The name speaks for itself. Afterward, I remained calm all day. Very soothing, full body massage, nice meditative music. Could've been a little harder with the pressure. But would definitely recommend if you're ever in the Malibu area. read more

Mia was awesome! I wanted to try a lymphatic drainage massage. I had recently had disc replacement surgery. I've never had a lymphatic massage, so I looked on Groupon for someplace local,. thedaily com website actually offered the same Groupon price for new clients. I went straight through them. Mia was awesome! She did more of a healing massage. I honestly had a complete turnaround in my recovery from that day forward. She definitely has "healing hands." I have already booked my next appointment.. read more

My mom and I came here for the first time on our birthday and were blown away. The prices are super affordable, but the quality of the massage was some of the best we've ever had. Relaxing spa vibe while actually working out real tension -- I felt it especially in my neck and shoulders the next day. My mom had noticeable pain relief too. We can't stop talking about it. Definitely planning to come back monthly! read more

There is no signage outside so it's hard to find. The GPS didn't seem to get me exactly here... It kept directing me to the bowling alley next door. Other than that, the massage was good. I had Zalina as my therapist. I got a swedish massage, which was nice and relaxing and actually fell asleep during the massage. The best part was the neck aka. "scalp" massage. She used massage techniques on my neck and head that I hadn't seen before. I would go back if I felt I needed a good neck massage. I felt a little oily afterwards. It would have been nice to get a hot, wet towel cleanse afterwards. read more

I highly recommend this place!!! I had a wonderful experience here at Daily Calm. Andrea and Malia are incredibly sweet and treated me with care and kindness. Malia is very knowledgable and took the time to listen to my needs before getting started on the treatment. I'll surely be going back as soon as I can. Thank you Andrea and Malia! - Deanna read more

So, here it goes... First visit - Excellent massage, A++ I have never received a better massage in my life. Generally, after about 35 minutes or so I start to get SOOOO BOREDDDD of the same repetitive motions - yet, I am too embarrassed to give the therapist better instruction and not only that but I feel bad doing so. So...I usually lay there thinking to myself, "I'm not a massage therapist or chiropractor, what do I know?" until I eventually nod off waiting for the massage to just be over. What a brat? Right!? I know, whatever. **shakes head** **rolls eyes** Anywhooo...My first visit with Andrea at the Daily Calm was nothing like that. Andrea did a combination of Deep Tissue, Lymphatic, and another style (I cannot remember) - but there was never a dull moment. In fact, it was the first time I found myself receiving a massage that I did not want to end. It was incredible. She was so in tune with my body that I honestly felt like the lifetime of subpar massages was like my training for this! Unfortunately, every massage after from my 5 massage package was just meh. By the third visit she pawned me off on another masseuse which was so disappointing but I'm still thankful for that very first massage! read more

Had a great time! I went with my girlfriend and we each had a massage and cryo-facial. This was my first time for both and the staff were informative and made me feel very comfortable in the space. Prices definitely match the quality of the service, I'll be back forsure! read more

Love this place. Andrea is amazing , kind and professional I honestly have to drive 40min one way to get here , but it is worth it, since i feel supper fresh and relaxed after each treatment. Thank you for providing such an amazing place. read more

Very happy with my Lymphatic massage. I have never had one before. The therapist was amazing and appreciated all the information she gave me before my session. They just moved offices, parking is very easy. The staff is very accommodating. I can't wait to go back. read more

I've had maybe 12 massages in my life, and I'm pretty sure the one I had at Daily Calm yesterday was the best one! I did a couples' massage session with my husband- a belated Valentine's Day present to ourselves. It was an hour long, and the prices are great. It was easy to set up the appointment via text and pay over the phone. The staff was very inviting as soon as we walked in the door. Which by the way- the location is in a perfect spot. There was plenty of street parking (Saturday afternoon on a very nice day), and we were close enough to the Santa Monica Pier that we didn't have to move our car, and could walk to the beach. James was my masseur, and was amazing! I went in not knowing what type of massage I wanted/needed. I just knew I needed something that wouldn't be too painful, but hard enough because I knew there were knots everywhere. He knew exactly what to do. He applied the perfect amount of pressure and lotion/oils. I felt he worked off cues from my body, instead of just going through the motions. I left feeling VERY mentally and physically relaxed with my skin feeling nourished without being oily. I highly recommend this place and cannot wait to go back! read more

I feel like I found a little diamond of a place! Not only were they so sweet at the spa but the treatment I had was so incredibly effective in just one time! I can't wait to go back!! read more

Daily Calm is the right place to go for a tranquil massage in a little studio with a blue sky and natural light through the windows. The massage therapist, Murat, is very skilled and strong! I had issues in my shoulders and neck and he was able to fix it! Andrea used to have yoga! But now the space seems to just be for massages - but if she ever does bring it back, it's a must go because it's inexpensive and Andrea is extremely skilled and very personal! I hope she does start them again! read more

I've been getting massages - specially deep tissue - for over a decade. Unfortunately, this place happen to be my worst experience. For starters my massage times were moved on three separate occasions and although I was accommodating every time, it was a little frustrating. My massages were also ended early every single time meaning I did not receive the full 60 minutes (one time it ended over 10 minutes) which seemed like such a rip off. Also, I am used to deep pressure when it comes to a good massage, but the technique was off on my last massage and it left me with bruising on my back (as seen in the picture the day after my massage). I spoke with the owner, Andrea, and asked if should could refund me just for the remaining massages I had not used yet in my package because I was very disappointed in the therapists (I had tried 3 different ones) and the professionalism of the company over-all and did not wish to return. She told me they had a new girl that would be starting soon, but I re-expressed to her after my bad experiences I did not want to return. She refused my request of a refund, saying "no-refunds" was stated on the website. All I can say is you get what you pay for...so I definitely would not suggest going to this place, even if the packages do seem like a great bargain. read more

Daily calm wellness is the best! I signed up for the membership where I get five Cryo Skin sessions and I just received my second session yesterday and im amazed! I can already see results. The staff is very accommodating and really informative. I will definitely be adding more to my membership and I would highly recommend anybody looking to lose stubborn fat especially in the stomach area, (that's my main problem area) to make an appointment asap and make some self care time for yourself because you will not regret it! My first session I lost a total of 5 inches around my stomach area and second session I believe I lost another three so the results are real and they are truly an honest and caring company! read more

I was visiting from Hawaii and wanted to try facial cryotherapy since they don't have where I live. I chose Daily Calm Wellness and couldn't be happier with the choice. Malia was highly professional and informative. She thoroughly answered all my questions and explained the science and technology behind what is still a fairly new and expanding field of skin rejuvenation. The procedure took about 30 minutes and was painless as Malia moved the cold wand over different parts of my face expertly as to avoid any discomfort. It was actually quite refreshing but the best parts were the results. They were immediate and amazing! It was like a little face lift. Ten years washed away with an cold wand. Who could have thought it. It's been a week and I'm still amazed with the results when I look in the mirror. The price was competitive as well. I went during the weekend and if I had to do it over I'd book on a weekday when the area is less crowded. Aside from that hiccup it was an amazing experience. I'll be on the lookout for this therapy in Hawaii, hopefully soon. read more

Daily Calm is simply THE BEST! Hands on and hands down- we've been coming to Daily Calm for years now and will be clients for many years to come. Convenient scheduling, great massage therapists, and highly recommended. read more

My boyfriend and I just had a couples massage here and it was absolutely fantastic. The location is clean and there is a ton of beautiful natural light. The massages were great, and our massage therapists were wonderful and professional, checking in about the pressure and focusing on areas we had discussed in the beginning of the session. The massages were a perfect way to start a weekend, and we both left feeling incredibly relaxed. I will definitely be coming back! There is a parking structure on the same block that offers 90 min free parking, which is perfect. read more

I'm glad I found this place. I have been coming in for Post surgery treatments and they have been wonderful. After each treatment I'm feeling better and better. Andrea has been so helpful and provided extra after care advice. I have already referred friends and highly recommend anyone reading this to come in and book a session- especially if you are post surgery. read more

This was not only one of the best massages I've ever gotten but it was also one of the best experiences I've had at a spa overall. I got the BEST lymphatic massage from Ashley. I even bought the massage package (which is a fantastic deal) because I loved it so much! Everyone here is so kind, personable and human. Such a lovely environment. I look forward to going weekly. Finding such a comfortable spot is a rarity for me. read more

I got a Cryoskin treatment here and it was phenomenal! My massage therapist, Kristen, was so friendly and accommodating. The owner of the studio, Andrea, was also very nice and helped make the entire experience amazing! After the treatment was over, I felt as slim and fit as ever! I would recommend the Cryoskin treatment to anyone who is looking to tone any fat-storing problem areas on their body...This treatment works wonders! read more

Wow. I just left my massage and I'm not sure I've ever felt so relaxed. My deep tissue massage may have been the best one I've ever gotten. It was the kind that really digs in deep but is still more pleasure than pain. My male masseuse was extremely professional and made sure to avert eyes while I flipped over and position the sheet where I wasn't exposed. The atmosphere fits the name perfectly. Very zen vibe. And last their new member special is cheaper than Massage Envy but the Massage itself was wayyy better. read more

I absolutely loved the sessions I had at Daily Calm. I would still be going there regularly if I had not moved out of state recently. Andrea is very easy to communicate with, and the location is very clean, calm, and welcoming. I had most of my sessions with Mesha- she is fantastic! She helped me get a lot of knots out of my body and STAY off. I will definitely be coming back to Daily Calm next time I am back in Los Angeles. You will not regret coming here! Very reasonable prices and both Andrea and Mesha were great therapists. 5 stars in my book, easily! read more

This is a great place for a relaxing massage. I had the lymphatic drainage massage and it was not only relaxing but healing. Andrea was very kind, even when I told her that I had a groupon (usually people give you inferior service when you get groupons) and she was so kind and warm and still gave me a great massage! read more

I have had massages in the past, but this was my first lymphatic massage experience. It was AMAZING!! Mary was my massage therapist. Daily Calm is a GEM. I found Daily Calm after perusing massage deals on Groupon and couldn't be happier with this find. The service was absolutely wonderful - Andrea is an extremely gifted masseuse and the space that she has created is very warm and inviting, not to mention right in the heart of downtown Santa Monica! I purchased another package of 5 massages and look forward to savoring each one! read more

Our go to massage spot in LA. Easy to schedule via text (always someone very professional on the other end of the line, and you get a reminder the day before your massage), professional and super welcoming checkin staff, and great therapists! Highly recommend both Ashley and Zenzi for fantastic deep tissue massages. (Im a professional dancer so I have a high bar for good massages ;)) Also, they're running a great promotion right now for a series of massages. Thanks Daily Calm! read more

Not impressed with this place. They seem extremely disorganized. I book with one therapist and then when I show up they have me scheduled with a different person. I don't think their massages are that great either. Would not recommend. read more

Daily Calm is located in Downtown Santa Monica, in a beautiful, vintage building. I bought a Groupon for a Lymphatic massage. The first appointment I scheduled had to be rescheduled due to staffing shortage. I was finally able to get my massage, and I must say, it was great; very relaxing. The room is bright with natural light, but the spa is very small and the massage rooms are separated by a curtain, so you will hear the noise from the waiting area if another client comes in. I find the massages here to be a little on the pricier side, especially because of the noise pollution, but they are running a special for new clients; $250 for 5 massages. I don't know how long the promotion will last, but the package has to be purchased within 5 days of your first massage. read more

I'm so embarrassed my review is long over due. Andrea saved my life. Best post surgery massages. I owe her my life. Very reasonable, kind, and helpful. Ladies don't be embarrassed. I know many suffer In pain post surgery but she knows what she is doing. Definitely worth the trips to Santa Monica. Thank you Andrea. See you soon read more

A secret hideaway aloft on the fourth floor. An audio oasis, soothing the stressors of daily life as your massive melts your knots away. Park at the mall and walk over to avoid the aggravation of street parking. I would definitely recommend. My boyfriend and I got a Groupon for a couples massage here. It's a little strange, as you have to wait for someone to come downstairs and unlock the doors for you, but the massage therapists were very nice and did an excellent job, we left very relaxed, and it was an awesome deal with the Groupon. Convenient parking in the 4th street parking garage which is just a few doors down from the office. However, the couple's massage is not side by side, we were separated by a curtain. read more

Not a good experience. I got a Groupon for Lymphatic massage it was a regular massage the reception told me I never said I'm getting a Lymphatic massage the Groupon says loud and clearer Lymphatic massage. Today I had the best massage in a long time. The masseuses are very well trained. They worked on my knots on my back and it felt great. This is not a fancy place but it's clean Angela was awesome. I highly recommend this place for sure. The parking structure is right next to it and it's in a building on the 4 Th floor. It's so worth it. Also Mary Hannah was my husband's masseuse and she was wonderful as well. read more

My boyfriend surprised me for Valentine's Day with a couple's massage at the Daily Calm! From the moment we walked in it was a warm, welcoming, and peaceful environment. Unfortunately, i didn't get to experience their massage, although feedback is great about this here. But My experience was ruined already when dealing with appointment. The woman on the phone, who appeared to be a manager, was really unprofessional and disrespectful. The story is: I made an appointment as i had a groupon which i had to cancel 6 hr before appt due to some health issues. She has informed me that they have 24 hours cancellation policy, so im gonna loose all groupon value. I was never informed abt that before. Though she said the cancellation policy indicated on groupon, however i double checked everywhere and it is not there. Neither i was informed when was calling and doing appointment, neither i was informed abt it in text message confirming my appointment. basically they said nothing about their cancellation policy. After i have explained all the above, she said that i would have to assume that it is 24 hr cancellation policy as similar business have same policies and they don't have to inform their clients abt that, or i should've read their website to learn about it. Confirmation text message was a courtesy so basically they did me a favor by sending it. There was more she said but didn't make much sence but just an excuse why they are not willing to do any exception on it, but they can only provide me with 20% of discount for my next visit but im loosing whole value of expired groupon. not only their manager is unprofessional but i view it as a direct violation of consumer rights read more

Unfortunately today I showed up to get my massage and once again it was not with the therapist I scheduled it with. My husband also had a massage scheduled for tomorrow with Andrea, but when I asked to confirm they had not changed his therapist as well, I was informed he was with van. This has now happened to us on three separate occasions. We schedule our massages months in advance so we can get the therapists we like and this apparently means nothing. The young man who works at the front desk and who we text massage appointments to seems to be making mistakes or else there are scheduling changes that we are not informed about. We have purchased 15 massages (3 packs of 5) from here but are not going to renew again given the frustration with scheduling. This is unfortunate because we love the massages given by Andrea, Mary Hannah, amber, Matthew, and Michelle. read more

Cancelled my appointment twice!!!! I bought a couples massage off Groupon for Daily calm . After revealing the code to confirm my appointment daily calm canceled the first time saying my therapist has to get the flu shot. So I was offered the next day. After Leaving the house half way there on the freeway I get a text canceling my appointment again. All they told me was please understand we are following strict rules from the county . What does any type of rules have to do with my appointment being cancelled twice. If you cannot accommodate couples then do not offer it !!! Very unprofessional!!! Very inconvenient!!! Definitely would not recommend if you are looking for a place to call home they are not dependable! Not to mention poor customer service skills ! read more

Fantastic couples massage today! Took care of both my wife and myself and made their cozy space feel like home. Had a full 60 minute massage each.
