NU Med Spa officially has my heart…read more I usually just tag along with my wife to her beauty appointments, so I've seen a handful of places! different vibes, different service, all of it. But this one? It honestly beats them all. This spa sets the standard, no question. The moment we walked in, it just felt right. And then I met Rose... yeah, she's my favorite. She was literally going out of her way bringing me samples, throwing in discounts, handing me coupons!!! just pure good energy. I kept telling her not to waste anything on me, like seriously don't give me samples... and she just kept insisting. INSISTING You can't fake that kind of care. Our appointment was with Annabelle, and she was an absolute doll. Super knowledgeable, but what stood out was how she explained everything while she was doing it. Step by step, she made sure we actually understood what was happening and why. We did the Pico laser treatment! I had a bunch of dark spots, and one of them literally popped louder than the others. She broke it down right there, explaining how darker pigment needs deeper penetration. That kind of detail? You don't get that everywhere. Long story short, this is the place. Whether it's Botox with Lindsay, facials with Liana D, or any other treatment--they've got it dialed in. The space is beautiful, the music is calming, and they've got refreshments ready like they actually want you to sit back and enjoy being there. Trust me you won't regret it. Happy with my Botox Happy with my Facial Happy with my Laser Treatment Thank you, NU Med Spa

The actual treatments are good, but they are terribly understaffed…read more Called ahead for an appointment at 2:15. Showed up at 2:15...waited in our room for 30 minutes with no sign of anyone. I went up to the front desk to ask if they want us to come by another time since so much time has passed, she assured me we will be seen soon. After 45 minutes of waiting I was finally seen. You could tell it was just one nurse running the whole building that day. I came in for the Flu remedy IV since I caught a bad bug. I let the nurse know I get really squeamish with needles- he injected me and quickly left. Immediately after he left, I started feeling really faint. My boyfriend in a panic tried buzzing in the nurse, but after 3 times we knew he was too busy and wasn't going to come to check up on me. My boyfriend watched me loose all color and faint- he couldn't even find anyone in the halls to get me more water! By the time I woke up, the injection was almost over so I just let the nurse wrap it up and send me off. Granted, the Flu IV brought me back to life and made me feel amazing after- it was just a very lackluster experience. I wish I went elsewhere that I felt more cared for. For $200 you would think it would be a better experience.

I credit her naturopathic guidance (including recommendations for high-quality supplements and integrative strategies) with transformative changes in my overall health. Since following her recommendations, I've experienced *substantial* improvements in my sleep, digestion, and hair growth. These changes were night and day, not subtle! (which was what I was initially expecting) Reading through some of the negative reviews here, I felt it was important to offer a different perspective. I have never found Dr. Stiles Green to be rude or unkind. She can be direct, sure, but directness is not harsh/cruel. In fact, I've always found her to be compassionate, thoughtful, and well-informed. In my experience, she demonstrates a strong ethical compass and an unwillingness to indulge pseudoscience, particularly when it comes to something as serious as cancer. That kind of integrity is something I respect deeply, especially as someone who has actually *gone through* cancer treatment. Some reviewers seem disappointed that she wouldn't offer naturopathic treatment *instead of* standard chemo. To me, that reflects a patient's misunderstanding of what good integrative care actually is. No ethical doctor (naturopathic or otherwise) should support treating cancer without standard oncology care, especially in cases where chemotherapy is lifesaving. The fact that Dr. Stiles Green draws a hard line when it comes to evidence-based treatment should be seen as a strength, NOT as a failure. In my cancer support group, the unfortunate reality is that people who refused chemo in favor of "natural-only" paths did not survive. That is NOT something to romanticize. I get it that communication styles matter, and not every doc is the right fit for every person. But it's worth telling the difference between a physician who is "not fake nice" and one who is truly unkind. And yet, in my experience, Dr. Stiles Green is neither cold nor dismissive. She simply doesn't sugarcoat, but she is also very thoughtful and caring. If you value clarity, thoroughness, and care rooted in both science and holistic insight, I think you'll find her to be exceptional. Because of her, my quality of life significantly improved during treatment and after treatment--all while being supportive of the standard care I received at UCLA.
