Today, I experienced something at your clinic I had never experienced before…read more While doing the initial intake interview, Hannah (dental hygienist) implied that if I exercise my right as a patient to refuse the recommended treatments such as cleaning cadence and dental procedures, I would not be a good fit for the clinic. I was trying to be as honest with her about the fact that I don't get more than one cleaning per year and that at times I may assume the risk of avoiding certain procedures that I can't afford. She continued to interrupt me and talk over me. She walked out to consult with the dentist and said that he would come at some point to discuss after the initial exam. She continued to imply that patients who don't follow your recommendations would not fit your clinic. At this point I decided to leave to avoid being charged for the exam and the doctor's conversation to follow if in the end I would still be "fired" as a new patient. It is unfortunate that in order to have a patient-provider relationship with your clinic, I have to sacrifice my right to choose whether I follow your recommendations or not.

Find out they have "departments" that don't share information or cooperate so it depends on who answers the phone. What a joke. Had to call them and the VA and get them on a 3 way phone call to figure the mess Appleton dental care or Bright dental which when they called my EC they said that name but gave the same phone number. Took over an hour. Same thing happened last week when they tried to send my info to Dental Associates, they had absolutely no internal organization or management of any kind. dentistry is already a racket, then they started blowing up my phone with texts that I never was asked permission for or told about, It is an abuse of information yet when I tried to tell them that they "K" was rude and talking over me to justify there policy nonsense telling me she's sorry for the way I fell when it's fact for everyone. Corporate Capture and any part of it will not be tolerated. It was an abuse of information. Do the American People have to initiate a Civil Revolution of Reforms and Clean Sweeps to stop these types of corporate nonsense and policies that take our rights?
