    Mary and her exceptional team transformed our dream wedding into a breathtaking reality! From the very beginning, it was evident that no detail was too small, no moment left unplanned for, and every second of our special day was a testament to their unwavering dedication and expertise. Mary's keen eye for perfection and her team's meticulous planning ensured that every aspect of our wedding was flawlessly executed. From the grandest gestures to the tiniest nuances, they left no stone unturned, leaving us in awe at every turn. The level of professionalism, dedication, and creativity exhibited by Mary and her team was simply extraordinary. They managed to create an atmosphere that was not only visually stunning but also deeply meaningful. Our guests were equally impressed, and they couldn't stop raving about the elegance and magic of the event. Thank you so much for everything!!     Look no further! The team at Curated by Grace + White, particularly Mary Hicks (our lead planner), are the best in the business when it comes to wedding planning. Our June 2023 wedding at Silverado Resort in Napa was perfection beyond my wildest dreams thanks to them. My husband and I laughed so hard it hurt, cried (happy tears), danced the night away, and truly had the best day we could have ever hoped for. All the credit has to be given to Mary and her team for making that a reality!!! I met Mary in 2021 when she was the head planner for my brother's wedding at Park Winters. I loved her style so much that I called her right after I got engaged because I wasn't having a wedding unless she was helping with it. It's impossible to enumerate everything, but here are some of the reasons I recommend Mary and Curated: (1) Positive attitude - Wedding planning and wedding day are notoriously stressful. That was NOT my experience at all thanks to Mary. She is the bubbliest, friendliest person, so her automatic nature is to always see things on the positive side. That's the kind of person you want on your team when the choices, opinions, and to-do lists start to get overwhelming. Everytime we hit a planning roadblock, she'd quickly jump in (before I was able to panic) with great resolutions and a positive perspective. Day of the wedding, she was the biggest hype woman, too, making me feel like a queen and reminding me to soak up our special day. (2) Attentive/responsive - There are a million moving pieces to wedding planning and Mary was on top of it all! She was super quick and thoughtful in responding to emails/texts. During the actual wedding, she was so attentive not only to me, but our entire family throughout the weekend. She always made sure we had our favorite drink in hand while dancing and checked-in on our parents nearly every 30 minutes to make sure everyone was at the right place/time and was having a great experience. We had a huge bridal party, and I was so impressed how Mary and all of her assistants (who I hadn't met before) showed up knowing people's names. (3) Vast industry knowledge and vendor connections - We had a "partial" planning package where we met with Mary at least once a month during the 10-month planning process. I'm so glad we went with that package instead of a "day/month of" package because it meant we could leverage Mary's vast network and knowledge of wedding venues and vendors. We found incredible vendors within our budget that we probably wouldn't have found otherwise. And these were all people who already knew and loved working with Mary, making things extra smooth day of. (4) 100% team bride and groom" - You have to contend with a lot of other thoughts/opinions from family/friends/vendors about your wedding making it hard sometimes to stay true to the vision you and your partner have. Not on Mary's watch though! She fights for you and your partner and empowers you to push for the wedding YOU want. She takes extra care to get to know you, your vision, and your budget, too, and will be frank about whether something really adds value to a wedding experience. (5) Super Organized - Mary and her team are the check-list queens from start to finish! Their planning checklist is so detailed, so you know nothing is going to be overlooked. On top of that she would send us monthly to-do lists (which turned into weekly as the date got closer) so we could prioritize and focus on the most important things. I think everyone's goal is to hire vendors that are talented and top-notch professional in their business. Mary and Curated by Grace + White clear that hurdle and then some, but the added bonus is that they are truly a pleasure to work with. They are so down to earth, kind, thoughtful, and honestly so much fun to be around. Who doesn't want that type of energy for their big day? We're beyond grateful for the work Mary and Curated by Grace + White did for us and could not recommend them more!!!

    Planning a wedding in Northern California from Los Angeles, my now husband Troy and I knew that hiring a wedding planner was an absolute must-have. We interviewed two different wedding planning companies, and immediately felt that Curated G+W could perfectly execute our clear vision of a timeless, classic, modern romantic wedding. We had an introductory call with Hannah Palmer, and booked soon after. Hannah totally understood Troy and my style of wedding planning (i.e., easily overwhelmed and quick to get decision fatigue!). Troy and I booked Curated G+W a year plus before our wedding date, so Hannah was intentional with the items we tackled each month and she gave us ample notice when we would embark on new wedding planning boulders. She kept us level headed and above water while we also juggled our usual busy lives! Hannah was also incredibly adaptable and was seamlessly able to navigate through the changes to our vision, budget, guest count, etc. Hannah was able to simultaneously propose several different plans so that we could weigh our options and make informed decisions. I also love that Hannah wasn't afraid to give her true thoughts and opinions based on her industry expertise, which made it a lot easier to make tough decisions! I welcomed her input. As we got closer and closer to the wedding, it took so much stress off our shoulders knowing Hannah was handling all vendor communications! It really helped us stay focused and prioritize not being in the trenches of emails/phone calls. Hannah really went above and beyond as our wedding planner! Even handling things like getting a custom portrait I had commissioned of Troy and his siblings professionally printed, framed, and gift wrapped in Northern California so that it would be a surprise on our wedding day! On the day of the wedding, I was 100% stress-free knowing that all our vendors would be arriving on time as she coordinated, any fires (I don't think there were any!) would be handled by her and her team in the background, and all I had to focus on was marrying the love of my life! I can't recommend Hannah and Curated by Grace + White enough! Thank you, all!

    Words will not even begin to do justice to represent the magnitude of my gratitude to Mary and her team from With Grace & Love Events. I met Mary while shopping for my wedding dress and instantly felt at ease. Her confidence, her poise, and her ability to take the slightest vision or idea from your head and make it a reality was unfathomable. I'll admit, I was hesitant to hire a wedding coordinator. I am a classic type A personality and felt that I didn't need the extra expense. After some convincing from my parents and my then-fiancé, I decided to hire Mary and WGL. In hindsight, this was hands-down the best money that was spent for our wedding. As you can imagine, with the onset of COVID-19, there was tremendous anxiety, new situations to navigate, and what felt like endless hurdles to overcome. Mary handled each one with elegance and an unshakable calm. She was always available for any of my questions, concerns, and just overall pre-wedding stress. Mary helped to adjust our original wedding plans for a 150 person wedding to a significantly smaller, much more intimate, backyard wedding at our newly purchased home. She handled all of the coordination and communication between the wedding vendors and every detail in between. Not a single detail was overlooked and she was honestly my fairy godmother. Mary and her team went above and beyond what I ever could have expected or imagined and turned our backyard into the wedding of our dreams. It was absolutely flawless, or as Mary would say, "Disney magic". So I know my words will never suffice to truly convey my endless gratitude but all I can hope is that some other bride-to-be will hear my message and hire With Grace & Love Events.     If you are reading this, just stop and go book Curated by GW as your wedding planners NOW. This is a special shout out to our girl Mary, who we could write an entire essay about - because she is the real deal. We interviewed 6 planners, and Mary happened to be the first (and most responsive! Everyone else sent us generic, short responses). She set the bar so high that every interview after just felt wrong. Even before we officially booked her, she made the time and effort to email us and give us so much advice. We booked Mary about a year and a half prior to the wedding day (May 2023) as part of the 'partial planning' service, and she was with us every step of the way. One huge thing that we appreciated was how communicative she was via text/phone/email - at literally any hour of the day! I am super type A, always feeling the need to be in control, and have a bad habit of micromanaging. Mary noticed this early but handled everything with grace. As time went on and we began to trust her, I relinquished all control over to her and it was the best feeling ever. When we had unfeasible ideas or started to deviate from realistic goals, she reeled us back in but never pressured us into doing anything we didn't want to do. She saved us so much time, effort and money - she knows all the best vendors and has personal relationships with them, making the process of building a dream team incredibly easy. There were such small details that she thought of that we never would have considered or thought were so miniscule, but she covered it all. As the big day got closer, she made sure to check in on us often and triple checked every little detail. I also have to mention this was all over the phone too, as we are long distance and do not live in Sacramento (where the wedding was held)! She answered every little anxious thought or question we had in great detail. Even when there were hiccups, Mary kept her cool and ensured we were as well. On the day of, her and her team of assistants' focus and energy were unparalleled. She was a true hype woman and made our photo shoots so fun yet intimate at the same time! Her assistants took a ton of photos and videos 'behind the scenes' to share with us the next day, which was so nice to see as a sort of sneak peek! She cares not only about your experience, but about you as a person - she fixed my makeup, helped me use the bathroom, took my heels off and tied on my sneakers for the reception, and always made sure we had drinks in hand - more than a planner, but a true friend. So many of our friends and family commented how exceptional she was, not just as a planner but as a person overall. We could go on forever about Mary and the team, but all you need to know is that hiring her as a planner and a forever friend is one of the best decisions we have ever made. We will never not mention how amazing she and the team are whenever we bring up our wedding. Thank you to Mary and all of Curated by GW for making these memories extra special and sweet!

    Run, don't walk, to hire Sara and the Grace + White team! When my fiancé and I began planning our wedding, we knew we wanted to find a planner that we connected with, who was willing to go the extra mile, and didn't mind the endless array of questions we'd have throughout the process. After chatting with Sara for just a few minutes, we knew we didn't need to look any further - she immediately made the chaos of wedding planning feel calm and organized. Throughout the 15 months of working together, Sara's expertise, professionalism, and deep care for her clients showed through in every interaction. When she says, "We'll do whatever you need", she really means it. When our invitations came in late while we were on vacation, Sara was there to handle and send out for us without a second thought. She molded our incredibly scattered thoughts into a vision that came together beautifully on the day itself, down to the patterned tablecloths, florals, and invitations. She helped navigate tricky vendors, and her knowledge of the overall industry was crucial in helping us figure out where we should splurge and where we could save money - not to mention saving us HOURS of back and forth. On the day of, Sara and her team made sure everything went seamlessly from start to finish. From setting up all the wedding décor, to steaming my dress, to navigating issues we never even knew about, she was our right hand, and simply put, our wedding would not have been everything we wanted and more without her orchestration. Perhaps most importantly, Sara was there every time we had a question, concern, random late-night panic - and she handled every part of the process with an ease and confidence that let us know everything would work out as we'd dreamed.     Elizabeth's hard work made our wedding a beautiful and magical experience. As someone who prides herself on project management skills, I originally didn't feel the need to hire a planner, severely underestimating the amount of work needed to make a wedding happen and the emotional toll wedding planning had. Elizabeth's patience, attention to detail, professionalism and timeliness helped a lot. She make sure everything is done (reminding me of things I wouldn't haven't known are needed such as cake cutting set) , and on the day she made the experience seamless and helped me enjoy the day as much as possible (e.g. making sure I eat/drink as seen in the pictures).     A wedding coordinator was not an original line item in our budget but given the stress of planning a wedding amidst a global pandemic, Sara's services were invaluable. Full disclosurer, our venue had come with a 'day of coordinator' so my partner was already hesitant for me to add another expense but I was apprehensive that our venue coordinator would meet our needs. I had scoured WGL's work on Instagram, read their glowing reviews, and knew of clients who raved about their work. At our first meeting, Sara put me at ease and I knew her presence and guidance was the force I needed on the day of. Fast forward to the summer of 2020, weddings were getting rescheduled, canceled, or postponed. She was consistently available to us when I emailed her monthly with my fears. When all of our vendors continually pushed us to reschedule, Sara never hesitated to help us come up with a Plan A-D in the lead up to October. There are so many little details she orchestrated: she guided us on verbiage to our guests when we canceled, furniture rentals, and she created the most precise day of timeline for our re-imagined micro-wedding. She kept me calm the morning of, she always checked in throughout the day, and she made sure my drink was never empty the night of. Sara was like your best girlfriend you never knew you needed supporting you. Even my family knew they could rely on Sara for any question or inquiry. She went above and beyond and I would not hesitate twice to recommend their services to any bride to be. She took my pinterest inspiration board and turned it into our wedding. There are so many small details that could fall through the cracks, but with Sara from WGL at your side, nothing will be missed.

    There's very little that could be said to truly honor what Carrie and her team at With Grace & Love have done for us. When planning a wedding, hiring a wedding coordinator might seem like a luxury rather than necessity, but it wasn't long before we realized how integral Carrie was to every aspect of our wedding. From the moment we met with Carrie, her low-key, kind demeanor and patience with our oh-so-terrible communication made coordinating endless details feel effortless. While we only hired her for day of coordination, we felt so supported with every detail, suggestion, and item she researched on our behalf well before our wedding day arrived. When COVID hit, and we found ourselves having to reschedule our wedding entirely, it was Carrie who comforted us and somehow magically managed to get all 6 of our vendors to agree to a new date. And, as we approached our wedding day, Carrie took the reins and made it so easy for us to be able to truly enjoy the experience without stressing over timelines or setup and break down. From the décor they artfully put out with zero direction from us, to the fact that we quite literally never had to lift a finger (even to drink!), we would not have survived planning a wedding through COVID if it weren't for Carrie and her team. We are forever grateful for the memories With Grace & Love helped us to create! 5 stars simply isn't enough to show our love for Carrie and her team!

    Hiring Mary Hicks and her team at With Grace & Love Events was hands down the best decision we made as a newly engaged couple. If I could give 6 stars on here, I would. She helped us select the venue, vetted our budget, proposed multiple options of the best vendors from her broad network, assembled the perfect timeline, coordinated all the set up and take down and so much more. She was such a great resource throughout our planning journey, with an answer for every question that we or our family asked. Not only is she incredible at her job, but she is a good person! She walks away from every situation having made a friend and it felt as if all the vendors and staff at our wedding were an extension of our friends and family. On our wedding day she was calm, cool and collected and from my perspective everything was perfect! Of course certain things didn't go as planned, but I had no idea and I didn't need to, because it's not that important! She only told me about certain snafoos weeks later when we could laugh about it. And that is why she's SO GREAT. She asks the questions that matter, and makes decisions on your behalf when it's not important, leaving us to enjoy the process and our wedding day. I think the fact that we got married during a pandemic, with minimal bumps along the way, speaks volumes to her talent as a wedding planner. I can't tell you how many people told us that our wedding was the best they'd ever been to. All I can say is we had a secret weapon, and her name is Mary. We can easily say, we had the best day of our lives and I highly doubt we would so easily say that had we not hired Mary and her team.

    The only team I trust for any event! I wouldn't have been able to have a perfect wedding without Hannah & Rachael. These girls go above and beyond for their clients and take care of you every step of the way. From helping you shop for your wedding dress (at their sister company Grace & White Bridal) to sending you off in your getaway car after your wedding. She is truly one of the best in the business, and literally exudes professionalism and class. I am still in awe of what she was able to create for my wedding. I hired Aimee as a full-service planner for our Carmel, CA wedding, and she somehow managed to go above and beyond the meaning of full service. She's remarkably organized (as someone who plans events myself, this is so appreciated), attentive, budget conscious, transparent, responsive/communicative and genuinely cares about her brides. Aside from her personality (she's so dang funny and sweet), I also loved how collaborative she was and how she wants to ensure YOUR vision is brought to life. However, she isn't afraid to take over when you need her to. Example: there were a few times when I needed to pass the reins to Aimee last minute to make something happen when I didn't have the time or brain space - and without hesitation, she nailed it every time. Seriously, every time. She asks the questions you'd never think of and she notices the details most people wouldn't. I always felt like she was my teammate and she's 100% worthy of your trust to get the job done. I had a very specific vision in mind for my wedding, and it's beyond me how well Aimee executed. She managed every big and small detail for me, communicated clearly to everyone involved so I didn't have to - and she even wiped my tears over something that stressed me out on rehearsal day that had nothing to do with her! I vividly remember being a month out from my wedding and saying to her "I feel like I'm supposed to be stressed, but I'm feeling good" and in hindsight, it's because Aimee was doing an incredible job. My entire wedding went off without a hitch, and if there was a hitch, I never knew about it because that's how Aimee rolls: a stress-free bride = happy bride. In my opinion, having a wedding planner was a necessity and one I would advise other brides to have, even if it means scaling back on other costs for your wedding reception. For me personally, having a wedding planner was the difference between me just being able to "pull off" my reception and me being able to enjoy it. To save some money, I hired KWE for month of/day of coordination rather than full event planning (though they were available from the get-go for contract help, referrals and all-around advice). The month before my event, Kate swooped in and took care of all the details: designing the layout of the venue, coordinating with the vendors, etc. The week before, day before and the day of she took care of everything! She picked up supplies, was on hand to greet and coordinate with other vendors, did setup and cleanup, delivered items to my house after the reception, helped keep the party on track and so much more! I am not sure if there were any snafus (though I am sure there were, how couldn't there have been?) because if there were, she took care of them on the spot. She even jumped into action when I spilled red wine on my gown early in the evening. I really, really, really cannot emphasize enough how wonderful it was to have Kate and her team on board. I strongly advise you to consider hiring her for your event.

She is very professional and always has a can do attitude. She will strive to make your event special and if you have a certain vision, she will bend over backwards to make it happen. Our wedding was interfaith with two ceremonies and there were many cultural aspects throughout the day. With all this, it was very difficult to plan and keep track of all the moving parts but Kate was the glue that held it all together. She has been a pleasure to work with and was a calm, reassuring presence during the whole process. I want her and her team to get the recognition they deserve as a superb event planning business. Tan at the recommendation of our wedding coordinator, With Grace and Love, and I'm so grateful for the connection! Rev.Tan service's were pretty straightforward and given our wedding plans changing significantly due to COVID we still needed someone to officiate for our party of 11. The idea of crafting a wedding ceremony seems a bit daunting but they share a great program that helps the couple craft the perfect ceremony unique to them. I found the program to be easy to use and so helpful in mapping out the narrative. I felt super confident going into our ceremony having reviewed the script beforehand. There were no surprises. Rev. Tan was readily available in the lead up to the day with some tips on the order of the readings and even gave us some pointers on crafting our personal vows. I especially appreciate him respecting our request to wear a face mask during our event. It's little details that really resonated with me given the times. He took care of our marriage license, sent us an image of the signed doc, and mailed it off to the county. Overall, I was so pleased with the ease of his service. I do hope to take him up on his offer for coffee one day when the world settles down a bit. Forever grateful he officiated our micro wedding!

They were also incredible helpful on the actual day, putting our minds at ease and addressing all of the last minute snags and adjustments that had to (inevitably occur.) Christina was our day of coordinator and she did a phenomenal job. She is so sweet and on top of it. I didn't have to worry about anything day of because she took care of it all. The vendors that work with this venue also were amazing. Our DJ Drew did an awesome job with all of the music, announcements, preparing my family for toasts, etc. He did such a great job. Our florist Wild Flowers and our baker Castle Cake Bakery did amazing. The florals were exactly what I wanted and the cake tasted so good. The dinner was so good! I've had several people tell me how good the dinner was. We did the chicken and the stuffed bell pepper and everyone absolutely loved the food. We also chose to do the late night pretzel bar which was a hit. All of the staff was so kind. Everyone was extremely helpful and helped make the day perfect. I would highly recommend this venue to brides who want a smooth and easy wedding. They provide almost all your vendors that you need. The officiant Thao from Tan Weddings and Events did such a good job and made it so easy for us by providing script samples and allowed us to make any edits we wanted. She was so sweet. 5/5 stars. Such a perfect day! Also they let you bring your dog! I stayed at the hotel the night before the wedding and the night of the wedding. Highly recommend so you can start getting ready early for your big day.

Unfortunately, on the actual wedding day, my family had to step in and handle several things that were supposed to be managed by the coordinator and her team. There were quite a few promises made during the planning process that simply weren't kept, and it added unnecessary stress to what should have been a smooth and enjoyable day. While some parts of her work were okay, the lack of follow-through and professionalism on the day itself was really disappointing. I wouldn't recommend based on our experience

But from the moment we began working with her, everything fell into place. She took the time to get to know us, helped craft a beautiful vision for our wedding, and guided us through the entire process with so much patience and expertise. Even though Ramona was technically our "day of" coordinator, she was with us every step of the way. Her responsiveness was incredible - every time we had a question (and there were plenty!), she was quick to reply with the perfect solution.
