When I first hired this company, I was extremely pleased - and I mean extremely. On time, great…read morework, and reasonably priced. Time went by and another need arose, so I called them again. But this time the outcome was far less than satisfactory. Why? Why would a great company go down hill (so to speak) like that? Just kept scratching my head. Well, it dawned on me that perhaps the owner is hiring apprentice electricians to help them out, which if that is the case, is great. BUT, these employees must be supervised by an experienced, competent, knowledgeable and "seasoned" electrician. What actually happened was I hired them to install quite a few ceiling fans. After the job was done the ceiling fans were making such a hideous sound, we couldn't use any of the fans! So, I phoned a very close friend whom I trusted like I used to trust Rankin, and he had to troubleshoot each fan and basically re-install each one. I sincerely hope this once wonderful company is back on top of their game like they were the first time I hired them. They were really outstanding.
