Service was fast and friendly, and prices were very reasonable. I recommend the set menus; they're a great deal. Some of the dishes were a bit strange. For example, the naan and the paratha seemed to look exactly the same. The veggie samosa seemed to be wrapped in some type of phyllo pastry instead of samosa dough, but it was still good. Most sadly, we asked for our food spicy, and it was not spicy at all. Despite these shortcomings, we had a very satisfying meal, and we all cleaned our plates, so I would most likely go back.

We also ordered a vindaloo dish this time beef instead of my usual chicken. The sauce in the vindaloo was amazing. The potatoes were cooked through which is usually a problem in this dish in some restaurants. However, the beef was very tough because it was not cooked enough. They were small cubes of toughness, which the use of a pressure cooker would have resolved. I make this dish, so cooking the meat until it is tender is very important. We also had bread which was quite nice. We were too full for dessert, but we were quite satisfied with the meal. I am giving only four stars because the beef was too tough to eat. Maybe the chef is reading this and will invest in a pressure cooker.l

Unfortunately, I'd gone on the weekend, which didn't allow for a lunch special: I would definitely recommend going on the weekdays, as my food came out to nearly 30 euros (bread and rice were charged extra), as opposed to 16 euros for the special.
