coming up with new challenges as well as new meal plans. When I go in in the morning it's between the hours of 6 to 8pm (45 minutes) and I'm never there with more than five people. Attending this gym benefits my mind, body and annual physical check-up numbers.

With Mike it was anything but. He didn't make promises but he also told me that there was hope. After a year working with him my posture has improved dramatically as has my strength and mobility. I love the big windows everywhere which allow for a ton of natural light to come inside. I also enjoy using the indoor/outdoor green space on the bottom floor which has a garage door that can open and close depending on the weather. Very nice during Spring, Summer and early Fall. I never feel like I have to wait for equipment to free up, and they do offer complimentary towels at the front desk upon check-in. This athletic club is on ClassPass and I typically just purchase gym time using a couple credits or I sign up for the circuit or conditioning classes.

I was looking for strength and stamina and started out with small-group training with Karen. I've been doing the same group training for two years now. Karen is amazing at what she does. Not only does she create challenging, varied, and--yes!--FUN workouts, but she gets to know each person in her class so well that she knows when to motivate you, when to give you modifications, and when to push you. She is always researching and trying new exercises and teaching you how they benefit you. Perhaps most of all, I love the camaraderie, support, and genuine care I feel in her classes. We work hard together, encourage each other, and laugh a lot. I can't imagine working out anywhere else, and I hope I never have to! Now, this amazing gym is owned solely by Dave & Jaime, a local husband & wife team who are dedicated to providing a clean, family gym with well maintained equipment, exceptional classes & a pleasant atmosphere for working out. They are present owners, not only investing money but also their time to make this gym better & better every day. They are attentive to the needs of their members & willing to listen to constructive opinions & suggestions. Since they took ownership, Fitness 1440 has added wonderful morning & evening classes for a slight increase in your monthly membership fee. Just divide that increase by 4 (assuming 4 weeks to a month) and you'll realize that the price is a steal! Classes are small with amazing, qualified professionals who are willing to instruct any new members in the class. Never done Body Pump? No worries, you will get gentle instructions on what to do. Yoga or even Chair Yoga? You are welcome to join. No one laughs if you wobble while trying to do a Downward Dog! Sad to have such a nice place and miss something so basic, and have no customer service to go along with it.
