Heaps of people looked like regular loyal customers, known well to staff. We took a seat inside, ordering coffees whilst we perused the menu. Huge coffee with beautiful latte art and they use campos beans which is a popular choice for many cafe frequenters. We ordered the special which was toast with crispy bacon, scrambled eggs and tomato. This had a great flavour to it and we polished it off pretty fast. We also ordered the granola made by sonoma which was a lovely honey spiced flavour with heaps of yoghurt and fresh fruit: kiwi fruit, rockmelon, apricot, blueberries, watermelon and pineapple. Accompanied with a bit of milk. Plenty of appealing brunch options and lunch choices too - risotto looks amazing as a lunch choice. Some yummy looking scrolls and biscuits , we opted for the nutella cookie - like a melting moment but nutella inside! Divine! Staff were absolutely lovely and recommend this a great cafe and brunch spot.

We got in at…read moreabout 1:30pm on a Thursday and although it wasn't full, there were still a few customers seated & enjoying a meal. They serve Campos coffee there which is an absolute seller for me, by far my favourite coffee, so they automatically got a tick from me! The cafe had a nice, laid back atmosphere to it with a simple yet modern decor inside. There is also room to sit outside on a nice day if you please. Parking was very easy to find in a near by side street & it is a convenient location being on the corner of Rocky Point Road. We were quickly served by the lovely lady looking after the service side of the business. I ordered my usual large skim Cappucino with the Sonoma Muesli & Egg Omelette. The coffees were out on our table in no time & the food followed shortly after, about 15 minutes or so later. The Sonoma Muesli was lovely, the yogurt was nice & creamy but not to sweet & the Muesli was crunchy & golden. Much to my surprise, the yogurt & Muesli rested on a generous portion & variety of fresh fruit that complimented the dish so well. The egg omelette was brilliant as well, filled with ham, cheese, mushroom & tomato & a side of sourdough toast. One of the meals alone would have filled me up but the fact that I had to try two meant that I left completely satisfied! The only issue I think the cafe has to deal with is that it is located on Rocky Point Road that did get quite loud at times, however, if you go at a more appropriate time, I doubt that you will experience so many trucks. Besides that, the cafe is great value for money, the coffee is lovely, the food was delicious & generously portioned and the pricing was very affordable at around $15 - $20 a head for coffee & breakfast. We were in and out with full bellies within 45 minutes - I highly recommend checking this cafe out if you're in the area.

This quaint cafe is owned by a sister and brother duo and offers diners an indoor and alfresco seating, perfect to soak in the sunshine amidst winter. We tried a variety of delicious all day breakfast items. With so many delectable options to choose from, if ever in doubt, order the Corn Fritters! These were thee best fritters I've ever had, packed with juicy corn kernels and great flavour combination. What I tried: The French Toast: Brioche french toast with seasonal berries, vanilla-nut praline icecream, Canadian maple syrup and crumb . The Corn Fritters: Smoked salmon, housemade labneh, smashed avacado, basil pesto, watercress and sweet pickled onion . The Rosie Benny: Sourdough bread topped with poached eggs, baby spinach and housemade pink hollandaise sauce . The Pretty Smash: Toasted sourdough bread topped with smashed avacado, tomato medley, feta, betroot cumin hummus and pistachio . Açaí berry bowl: Toasted Maple Almond muesli, chia seeds, coconut, seasonal fruits, almonds and honey . Coconut Chia Pudding: with yoghurt, roasted nuts, seasonal berries and honey

The cafe can be found on a side street, Surf Ln laneway and you be dining with relaxed beach goers, families doing brunch and those with their pooch companions. There's plenty of seating there for small and larger groups. The venue is bright and open and you'll feel comfortable. The menu is certainly broad and you'll find your favourites like a bacon and egg roll, but also plenty of unique dishes too. We loved the truffled chilli scrambled eggs, served on toasted sourdough with mushy peas, lemon whipped goats cheese, cucumber, mint, crispy shallots & truffled chilli sauce. A really decent sized serving too. For the Avo on toast dish, we opted for the gluten free bread w/ zaatar, lemon olive oil, Meredith goats cheese, pickled beetroot & fresh mint. Another great dish was green goddess salad made with cos lettuce, smashed pea hummus, whipped goat cheese, green capsicum, olives, cucumber, sprouted beans & lentils, fresh basil, toasted pumpkin seeds & za'atar and the green goddess dressing. I wanted some protein and the waitress recommended I add the Sarah's Day skewers as they're nicely marinated. Good suggestion, for my already great salad had that extra flavour burst. For drinks, there's beers, wine, cocktails, smoothies and of course coffee. We enjoyed our experience and look forward to trying the Bondi store too.

Undeniable the BESTEST coffee in Hurstville. Absolutely hands and knees down…read more They have a pretty cool interior made from wood with a funky graffiti artwork at the back wall as a feature. I'm also guessing they call themselves 18 grams because each double shot of coffee is precisely 18 grams? You know if a place is confident with their coffee if they serve it unconventionally. What I mean here is styles you won't get at a standard cafe. For example, cold drip, siphon etc... This place has everything. They also know some cool finishing touches that gets people coming back for more. During launch they gave out free coffee - a full coffee card. Being the snobby me I declined the card (I actually didn't know what they were giving out to be honest ...). But when I went there the first time they gave me a loyalty card with the first row all stamped meaning my next coffee was on them! Awesomeness #1. I love cookies and every coffee has a cookie on it! Awesomeness #2 ... I was sold. And what's Awesomeness #3? Their coffee :)

I had a vegetarian omelette which was very tasty. It came with zucchini and was lovely. The dishes and cups were lovely and dainty. Service was also quick and checked on us to make sure all was fine. Couple of things I didn't enjoy was the coffee. Not sure of the brand but I found it strong but that's my opinion as you may love the coffee. The other is that they advertise an Aussie breakfast but with no bacon. I found a lot of the cafes in Bankstown do not serve bacon.

Minimal signage, and located at…read morethe back of a residential block beside a Thai Restaurant, you'd have to know it was there to visit. It was, and is, a very busy place. Therefore, it has a good name to it in the community and surrounds. We can certainly see why. Everything was absolutely on point. The space is rustic, wooden panelled walls and wooden tables, some with mosaic tiles. Seats are made plush with cushions and the space is decorated with bird cages and bunches upon bunches of flowers. This styling makes it feel homely and comfortable. The space is large, with a few seated spaces, so you could certainly take a group there. Order at the counter, and you can select from the wide menu or something small (and sweet from the glassed display shelf). The menu is superb and we could have ordered so many things - healthy açai bowls, to eggs benny, brekkie boards, French toast or waffles, it's a shame we could only fit three things in our bellies! Glacage has three brekkie boards to choose from: the Glacage, Aussie and Mediterranean. We went for the Mediterranean - a generous service of chorizo, haloumi, mushroom, eggs, olives and more! A healthy brekkie that is certainly possible to share. Sautéed mushrooms on toasted sourdough, with truffled mayonnaise, steamed asparagus, and crunchy poached eggs, topped with micro herbs. The mayo was divine and we really enjoyed the truffle flavour to the dish. We would 100% order this time and time again. We also couldn't go past the strawberry cheesecake waffles for a sweet choice to end the meal. The crunchy waffles were topped with and a granola crumb. A must order for those with a sweet tooth. Coffee by St Ali Coffee Roaster, fresh juices, smoothies and more, you will find a drink to suit your meal. We went for a coffee and chai which were both lovely blends. The staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly and hospitable, and you will feel very welcome here. Add it to your list of places to visit soon!
