Really enjoyed my first visit to Cupcake Heaven! The bakers are so friendly and do an incredible job at making fresh, tasty cupcakes. I love to bake as well, so appreciate the effort they put into each of these cupcakes. Lots of great flavors & cute seasonal ones as well! It's hard to pick a favorite but I really love the blueberry cupcake. It was packed with blueberries & topped with such a tasty vanilla icing! Highly recommend!

The cupcakes here are soo delicious! I highly recommend. The owner was very sweet and professional. 10/10

I can't give this amazing business enough stars. Not only is the shop immaculate and fresh smelling, but the cupcakes are outstanding!!! I'm happy this little charm is surviving this pandemic. The owner was there cooking, and greeted us with a smile and was eager to explain all the flavors! She opened the show case so I could get a good picture of the lovely cupcakes. It was difficult to choose. Finally we narrowed it down to Banana Fosters, Raspberry bliss, Kalua AKA OMG, Hummingbird and Italian cookie cake. All were delicious. You must try this charming cupcake palace.

VERY DISAPPOINTED Cupcake Heaven was the 2nd vendor option that was referred by my daughter's wedding venue after "Amy's Creative" was found to be uncreative. There was a "tasting" done in Feb 2023 for the Wedding in April 2023. The difference in what was presented at the "tasting" and what was presented at the wedding was night and day as you can see from the pictures. The cupcakes presented at the "tasting" were beautiful, had a perfect amount of filling and very moist. The pictures of how the cupcakes would be displayed in the tulips on the stand looked very elegant. However, this was not the case on the wedding day. The cupcakes were filled with more icing than filling. The cupcakes dried out VERY quickly. There were NO tulips around the cupcakes. The tulips were completely eliminated from the display. This was NOT what we were expecting for a wedding. NOT for one of the most important days in your life. A day when you want EVERYTHING to be perfect. I am NOT quite sure of the reason behind this but WE were responsible for returning the stand to Cupcake Heaven. Since this was a destination wedding, my sister returned this stand for us (since she lives in FL) When my sister returned the stand and told Diane this was NOT what we were expecting for a wedding. Diane's response was... "Shit Happens" and the tulips she ordered were "ugly" and she made the decision not to put them out or tell anyone. These cupcakes were ordered in the beginning of February for a wedding at the end of April. She had plenty of time and knew what was expected. It seems this was thrown together last minute. I could have ordered tulips from Amazon with 1day shipping. Even plain white from any store would have been better than nothing at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED! There is NO do over! This was 1 special day. We could have ordered from the grocery and threw them on a stand and it would have looked comparable and the cupcakes would have been moist.

Diane from Cupcake Heaven was AWESOME to work with for our wedding cake. We gave her an inspiration picture we found on Pinterest and she made it happen. We bought the items we wanted put on the cake for her to add to save on the cost a little, and she even used wire cutters to cut the stuff down to size for us and put it on the cake. Diane was extremely flexible and easygoing and her cakes are just as delicious as her cupcakes! Highly recommend using her for your wedding cake and just stopping by for some delicious cupcakes. This place may be tasty for being one of the only private custom bakery in town but there customer service is PITIFUL. My mother placed an order for a surprise bridal shower for me, they had a really cute idea for the cake but life happened, like it normally does. I broke my foot just a couple of days sooner and my mother was so busy chauffeuring me around from orthopedic doctor to MRI she forgot to pick up the cake. I can understand if maybe the appointments were local, but they were all hours north. When they called to remind my mother, around 4:30, they were very rude and spiteful almost, stating that she neglected to pick up the cake and they closed at 6PM. When my mother tried to contact them the next day, they informed her that the cake had been sold to someone else. The way that these individuals spoke to my mother is absolutely horrifying, my mother was in tears! I will never recommend this place of purchase from here again. No compassion and no customer service skills! read more

You walk in the door to warm, friendly faces, and an amazing assortment of cupcakes....Kahlua Mousse aka OMG, Carrot Cake, Chocolate Raspberry, Apple Walnut (my absolute favorite), Oreo, Hostess and Pistachio Just to name a few! Cupcakes are one my favorite foods, so this place is on one of my tops! I just recently moved down to Florida and when I drove past this place, I knew I had to stop! These cupcakes are all delicious. My favorite is the blueberry. I can not get enough. I think the cream cheese frosting works so well. My life would be made if I could ever get a job there. Now THESE are cupcakes! They are the correct size, filled with awesome goodness with the correct cupcake to frosting ratio. The Irish Car Bomb & Kahlua cupcakes are out of this world. The cupcakes are great. They are hands-down the best desserts in Hernando County. At something like $2 a cupcake it might sound expensive but honestly you're better off buying 1 tasty cupcake here and saving your heart compared with paying $4 for 6 mediocre ones at Publix and digging your own grave. read more

I highly recommend Cupcake Heaven as your cake/cupcake vendor for your wedding or special event! Diane is absolutely amazing, talented and experienced with making your big day a success! I wanted to have a tier of cupcakes topped with a cake to cut for our wedding. Diane was so helpful with helping me choose from her great variety (there's sooo many choices). The cupcakes/cakes there are to die for! Everyone at my wedding raved about how delicious they were....and so gourmet. Diane absolutely saved the day when my sister's wedding cake fell apart during transport due to road construction. With less than a day's notice, she crafted 96 of the moistest, most delicious cuppies you could wish for. Their appearance was equally wonderful! We had 9 different varieties and they were much enjoyed by the guests. She also lent us her cupcake stands which was something I hadn't even thought to have inquires about. She most definitely saved the day. Her heart is definitely as good as her cupcakes. I will certainly stop by her shop anytime I am in the area again just to support her business. The cupcakes are good, but going there has always been a waste of time for me. They never seems to have more them 3 or 4 flavors made. Their menu shows many great sounding flavors too bad they never have them made. I dont enjoy looking at a menu of things I cant have. read more

Loooove their cupcakes. I came in one day with a dollar short of what I thought the cost would be, and the owner said don't worry about it. My only complaint is the variety. I wish there were more to choose from, but it's a small little shop so I don't really mind. The cupcakes are absolutely delicious. They're big and always taste fresh. Also, they're closed on Mondays. Bummer! Monday is always my "I need a cupcake" day. read more

Cupcake heaven is a wonderful treat for your taste buds, simply divine! The service is great, and the employees are always willing to answer any questions you may have. For someone who was new to the idea of a stand alone cupcake shop, i was eager to try the cupcakes. Can i tell you, the Kahlua cupcake was amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Second to that would have to be the coconut cupcake, which was amazingly delicious!!! Cupcake Heaven is a real treat! It's also a great idea for birthday's. You can order a dozen cupcakes in all kinds of flavors, for a really great price. Plus the presentation is awesome. You get to pick out a stand to set the cupcakes on, which is great if your having a birthday party, so everyone can pick their own flavor! I highly recommend Cupcake Heaven to anyone who's craving that scrumptious treat. They also design cupcakes according to the seasons, for instance, for spring, they designed cupcakes with butterflies on them! How cute is that! Plus every cupcake tastes as if it was individually made. It's incredible! The quality of food and the time they put into it is amazing. We specialize in great tasting cupcakes. Our cupcakes are made from scratch. We make the cake, the frosting, and any fillings right here in our little cupcake bakery. Nothing is boxed or frozen here. We make them fresh daily, in small batches, using quality ingredients. We have nine cupcakes that we make every day then we add on as orders come in. We make anywhere from ten to sixteen different flavors daily. You can call in an order or just drop in and choose from our case. We think you will agree that our cupcakes are the best you've ever tasted.

Established in 2009.

Cupcake Heaven opened in October of 2009. The business has been growing ever since. Word of mouth has been the best source of advertisement for us. Any time a customer takes a box of cupcakes to a party or to an office, or for a wedding, the more the word speads of how unique and delicious our cupcakes are. We never get tired of hearing "Your cupcakes were a BIG hit!" Our philosophy is that "It's all about the taste." Yes, our cupcakes are beautiful, but we don't use fondant, or labor intensive decorating. Mainly because fondant doesn't taste all that great. We believe in making great TASTING cupcakes that are always FRESH and unique.

Meet the Business Owner: Diane L.

I have always been a home baker, baking for family & friends, for any & every occasion. Every Christmas I baked all my friends & coworkers gift baskets of mini quick breads, cookies, and mini cakes. When I discovered the cupcake trend I became fascinated with cupcakes. For two years I did a lot of research and tested a lot of recipes on my friends and co-workers. Then in 2009 I opened "Cupcake Heaven". This little cupcake bakery is a dream come true! I love baking cupcakes and I am just thrilled by the way the Spring Hill community has welcomed us and continues to support us. Our customers have been taking our cupcakes all over the county (and beyond) and have been a very big part of our success. Our manager, Diane, was always baking for her family and friends, too. She is a wonderful friend and a very good baker. (And, she is responsible for making our cupcakes look so beautuful.) We have a great team of family and friends. And, we plan to bake cupcakes for many more years

About a month ago, I stopped in hoping for their cheese bread, but he mentioned he had stopped making it because it wasn't selling. Fast forward to today... they had it again! I was so excited I grabbed two. They're small (about $1.50 each), but absolutely delicious. Just a heads up--they're made with tapioca, so you have to enjoy that slightly chewy texture. This time, I ordered through Uber Eats for pickup--3 sandwiches and 2 pastries--and everything was fantastic. Super fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. My only small complaint is that I wish more of their pastries were available to order online, because I'd definitely try even more. Overall, this place is a hidden gem. Authentic, homemade, and consistently delicious. I'll definitely keep coming back!

But they have the most spectacular sandwiches. And the sweets case is out of this world. This is a tiny place and 90% of business appears to be take out, but we enjoyed the quaintness of the tables in the corner and hall. Don't hesitate, go have a bite and an espresso today.
