My family and I have been coming to this wonderful restaurant since right after it opened and we all love it! Their food is exceptional! if you are in the area, I would strongly suggest stopping in for a delicious lunch, or supper and the drinks aren't bad either! This is a family friendly restaurant that always has clean restrooms! This has been a wonderful addition to our area and hope they are here for years to come! The owners and staff treat you like royalty. Very attentive wait staff. The signature steak is a must try. Nachos are amazing. Even the green beans and broccoli are super tasty as sides. Went in the other night for the first time. The atmosphere was inviting, as were the employees. Everyone made sure that we had a good experience. The only issue I have is that our food took what seemed like a really long time. Sorry folks, I didn't have a stopwatch; I was enjoying my company. This was my second visit. My first Visit was the opening week. They ran out of fries and other things that day. I order the Buffalo blue cheese chicken sandwich. It was more salty than I cared for. I decide since I was in the area again today, I'd give it another chance. We were seated and waited close to ten minutes for someone to take my drink order. I ordered the bleu cheese angus burger and my wife ordered the Sriracha shrimp tacos. I ordered my burger with a pink center. We received our order in a timely manner and but had to asked for a side of fries again. I cut my burger only to find it was cooked well. It also had American cheese which I thought was odd. I brought it to the servers attention and her reply was "they went a little crazy on it." Nothing about making right. My wife's tacos were really wet. They left a puddle on the plate. We finished eating and finally had the waitress come back and offer us a refill. When I inquired again of weather or not they use frozen precooked burgers her reply was they had a bunch of burger orders and the cook just through them all together. All though there weren't that many people in there at 3pm on a Sunday. Needless to say I won't be back the good just seems mediocre at best. I guess it's the best big stone gap has to offer, but not worth traveling to. read more

Let me start by saying the food had great flavor, but the service was HORRIBLE. We went for lunch on wednesday, we were seated immediately and there were maybe 6-7 other occupied tables. We placed our order, and waited and waited and waited. After 30 minutes other tables got up and left, speaking with them as they left they told us they had been waiting more than 40 minutes and their waiter told them there were still 5 orders ahead of theirs. A table of about 8 got half of their food a few minutes later, those people were halfway done before the other half of the table even got their food. Next time we saw our waiter we asked him about how much longer you thought on our food and he said about 5 minutes, it was at least another 10 to 15 after that before we got our food. One of the members of our party's food was even relatively cold when we got it and when we mentioned it to the waiter he literally said other than being cold is your food okay and then left the table. After eating when we went to the register they made us wait while they went to find our waiter who apparently had to ring us up, then they didn't even have enough cash to give us the correct change and were counting out pennies when we told them not to worry about it. There was never an apology from a supervisor or manager for the long wait time, or even the cold food, actually we never even saw a manager/ supervisor the whole time that we were there. When we mentioned it to our server that maybe they should tell people that there's an extremely long wait time ahead of time so they can make a decision about whether to eat there or not our statement was ignored. After hearing such good things about this place I was so disappointed in the lack of management and service that we received there. read more
