Really enjoyed my first visit to Cupcake Heaven! The bakers are so friendly and do an incredible job at making fresh, tasty cupcakes. I love to bake as well, so appreciate the effort they put into each of these cupcakes. Lots of great flavors & cute seasonal ones as well! I asked if the cupcakes would be okay by then, and even she was skeptical, but I decided to just go ahead. I put them in the freezer as she suggested when I got home, and let them defrost for about 2 hours before birthday party time. They were amazing!! Will definitely be back soon. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED Cupcake Heaven was the 2nd vendor option that was referred by my daughter's wedding venue after "Amy's Creative" was found to be uncreative. There was a "tasting" done in Feb 2023 for the Wedding in April 2023. The difference in what was presented at the "tasting" and what was presented at the wedding was night and day as you can see from the pictures. The cupcakes presented at the "tasting" were beautiful, had a perfect amount of filling and very moist. The pictures of how the cupcakes would be displayed in the tulips on the stand looked very elegant. However, this was not the case on the wedding day. The cupcakes were filled with more icing than filling. The cupcakes dried out VERY quickly. There were NO tulips around the cupcakes. The tulips were completely eliminated from the display. This was NOT what we were expecting for a wedding. NOT for one of the most important days in your life. A day when you want EVERYTHING to be perfect. I am NOT quite sure of the reason behind this but WE were responsible for returning the stand to Cupcake Heaven. Since this was a destination wedding, my sister returned this stand for us (since she lives in FL) When my sister returned the stand and told Diane this was NOT what we were expecting for a wedding. Diane's response was... "Shit Happens" and the tulips she ordered were "ugly" and she made the decision not to put them out or tell anyone. These cupcakes were ordered in the beginning of February for a wedding at the end of April. She had plenty of time and knew what was expected. It seems this was thrown together last minute. I could have ordered tulips from Amazon with 1day shipping. Even plain white from any store would have been better than nothing at all. VERY DISAPPOINTED! There is NO do over! This was 1 special day. We could have ordered from the grocery and threw them on a stand and it would have looked comparable and the cupcakes would have been moist. read more

Was staying in the area and my in laws were talking this place up. We wanted to get them for a party one night, but they were closed so we went to another cupcake shop nearby that left us wanting more. So a friend of mine posted about Cupcake Heaven on facebook doing something nice for her son - totally cheering him up on a bad day. This really makes me want to check a place out. So what do I do? I hop in my car, grab my mom, and we made our way up to Spring hill to check this place out. The owner Diane, is wonderful, She has a lot of fantastic options, and if she sells out of one that you want, she will go back into the kitchen and make it for you, right then, right there. The cup cakes are large, they are delicious and the icing is to DIE for. When she found out where we had made the trek from, she gave us ice packs to keep the cakes cool for the journey home and didn't even charge us for that. She's got the customer service down pat! While there, I ordered a half dozen mixed cups... My favorite was the Kaluah- OMG.. truly it was OMG. The elvis and peanut butter cup went over very well with friends and the chocolate raspberry was said to be dense and decadent, intense. So if you're looking for a very friendly, warm hearted person who really does right by her customers, go check out cupcake heaven and see Diane. Tell her Liam,Robin and Dianna sent ya. Nom nom! I randomly came across Cupcake Heaven and asked my husband to pick some up on his way home. He brought home four different flavors to try and each was packed with flavorful goodness. We had little slices so we could try each flavor. They are made very well so a little goes a long way (not like cheap ones where you can eat handfuls and still not feel satisfied). Nope, these hit the spot: Kahlua, peanut butter cup, Rocky road, and red velvet - Kahlua was our top, but all others were extremely close seconds :). We did not receive the cupcakes as advertised/coordinated well before my wedding in April. The owner did not order the appropriate items (with months of notice), and instead ordered items that she deemed "ugly" the day prior, so she made the decision to not contact me, and set up the below stand at the venue. Note the okay layout with standard white/see-through cupcake liners versus the "tulips" you would expect for a wedding to make the white presentation uniform. When attempting to find the source of the issue, as I am stationed several time zones away, my aunt experienced a very unprofessional interaction where the response for the issues was "shit happens, but how was the cake" from Diane. On that note, the buttercream frosting was dense, the filling was mostly frosting and not what was provided as a sample, and the cake dried out. Overall, if you don't have any issues requiring customer service, this might be an okay option for a kid's birthday party or office going-away, but I would not recommend Cupcake Heaven for your wedding. read more
