First time lip filler experience I wanted something extremely natural. We went with a little under 1 ml with Lovell and opted for the topical numbing cream. Pain was 5/10 but I'm also low tolerant to pain. I have to admit that my lips were very swollen post injection as expected but I still panicked! Lovell and staff were incredibly reassuring and supportive throughout the week post injection. Making sure they were available and even scheduled me to come back in to follow up and reassure some more. Once the swelling came down and the filler started to settle in the end result was exactly what I was looking for. People wouldn't be able to tell I have any filler in my lips. I had a not so great experience with this spa. I was so excited to try microneedling for the first time. I was referred by my long time esthetician, who had a good experience with another nurse at this spot. I broke out in whiteheads all over my face - specifically my nose and chin (places where I actually rarely break out - I also do not get small white heads like this). I told my esthetician about this and she said this shouldn't happen. The nurse who did my microneedling did a poor job. She asked me if I washed my face before I came (which would have been over 30 minutes prior) to which I said yes. She put the numbing cream on my face for a while. When it was time to take it off, she took it off with a tissue and never applied alcohol or anything before beginning the microneedling. Alarm bells were going off my head but I thought... she's the professional, not me. Within a few hours the white heads started. My esthetician told me about how dangerous this could have been and how I could have gotten cellulitis. Thankfully, the white heads started to clear up after 3-4 days. Pretty sure a bad break out after microneedling defeats the purpose. I'm upset I spent so much money here and even tipped. I will not be returning. I don't want to name drop my nurse, but I believe she was new. I'm sure the other nurses here are better. read more

Maryam is seriously the best!!! I have been going to her for about 3-4 months now at Sante Spa and there has been a notable change in my skin. I came in for the Fire and Ice Facial, and from start to finish, the experience was top-notch. My aesthetician made sure I was comfortable during the entire process, and she was able to perform extractions painlessly. Before having the facial, I was dealing with congested pores and inflammation. Now, my skin is much softer and the redness has calmed. I particularly enjoyed the cooling mask with anti-inflammatory botanicals; this was so soothing after having the exfoliating "heat" portion of the facial. Nurse Andy was professional and thorough and really addressed all my concerns and did an excellent job on my botox. When I came back to do micro needling with PRP, she impressed me again.
