I was emotionally and spiritually shattered, almost completely withdrawn. Katie saw me. She knew the gentleness I needed to be treated with. The slowness and tenderness. She found a way to tap into the part of me behind the pain that was still whole, eternally complete. Her techniques reminded me of the ancient chorus of the goddess. She echoed my own feelings back to me. She validated my selfhood. She bore witness. I am still trying to find my way forward, forge my way through the wilderness, but Katie helped me find the beginnings of a path. She is giving, wise, an ever-watchful healer. Her gifts run deeps.
