For the record: I drank 2 liters a water a day, worked out 3x a week, and got 2 ultrasonic cavitations a week for 3 months. I am obsessed with my results and loved my experience. I lost 6 inches off my waist, ultrasonic cavitations are amazing for chronic pain, I noticeably have more energy lately, and honestly, Karen is just beyond delightful! She accommodated any issue or request I had, and I never once had any pain or side effects (other than the rare minor headache when I didn't drink enough water that day).
