If you prefer over paying and having low quality customer service, this seems the place to go to. Just an FYI, when asking them why do braces cost more at their office, the answer was because of the lack of a competitive market and "their lab costs more" for the same material any other Ortho office gets. I understand this is likely caused by my teeth and individual mouth, but.... Each time you need a bond repaired it costs $100 for someone who is an established patient. This is great compared to some of the quotes I've received elsewhere. What is missing is some sort of advice or preventative measures/changes so I do not have to go through the cycle of having wires poke me in the mouth and coming in every year to get my retainer fixed. If this situation is unavoidable, some sort of 'frequent flyer' discount would definitely ease my troubled psyche.
