The location can be a bit confusing to find if you are unfamiliar with the area, as its located in the back of the Tannery Row building (but the GPS brings you to the front). Thankfully, when texting with the studio regarding my appointment, they informed me that they are located in the back and this made things easier. I signed up for the introductory Private Pilates Package which allows me 5 Private Pilates sessions for $200. I have never taken a Pilates class in my life, so I was a bit nervous and intimidated. My instructor, Josee, was very warm, welcoming and explained everything we were doing in detail. The studio itself is really nice as well. It is spacious, open and has several different rooms for the various classes. They offer Yoga (aerial, prenatal, etc), Kettlebell, Pilates and more. I love the ease of being able to book classes online or through the app. I'm excited for my next class!

I could tell this is an intimate studio and people know each other, there's good vibes, which I always love. The hot yoga is a bit too hot for me, and they use the same routine every time, which a lot of people love! I personally enjoy more variation, but the poses give you a well rounded experience and you feel nice and balanced! I joined for a trail month, and plan on continuing the three months I'll be here for work. I also have only tried hot classes, I look forward to trying the other classes! One suggestion I would make. I didn't really care to see the bathrooms while I was practicing. It's probably just me, so I sat a different place the next time. Was thinking maybe some curtains in front of them would be nice!

I suffer from an autoimmune disease and deal with chronic inflammation. While I take meds and have regular appointments with a rheumatologist, yoga is the only thing that truly makes me feel better, so I was desperate to find a new home studio. Once everything started opening up, I tried various other studios, but none of them felt right. They all seemed focused on what I call "trendy yoga" . But then I found Breathe. I started following them on Instagram to get a feeling about their practice. Finally I took the plunge and signed up for the new student package. After 3 weeks, I became a full member. The Breathe staff passionately believes that we are students of our bodies, and that mantra shines through in every class. I feel like I've found my practice again.... And that feeling is terrific.

It's the first studio I've ever visited where the instructors make an effort to remember your name the very first time you show up to one of their classes. I have become so much more flexible since starting this class. At the end of each class, we spend a few minutes meditating. It really reduces my stress and I leave refreshed and with a feeling of accomplishment. This class is like extended family, our instructor is kind and explains how each thing we do affects our body. It's so rare to see a business like this continue to grow, and yet continue to improve their relationships with the community the way they do here. The owner, Sheila, is constantly offering new workshops and retreats, bringing in guest instructors from all over the world, and creating exciting additions to our practice. From Basic Yoga classes to Hot Power Flow, Restorative to Yin, Tai Chi, and Meditation, this studio has it all. I love the ability to sign up for a class ahead of time and purchase class packages in the Mind Body app or website. The studio is always nice and clean, and they offer water and hot tea in the waiting area. They also have a nice retail selection with yoga mats, jewelry, candles, and some awesome apparel from brands I love like Alo and Spiritual Gangster.
