I've been wanting to try this Spa for a while. Follow them on Instagram & how stunning it looked impressed me off the bat. It did not disappoint! Just as gorgeous in person. And the staff was so kind & accommodating. I was late for my appointment & I thought it was so sweet of them to call the next client & ask for them to come in a bit later so I could experience my full spa appointment. So for a second year in a row my girlfriend took me to CURE for my birthday. Note, this is during COVID-19 so the experience is different than last but honestly that didn't make a difference. The experience was still special! A few changes... no robes, no slippers, not able to order you food or drinks. That said, they are very clear and make it easy before you even arrive. From recommendations on places to go, to welcoming guests and allowing them to bring food and drinks they can consume while hanging out on the patio. They are also very diligent about keeping the place clean and guests safe, which was very much appreciated. Despite all this, the team here was still amazing and made us feel at home the moment we walked in. We decided to pack a mini-picnic and it was great to just relax after our amazing massages. About the massage, it now takes place in a space on the patio. It was actually kind of nice to not only hear the soothing music but feel the ocean breeze. The occasional siren wasn't the jam, but it didn't ruin the experience one bit. All-in-all we love this place. Even though we live in the Long Beach area, we are considering coming here more often! read more

I had the most phenomenal time at cure for my birthday! I wish I would have gotten the name of my masseuse, because she was incredible. It was my first time getting a massage and she was very communicative with me and was able to walk me through the whole process while still making it relaxing and comforting for me! I had a facial with Isabella Rose and she was amazing as well! It was also my first professional facial and she is extremely knowledgeable about skincare which led her to recommend me some products and a skin care routine which completely transformed my face for the better! My dark spots have been fading away and my skin is becoming smoother and softer! I definitely want to go back to her one day! My last service was a hair cut and blow out with Sheree Pouls. I didn't think she could cut my curly hair properly, but she blew me away with her techniques and adorable personality! My hair is still very happy after she touched it and she is great at comforting her clients! I would recommend anyone to celebrate a birthday here at this spa! This was my third time here. The first two were with my boyfriend and before the pandemic; we loved the view and we loved the massages both times. I decided to bring my sister here for a relaxing day away from her stressful job this week; I wanted it to be perfect and planned the day to a tee. The view was beautiful as always and the massages were excellent - both things per previous expectations. The reason for my poor review, however, is for 2 glaring and upsetting reasons: (1) COVID safety, or lack thereof; there are 2 tiny locker rooms (roughly 100 sq feet each) with one sink and one shower in each of the locker rooms. When I had come pre-COVID, my boyfriend and I would get a locker room to ourselves but this time, she tried to stick us in with another woman; these locker rooms are not big enough to socially distance 6 feet apart from anyone else in there; plus, you're not going to wear your mask while showering/changing/doing your makeup so you're doubly exposed. She ended up giving us our own locker room but then tried to stick another woman in with us after our massages but we quickly packed up and left. They had also left a bunch of balloons from a previous party in the locker room so I can't imagine how many germs were in there. Very disappointing. (2) My sister's room was freezing cold and the bed would not heat up. The masseuse said that she had told management that the heating function was not working prior to the massage but they didn't do anything about it. Really upsetting because it was supposed to be a special day for my sister. They gave us a $63 gift card for this inconvenience (after paying $500) but honestly, not sure if it's worth coming back for. The last time I was here with my boyfriend, the sauna wasn't working but we figured it was a one-time thing but reading the other reviews, it looks like their basic amenities are often malfunctioning or out-of-order (I.e. showers, sauna, etc.) Long story short, if you're worried about COVID safety, I would skip this spot until you have your vaccine. Even then, know that you'll be shelling out a pretty penny for the view and some nice massages, but equipment/experience may be subpar. read more

Beautiful and spacious inside and outside, easy parking, friendly helpful staff, and Cherie, the nurse. Best facial of my life! I've visited twice; One visit I had a massage, blow-out, Infrared Sauna and IV for hydration and vitamins, another time had the Hydra Facial and another IV. Both visits were phenomenal. They have a great staff, from the women at the front desk, the super helpful manager Jesika, Masseuse, Esthetician, Stylist and their amazing Nurse Alexis. When you live in Malibu it's great to have a place like Cure to go and really take care of yourself, their facials are amazing as are the products they use. The message person was horrible. Was not a deep massage and I told him to stay away from my neck and he only went deep on my neck. Don't think he understands English well enough to be a masseuse.. then the cryo machine was broken, but they didn't know until we were waiting to use it. Like it's never used. The Infa red sauna was wide open exposed and no one told us if it private. The girl didn't charge for cryo and sauna as she shouldn't but she only gave $50 off the very expensive deep massage. It was not a deep massage, so should of been charged differently to begin with. My friend didn't even get her full 50 minutes the new guy was racing around trying to find his shit .. no lotion or bolster under her legs. Again like we were the first clients ever. And the final straw that makes me know I'm never coming back was when we were checking out the doctor was crawling around trying to get in a drawer while the girl couldn't figure out the computer and the trainee sat there dumbstruck ... Beverly gave us super helpful directions to get to the spa the day before our appointment and made sure my boyfriend and I had everything we needed while there. All of the staff wore masks, the space was not crowded, and it was abundantly clear that CURE was taking all the necessary precautions to provide amazing services while being mindful of COVID. This was my boyfriend and my's first spa experience and it could not have been better. When I booked my appointment Jessica was very helpful. During our experience there the staff members provided a great experience. They were all friendly and welcoming. The environment was very quite and relaxing. I got multiple service done. Everything I needed was in one place, from massages, Drysport, fillers, cryotherapy, blowout, haircut,food delivery, champagne, and a beautiful view.
