    Cherry Danish and Pistachio Latte

I love stopping in for a latte and treat. The Pistachio Latte tastes similar to marzipan. This was my first time ordering it and I asked for coconut milk... not sure if that had any impact on the taste. The desserts and service are always great. I also recommend trying their S'mores Mocha latte and chocolate chip cookie.

Tucked in an unassuming corner but in a good location is this gem of a cafe. When they finish the new park to connect Old.City directly to the waterfront, this cafe will no longer feel unassuming. I am gonna go out on a limb and say that if they could double the size of the cafe in size in this particular location and if the building can be owned, this property's value will significantly increase. Thick chocolate chip cookie, black cherry? Cheesecake slice, and banana nut bread slice is what I had from a TooGoodToGo. Very reasonably priced to receive this at random and this cafe truly understands TooGoodToGo. This is a great way for the cafe to advertise- I mean it got me to come!. With a fancy French (sounding) name like Cuor Di Caffe to blend in with Society Hill but then the exterior looking worn as a former Franklin building giving an Old City vibe, you can't go wrong! Staff is friendly here. Oh to add, the weather was acting rainy and so windy sometimes that as I left the place, the coffee sign fell over. I picked it up and put it in the store. The clerk told me I didn't have to do that and I knew I didn't. Then I immediately left so that it wouldn't seem to intrusive- especially close to closing time because that is what TooGoodToGos are usually all about. Right?

Adorable new spot for coffee in Old City. They open at 7am, which is a plus for me since I start work at 8. They have the usual lineup of coffee and espresso options as well as trendy stuff like shaken espresso and matcha lemonade. The coffee is a rich, dark roast, so if you enjoy Starbucks you'll love Cuor di Caffe. But it doesn't have the burnt flavor that makes me avoid SBux. There's a menu of panini and crepes, too. I'll be back for that soon. The space is really cute and cozy. They've put a lot of effort and love to create a welcoming spot to linger offer a coffee or lunch.

First visit hear for a latte. It's good, but only one cup size which is small. (Starbucks tall size). Clean and nice on the inside and espresso machine lots top notch. However, what do I know.

Dirty Chai and lavender latte. Cherry pastry.

Ambience is nice and relaxing. The service is also laid back and fitting of the vibe. However, the crepe and pastry were really expensive for what we got. The pastry wasnt warmed, and the crepe was overcooked. The lattes on the other hand were fantastic.

Amazing atmosphere and even better coffee. The owner/workers were so friendly and even offered us a free crepe. Would definitely recommend this coffee shop for anyone in the Old City area!!

I got an iced latte, the Jerusalem Bage withl Smoked Salmon Scallion Cream Cheese, Cucumbers, Pickled Red Onions it was incredible. It has…read morethe ease of a neighborhood café, yet the confidence, visual sophistication, and social energy of a much larger restaurant. We have eaten at the high tops, in the main dining room, and at the tables extending into The Harper lobby, and each area feels like part of the same unified experience. The colors and lighting inside are especially warm and inviting, giving the room a glow that feels cozy and uplifting, especially during a Philadelphia winter. Food remains at the center of the experience, and my order is always the Jerusalem bagel with egg and cheese. On the rare occasions when turkey bacon appears, I add it as a welcome delicacy and a little extra sustenance, though the bagel is already delicious on its own. The cinnamon sugar kubaneh, the chocolate chip cookie, and the Bloody Mary are excellent. K'Far has also expanded its selection of bowls and salads since we ate here most regularly, and they look consistent with the quality of everything else. These days, a full breakfast here does not always fit within our budget, but I still make a point of stopping in for OX Coffee, which is delicious and, happily, roasted in Philadelphia. The Yemenite latte is another distinctive pleasure, aromatic and satisfying without feeling like a novelty created merely for attention. The staff is consistently charming, welcoming, and composed, and the team's continuity and energy suggest that people genuinely enjoy working here. When our budget allows, I will absolutely return to eat. Perhaps the clearest expression of K'Far's brilliance arrives in one memory from a cold, radiantly sunny Saturday, when "Inspector Norse" by the Norwegian producer Todd Terje comes through the speakers as the restaurant buzzes around us. The track, the worldly crowd, and the aroma from the kitchen create the elusive feeling Steve Cook and Mike Solomonov understand so well: people go out to eat because they want to feel seen and be briefly transported into a more vivid version of life. I already love K'Far and The Hoxton as separate brands, so seeing them come together at The Hoxton in Williamsburg feels like an unusually natural and exciting partnership. Creating this kind of social magnetism inside a bakery and café is a subtle achievement, and Philadelphia is richer for having a place with this much flavor, warmth, and personality.

The $10 martinis on Friday were an excellent deal and definitely one of the highlights of the evening. A well-priced martini always sets a promising tone, and these did exactly that. The bartenders were helpful and kept things moving impressively well, even with a group our size, which was much appreciated. The space itself is huge and very clean, with plenty of tables and seating, so it was easy for everyone to spread out, settle in, and enjoy themselves without feeling packed in. A major point in its favour is the setup for watching sports. They have a massive wall of TV screens, plus more TVs throughout the space, which made it very easy to keep up with multiple games at once. No awkward craning for a view, no fighting for the one good seat, just a very solid setup for a group outing. Overall, it was a fun experience and very much in line with the good times we have had at other City Tap locations in DC. A lively, well-run spot for drinks and groups, and one we would happily return to.

Our server Rachel was lovely and gave us a rundown of their specials and the menu's top hits. Our drink selections ranged from as boring as a Diet Coke to as fun as a seasonal lemonade. We were all content with our choices, though we puttered around making suggestions from their large drink menu. I typically go for a savory breakfast, but the stuffed brioche French toast was speaking to me. I can never turn down banana! The rest of our table ordered avocado toast (x2) and fried eggs with bacon. Everyone was really happy with their choices and an added bonus was that our food came out quickly. I insisted everyone at our table try a bite of my massive stuffed brioche French toast and the consensus was that it was ridiculously good. Though this spot is tiny, it is not to be missed.

Luckily, we found street parking right next to the restaurant, which was a nice surprise. When we arrived, the wait for a table of three was about 45 minutes. That's somewhat expected for a popular brunch spot on a weekend. Once seated, the service was prompt. Our waiter stopped by quickly with waters and took good care of us throughout the meal. I ordered the House Angus Burger with sweet potato fries. It was solid, flavorful, and definitely filling. My friend got the Bella Vista Omelet with home fries, and we both agreed that while the food was good, it felt like standard brunch fare rather than anything particularly memorable. Based on the long wait and the hype surrounding Sabrina's, I think we were expecting the food to really stand out. In my opinion, the dishes we tried were comparable to what you'd find at a quality chain brunch spot like First Watch. That's not necessarily a bad thing, the food was satisfying, but it didn't quite justify the lengthy wait. That said, the menu has plenty of more unique and creative options that we didn't try. I'd be open to coming back and ordering one of those specialty dishes next time. Overall, I left satisfied with the meal and service.

I made a reservation online on OpenTable. We arrived earlier than our reservation slot so we were able to walk around and take pics. Unfortunately on the night we went it was super cloudy and had been raining so the views weren't nearly as good as they could have been. There's a grand staircase that walks down into an even bigger and more open area. Up first, was a $9 hot chocolate and a $23 Bluecoat (Dirty Martini with blue cheese olives). The martini was perfect, exactly how I like it with tiny slivers of ice shards. Second, I had a $30 Gold Espresso Martini with vodka. It was also perfect. Probably the prettiest espresso martini I've ever been served. The leaf design in your drink is pretty sweet. Tons of dates here, anniversaries, vacationers, and people super dressed up. Most certainly look your best if you decide to come. Next time I'm in Philly, I'll certainly be back!
