They provided us with a color consultant Laura, who did an amazing job helping us with a color scheme since we had little idea how to pick the perfect colors. Their suggestions helped us immensely and the final product looks better than we expected. The crew, Steven, Chris and David were prompt everyday, courteous and respectful. Cleaned and organized everything at the end of each day. Very approachable and professional craftsmen. Price was very reasonable and quality Benjamin Moore products were used. Excellent work from start to finish, can't recommend this company enough!

Disrespectful behavior from someone representing MG Painting. While I was waiting in the…read moredrive-through line to get a sandwich, a Toyota truck marked with the company's name and carrying several ladders approached from another direction and cut ahead of the cars already waiting. The driver then smiled at those of us who had been waiting our turn. When you drive a company-branded vehicle, your behavior reflects on that business. Cutting in line shows a lack of consideration for others and leaves a poor impression of the company you represent. The truck was also filthy, which did not inspire confidence in the company's attention to cleanliness. The driver was smoking a cigarette in the drive-through as well--an inconsiderate choice around employees serving food and customers waiting nearby, the poor girl taking the order for both employees was inhaling the heavy smoke coming from the inside, expression on her face was full of disguise and genuine unhappiness was observed. Based on this experience, I would not hire MG Painting. Although I cannot speak to the quality of their painting work, the conduct I witnessed made me question their professionalism and respect for others. Also while in the drive through, being behind them, one worker on the passenger side opened the door and adjusted the rope for multiple ladders stored on the roof rack, it seems that the workers instead of tying the ladders to the roof rack, just left the rope hanging down over the door sill and are securing it with the closed door sill only - this is extremely dangerous and may cause injury or death if this ladder flies out.

This review reflects our personal observations and what occurred on the property The company was hired approximately three months ago. In our experience, they left the property in dangerous conditions, left trash and beer cans on the property, failed to complete the job, and someone was reportedly sent to the emergency room following the conditions left behind. They also removed the carport lighting and did not reinstall it. During a storm, the area was dark and wet, and the mother of my disabled child fell because there was no lighting in the carport. We also observed what we believed to be hazardous materials being disposed of in our dumpsters.

After a series of house-related traumas, a major plumbing incident left us with well over a dozen…read morelarge holes and cutouts in the drywall across several rooms - on walls, ceilings, in cabinets, under the kitchen sink, over the hot water heater, you name it --caused by plumbers trying to locate hidden pipes and manifolds. After so many things going wrong and overwhelming surprises, we felt shell-shocked and uncertain about how to restore our home to a livable condition. Because the repairs would need to be paid out of pocket rather than covered by insurance, it added an extra layer of stress and despair to the entire situation. A friend recommended Reynolds Painting, but we still wanted to cast a wide net and get multiple estimates, given the scope of the damage and the limits of our extremely prohibitive budget. There were other professionals who turned us down outright. They were not confident they could make the repairs without the results being visibly noticeable, even admitting they didn't want to take on a job with so many tricky cuts and patches. Everyone agreed that the types of repairs we needed would require someone with superior skills, and they just didn't want to risk their time or reputations when they couldn't guarantee we would be happy. Then we met Jason from Reynolds Painting. From the start, Jason was calm, reassuring, and confident --exactly what we needed after such a stressful experience. He saw the many challenges of our situation and didn't flinch. Instead, he presented a reasonably priced estimate for the work, and he and his team delivered results that can only be described as outstanding. They repaired every hole--even a few we weren't aware of until after the initial estimate--and left the walls and ceilings looking flawless. You honestly cannot tell there has ever been any damage. What stood out just as much as the craftsmanship was Jason's hands-on approach and genuine investment in ensuring the experience was positive for us. He checked in regularly to make sure the work was up to his high standards. You can tell he truly cares--not just about the final product, but also about his team and his clients. He fosters a positive environment for his employees, giving them both support and autonomy, which clearly reflects in the quality of the work and the mutual respect displayed by everyone. Reynolds Painting is a family-run business that takes pride in doing things right. The repairs were completed efficiently and to perfection, communication was consistent, and everything was done at a fair price. We're incredibly happy with the results and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Reynolds Painting to anyone. If you're looking for exceptional drywall repair (or painting services) and want to work with people who genuinely care-- call Jason at Reynolds Painting. We could not be more pleased!

It's been 4 years since having the house painted. I've been wanting to update our review but…read morewaffled for some time. Mostly I am frustrated by poor prep work and lack of transparency of what was and was not possible. Within months of the paint job, doors began peeling as well as moulding around the doorways. There were some areas where wall repair was required. Small spots but still noticeable to the naked eye. During the walk through, confidence was on full display that those areas would be repaired, prepped and painted. Those areas were never properly repaired. The original flaws are still visible. Some of the "repairs" also fell apart within several months. I don't expect the paint to look the same four years down the line and expect to touch it up. However, the issues I describe above were within mere months of the job. Even with my doors not being high end quality, the contractor should thoroughly explain the limitations of their abilities. I have been lowkey simmering for several years on these issues. While communication was perfectly fine, lack of execution, lack of attention to detail, over confidence and lack of honest appraisal of one's abilities is simply too much to overlook. If you have straightforward painting, I would recommend them. If you have anything above simple repainting, I'd caution you to stay away. Especially if the surfaces need quality prep and skill in repairing. I would have been perfectly fine having someone with those abilities repair or prep but that was not the information I was given during the quote. I was told no problem and that everything would be done perfectly.
