What I really like about this gym is that they change up the workouts daily. You'll never repeat the exact same routine twice. And if I'm traveling, I can always come up with something on my own. The instructors are great to work with and understand the importance of being good at motivating people. I've lost over 20lbs in the three months since I joined and look forward to each of the 30-minute sessions I attend 3-4 times every week.
