They take pictures (in addition to x-rays) which is something I did not want to do as I prefer to get in and out of the dentist as soon as possible. They stick a very large flat mirror into your mouth and shoot air down it and into the back of your throat. I repeatedly asked if the pictures were absolutely necessary and said "I do not want to do this" multiple times. The assistant taking all of the pictures did not listen to me. When more than 1 staff member hears the patient saying "no", I expect that they listen. This dental practice did not meet my expectations. They were quite pushy about fluoride, with 3 people giving me the same speech about how I really should have it. Even though I explained I wanted to get in & out as soon as possible, they still kept trying to push it on me. At the end, they used a tooth shade finder that came from a cabinet and physically touched it to my tooth, and then put it directly back into the cabinet. Who knows how many mouths that's touched. I do not recommend that anyone who is scared of the dentist go here as not being listened to is very traumatic.

She was so nice to me. She tried to help me in every way she could and got me in that day. The dental assistant was so helpful and nice. Then i was told they would have it for me my next visit. Next visit, the assistant was rude, and no gift card. Was told they were out and would get more on that Friday. Then i had an emergency tooth pain that i was dealing with for awhile and it got worse.. i went in to get it pulled, the assistant was overly nice so clearly she was talked to but her niceness was dramatic almost insulting. As Dr was trying to drill a hole in my tooth it caused a severe pain that radiated through my body and caused me to go into an anxiety attack (never happened before) which i jerked and Dr got irrated with me even tho it was a natural human response with such great pain. I ended up having to go to a oral surgeon that day to get it taken care of... and again NO gift card even though the office manager, Rachel promised me twice i would have it... i once again called and left a message about how disappointed i was and if they were going to make things right to please call me.. No call!! This is how they run their office.. UNPROFESSIONAL NO INTEGRITY NO ACCOUNTABILITY... i was looking forward to going here for a very long time and now i wish i never did!! Today, I experienced something at your clinic I had never experienced before…read more While doing the initial intake interview, Hannah (dental hygienist) implied that if I exercise my right as a patient to refuse the recommended treatments such as cleaning cadence and dental procedures, I would not be a good fit for the clinic. I was trying to be as honest with her about the fact that I don't get more than one cleaning per year and that at times I may assume the risk of avoiding certain procedures that I can't afford. She continued to interrupt me and talk over me. She walked out to consult with the dentist and said that he would come at some point to discuss after the initial exam. She continued to imply that patients who don't follow your recommendations would not fit your clinic. At this point I decided to leave to avoid being charged for the exam and the doctor's conversation to follow if in the end I would still be "fired" as a new patient. It is unfortunate that in order to have a patient-provider relationship with your clinic, I have to sacrifice my right to choose whether I follow your recommendations or not.

My experience was amazing and yes, I am talking absolutely it my routine dental cleaning and exam. The hygienist was so friendly and down to earth. The practice is nice, clean and modern. The dentist was SO friendly. For the first time ever I was told everything looked great (with the exception of a cracked crown) and I did not need any additional "work". Regarding the cracked crown...the dentist said he recommended a longer appointment to have the tooth fixed and a small cavity next to it fixed. When I asked about a temporary crown I was informed that I would be leaving with my permanent that day!!! This dentist makes his own crowns, everything taken care of at once! I was overjoyed to hear this and also impressed with needing only one more appointment. I would definitely suggest this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

I told Jeff " hurt me once and I will never come back." So twenty years, I am still there as are my husband and two now teenaged kids ( an ex-husband, too). My daughter was a pretty feisty child with some strong oral aversion. Jeff and his staff handled her beautifully. Today I had Jeff's son Dr Ben. The tradition continues.

Over priced treatment with total lack of patient care. I have contact this office 3 times after an…read moreinitial to possibly find a different Ortho treatment that can be affordable. After the third attempt, I finally receive a call back to be told they would need call me again to figure out the price of treatment. Days have gone by and no call was made. If you prefer over paying and having low quality customer service, this seems the place to go to. Just an FYI, when asking them why do braces cost more at their office, the answer was because of the lack of a competitive market and "their lab costs more" for the same material any other Ortho office gets. In other words, they jack up the price for absolutely no reason but greed.
