Wait times are very minimal which tells me the staff respects their patient's time. Now for the rest of the staff. Support people are friendly and efficient. I have been going to David, PA, in the Thousand Oaks office for months now. I was having severe itching issues. David diagnosed a rare skin condition and got me on an injected medication immediately. David followed up with monthly in-office visits to do follow-up injections while I waited on prescription approval David also checked to make sure everything was working as intended. He also assisted with getting the prescription through my insurance company, which was a nightmare. And a big thank you to Katie, RN, who also had a lot to do with getting the insurance company to cover the medication. Katie not only got the prescription approved, but assisted in getting a very nice discount, which saved me thousands of dollars. And Dr. Weitzbuch is an excellent doctor and has put together an amazing staff. I highly recommend Brilliance Dermatology.

5 Stars times 4!…read more Doctor Weitzbach has treated my wife, daughter, son and me... all with kindness, compassion, exceptional medical expertise and diligent follow-up. In the last few years, Doctor Weitzbach's annual skin cancer checks have found 2 cancers (one requiring radiation and one Mohs surgery) and numerous pre-cancers requiring freezing. The two most serious cancers were caught so early that second opinions from plastic surgeons verified Dr. Weitzbach's early detection saved us from potentially disfiguring surgery that would have been required if the tumors had been allowed to grow. His and his team's treatment of our children has been equally exceptional. Whether treating severe adolescent acne with Accutane, strategies for Psoriasis or simple acne facials, we could not have asked for more or better treatment. Did I mention that they have a pharmacy on the premises so you don't have to go running to the drugstore after your doctors visit? Convenience and competence... We could not ask for more and strongly recommend Dr. Weitzbach.

That is not why I do it (just a nice bonus). I've had chronic pain for decades related to tight muscles, sticky fascia, lots of things. It's obscene that healthcare doesn't cover it in the US for the lymphatic drainage alone. In my decades long health and wellness journey, another thing I've learned is that even more than the modality of treatment is the quality of the practitioner. Not everyone is a healer. I've had useless endermologie elsewhere and almost gave up. Larisa is a true healer. I went up to the front desk to ask if they want us to come by another time since so much time has passed, she assured me we will be seen soon. After 45 minutes of waiting I was finally seen. You could tell it was just one nurse running the whole building that day. I came in for the Flu remedy IV since I caught a bad bug. I let the nurse know I get really squeamish with needles- he injected me and quickly left. Immediately after he left, I started feeling really faint. My boyfriend in a panic tried buzzing in the nurse, but after 3 times we knew he was too busy and wasn't going to come to check up on me. My boyfriend watched me loose all color and faint- he couldn't even find anyone in the halls to get me more water! By the time I woke up, the injection was almost over so I just let the nurse wrap it up and send me off. Granted, the Flu IV brought me back to life and made me feel amazing after- it was just a very lackluster experience. I wish I went elsewhere that I felt more cared for. For $200 you would think it would be a better experience.
