My friend recommended Williamette Couselling. I was afraid to open up in the beginning but there was something about Janine that made me feel very comfortable. I told her I really wanted to get over these bad experiences and get on with my life. She listened to me with patience, kindness and compassion. This is the first time in my life I felt like something actually understand my past situation and why I am who I am now. I am so glad I went to Janine. I am like a different person. I feel so positive and grateful every day. Thank you, Janine. I could not have done it without you."

Willamette Sky took it upon themselves to start canceling my appointments with counselor before I could get the issue resolved. When I found out I called them to resolve the issue and gave me them my debit card. The admin person said everything was okay. I show up to my next scheduled appointment to find the accountant had cancelled all my appointments. That day ended up costing a lot more than the hours of work lost. Seems like the priory is money over therapy here so I recommend seeking Therapy somewhere else. The only reason I gave two stars is because I actually liked the counselor.

Katie pulled me out of the void. Or, rather, helped me pull myself out…read more I had felt deeply, almost bottomlessly wounded by a loved one, and could see no way forward. I was emotionally and spiritually shattered, almost completely withdrawn. Katie saw me. She knew the gentleness I needed to be treated with. The slowness and tenderness. She found a way to tap into the part of me behind the pain that was still whole, eternally complete. Her techniques reminded me of the ancient chorus of the goddess. She echoed my own feelings back to me. She validated my selfhood. She bore witness. I am still trying to find my way forward, forge my way through the wilderness, but Katie helped me find the beginnings of a path. She is giving, wise, an ever-watchful healer. Her gifts run deeps. Before our session, I was feeling anxious and exhausted. I just had a baby, and a lot of my previous anxieties and stress were becoming even more intense during this time. I knew I needed guidance and help. I was not exactly sure what an energy healing session would bring for me, but I wanted to remain open and fully surrender to the experience. I'm so glad I did!! After my initial session, I felt like a new person! I was relaxed and felt so peaceful. It felt like there was more space in my body. An overall sense of well-being immediately settled into me. I have been sleeping better and feeling more calm, grounded, and present ever since. Katie also helped me find a simple and effective way to calm and regulate my nervous system whenever I feel anxious, which has been extremely helpful in my day-to-day life. If you are looking for a compassionate and skilled healing practitioner, I highly recommend Katie. In fact, I have already recommended her to several friends!

However, there was a misunderstanding. I had severe headaches & dizziness, & both doctors suggested I get an MRI. I asked how to do this, bc I was new to Lane County, & both told me to go to ER to do so. And, I did. I thought I did the correct thing, but obviously, I made a big error. Hospital found a meningioma behind the right occipital lobe in my brain, with very slight brain bleed. It scared me. When I returned in a few days after the diagnosis, both Allergist & Primary Care fired me as a patient. I'd gone to see my Allergist, Kraig, & he was having issues w/home health w/his wife who was suffering from MS. He wasn't in a pleasant mood, & neither was his assistant, who made my visit a very sour one, as she was belligerent/ (this was around 2010). To this day, I don't understand what I did or didn't do. I felt so sad, bc I really liked my care @ Oak St. Medical! Above all, I loved both my doctors. I'd recommend them both to anyone, even though I was asked not to come back after my diagnosis.

Instead of inviting me in, she opened the door, closed it behind her and locked the door. After 9AM I knocked a few times, without an answer. I tried calling but the phone number provided does not connect to an actual human.  I am wondering, what happened? The last communication I received was on Sunday, both by phone and email, confirming my appointment. I woke up early and spent nearly an hour walking through the rain and taking buses to arrive on time. If the appointment was going to be canceled or delayed, why was I not call me? They have my number... It took a lot to decided to come in and to just be blown off without as much as a phone call was incredibly unprofessional. At this point, I am going to find an online service that does counseling with someone overseas, for a fraction of the cost.
