I took my first class wIth Cheryl and received a warm welcome and a challenging class that continues to push me. I've actually become a regular in her class. I've also taken the Power Pilates class twice and I'm pleased to announce that though it was my first time I found it to be a great workout. I've taken the Restorative Yoga class after having a member recommend it. The instructor of that class was Kia( she also taught my second Pilates class) she welcomed me and answered my questions after the class. If you are looking for a new place for your workouts I would definitely recommend visiting. Stephanie, the manager, is wonderful and kind and will help in any way she can. Also the ladies that workout here are extremely nice and helpful. Many times someone will bring a mat or piece of equipment to me, just being nice.

They try to make it seem like its impossible to clean because it's 24 hours, when other gyms that charge less and have a bigger area can. It's a small area, there's no reason it should be that nasty. I've seen bugs plenty of times, the bathroom walls have smears everywhere, the floor and equipment is full of thick dust that makes me sneeze all the time. (I have pictures on several different days and several different areas of this filth, if they wanna try and lie). The only upsides to this gym are the 24/7 status and the variety of equipment. It's also not too crowded usually, but man that filthiness is insane. Gyms are already unsanitary, and for it to be that bad has to be a health hazard. You also have a ton of gross, sweaty men who get their sweat all over machines and don't clean them, and they never re-rack their weights. This is not necessarily their fault, but maybe if they enforced cleanliness and common courtesy more, it would not be an issue.

I'm from out of state, and decided to take an orange theory class locally since I have an unlimited…read moremembership which allows access to all gyms nationwide. An hour or so after I book my class, I get a call from Kelcie who very rudely claims that I am not a member and I will be charged 40 dollars if I don't provide her with local mail on my arrival. Red flag #1 I called home to my local gym, and they assured me that all classes at all locations are included. I attended the class, and was charged a no show fee by kelcie to my card on file. After asking kelcie if this was ethical or legal, she had a full on meltdown and proceeded to tell me that it was "her gym, her rules." I think kelcie is confused at the fact that she just works there, and does not in fact own orange theory. Each location is individually owned, and allows for these kind of discriminatory, unscrupulous, and unethical practices to go unchecked. If you love orange theory, be sure to join a location that values your money and membership. Luckily for me, I am not local to this location.

I've been…read moreattending this gym for over 8 years and I've lost weight, improved my eating habits, improved my mental state and connected with people that I can truly call frienmily (friend & family). The trainers are very personable with each customer that comes in, you get a customize workout each day. I love coming in the morning and they ask what do you want today? If I know it's going to be a tough day at work I ask for a circuit workout with a timer. I I'm look for some different but lite, I may get intervals. There's never a shortage of the various types of exercises that you can do so you don't get bored. The trainers are always coming up with new challenges as well as new meal plans. When I go in in the morning it's between the hours of 6 to 8pm (45 minutes) and I'm never there with more than five people. Attending this gym benefits my mind, body and annual physical check-up numbers.
