It is very alarming to be told by other professionals how bad her dental work is, and I know this to be true because her asst. at the time (she has gone through many), Crystal, even took updated X-rays after she hurt me, and Dr. Kraft failed to see she drilled into the nerve and killed it. Maybe YOU have had an improved experience given how popular all of Dr. Kraft's bad reviews have become.

She had some cavities and was treated (supposedly) at De Pere Smiles. She experienced a tooth pain so I had to go to a new dentist. What they found shocked me! All cavities were treated wrong, the dentist at De Pere Smiles was doing minimal work, Here is what she need to have now: 1- One tooth is completely untreatable so must be extracted. 2- Four crowns; 2 white and 2 silver crowns. I paid De Pere Smiles around $1000 (out of my pocket) during the last 6 months and now look what happed to us.

They said they had issued reimbursement. I said no they have not. They said they would check and call back. To my complete astonishment, they DID call back... and said something had gone wrong with the reimbursement transfer - that had happened a month earlier, but did not get a call from them until I called. If this is the last dentist office on earth, knock your teeth out and finish off your days eating soup.

I actually enjoyed my visit both times I went in preparation for the crown. It was really comfortable at the office and I felt right at home with everyone there. The explanations of what was transpiring while under their care were easy to understand and appreciated. The time taken to make sure I liked the color match of the crown was sincere and I felt I could reject the crown at any point if I wasn't satisfied. This helped me feel at ease. His care for myself and entire family has always been kind and compassionate. My sister lives in Milwaukee and still agrees we'll never find another dentist like Dr.Hein. After working in dental you definitely see how many doctors treat their patients and staff, make a treatment plan, and how sincere they really are. Dr.C.S. came ,explained what he would do &refreshed my memory of our last visit. The receptionist came in to answer questions that I had requested. The cleaning finished, Dr. C.S. returned & checked her work & checked to see if additional visits were needed. Within an hour :cleaning, new problems fixed, follow up visit scheduled, consultation on a procedure of interest to me, free tooth brush/floss.
