I've honestly learned a lot about my skin from the results of her technique and recommendations. I've had noticeable improvements on my skin from her facials. I have a history of eczema. Used to get dry patches of skin above my eyelids from when I was younger, and it left scaring that made my skin appear like it was dehydrated or 'aging' because the skin is thin. It's practically gone now. It would also crease my eye makeup. I've also dealt with acne around my cheeks for about two years, so there was some scarring. After getting microdermabrasion after a few sessions, they've been reduced significantly. Adora is also very nice and professional. I've enjoyed my experience at Hi Skin because of their service. I would say the only downside to my experience was that I had to attend one more session (to fulfill three total sessions) before quitting my membership due to moving states. I think it's important to do research or read anything before making a commitment. It is a pricy and upscale experience, so be sure to be knowledgeable about what you are getting into. I still use the skincare line recommended by Dana, because the product itself has delivered désirable results. The facials are in the same room as other clients, so it's not exactly a private service, however, each client has their own esthetician.

Little did I know, that if you're even 3 minutes late, they cancel your appointment... I get being late, but that is so inconsiderate. What if there's traffic? What if the babysitter was late (like in my scenario)? They called me one minute before my appointment to ask where I was, I told them I was running 6 minutes late, they said they'd need to cancel my appointment. I tried to be understanding, but I'm like "are you serious? For 6 minutes?" Even doctors offices have a 15 minute grace period. Heck, even my job has a 7 minute grace period. They tried reaching out to reschedule, but I have zero interest in giving my time and money to a company that doesn't have understanding for life happening... THEY canceled (not me) and then are still requiring that I pay the $25 cancellation fee, even though I didn't get my $50 facial.... This whole scenario is ridiculous to me.

I noticed she was the same with all customers so it wasn't personal but interaction with her was unsettling. I booked the 60min signature hydrafacial and the esthetician was welcoming and willingly customized my facial based on my requests. No major issues encountered but I noticed we started 10 minutes late and ended 10 minutes early so I thought marketing it as a 60min experience was a bit misleading. Also note the 60min Signature Hydrafacial does not include any hand/neck massages nor boosters nor light therapy so the $285 price was much more expensive than my usual spa. I will not return for another facial but may try massage in the future. We also booked pedicures and again the space is beautiful!! We were given a palette to select colors and the ladies were extremely friendly! My toes came out adorable! I found the seating to be very uncomfortable for a short person despite many pillows placed behind me for support so I honestly struggled to enjoy the experience but the space was very nicely decorated and clean looking.
