Travis at Flaming Ice Heating and Cooling responded right away to my request for quotes, before anyone else did. And was the only one to offer a same day appointment! He sent a message to tell me he was on his way and he showed up when he said he would. He was very professional and was able to diagnose and fix the problem. He also explained what the issues were. The price was good for same day service. I highly recommend this company and Travis.

A Harsh Lesson in Trust: Thousands Paid, Zero Relief from Delcor's Broken Promises. As someone who…read moreco-financed the HVAC installation with Delcor, I felt compelled to share my own perspective, because this ordeal hasn't just cost us money; it's cost us trust, time, and peace of mind. From the outset, we were sold a vision of reliability. A reputable company, a full-service experience, and the comfort of knowing our tenant would be taken care of. What we received instead was a dysfunctional unit from day one. Two weeks later, it's still not working--and not a single person at Delcor is stepping up to resolve the issue in any meaningful way. I'm not just speaking as a frustrated customer--I'm speaking as someone who tried to do everything right. We didn't go with a cut-rate contractor. We chose a well-known company and paid upfront for a full system. That trust was met with radio silence, departmental runarounds, and a shocking lack of urgency. Let me be clear: the unit had defects from the moment it was declared "installed." It leaked. It was missing critical components. And instead of taking accountability, Delcor has chosen delay over resolution. They continue to request final payment for a job that isn't done. Not working. Not livable. In the meantime, we had no choice but to spend more out of pocket for a temporary cooling solution--just so a human being wouldn't have to suffer in an unconditioned space during a heatwave. If you're thinking of hiring Delcor, ask yourself this: What happens if the install goes wrong? Who will pick up the phone? Who will stand by their work? Based on our experience, the answer is no one. This review isn't about venting--it's about warning. If you're looking for true end-to-end service, or a company that takes responsibility when things go south, I urge you to look elsewhere. The cost of choosing wrong goes far beyond dollars.

They got the emergency heat working but had other problems with the compressor that required replacing some parts. At least had emergency heat while waiting for the replacement parts. 2 weeks later when they had all the parts they were able to repair my compressor. System is working properly again. Brandon and his assistant did an excellent job at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Creeche's for all your heating and AC repairs. Fred W. 3/13/2025

Replacing an AC is not fun. But Pitt Heating & Air made it as painless as possible…read more My AC stopped working during this very hot week. They were able to come and check out the problem within a couple hours. They attempted to just add freon but unfortunately that was not the issue. So we had to replace the whole unit. Everyone representing Pitt Hearing & Air was great to work with. They were great in going through the different options and the whole process with me. They arrived to install right on time, they worked hard all day. They were very respectful and pleasant. And my home is now so comfortably cool! I would recommend them for your AC needs.

PITT HEATING & AIR saved the day! I have been living in a remodel without a/c on the first floor…read morethrough some unbearably hot weather, waiting for the general contractor to "get to it." My neighbor told me about Pitt, and shared that he has used the company for two major household installations with great satisfaction. He encouraged me to call Pitt, and I did. WOW. Within 48 hours I had a brand new gas pack, all new duct work under the house, inspection completed, and functioning air conditioning (AND heat for the winter). They are honest, efficient, reliable, professional, clean, and extremely thorough. They carted away the broken down old heat pump, the air handler, all the old duct work, and a large shrub. After the installation was complete, and I had been enjoying the cool air for 24 hours, one of the owners stopped by to make sure I was completely satisfied. A business should always strive to leave a place in better condition than they found it. Pitt raised the bar for the rest of the service providers on my remodel project. (PS Getting rid of the old air handler for the heat pump opened up the hall closet under the stairs! Yippee!)

Tried reaching out to their customer service several times this week, was told I would get a call back each time, and each time my call was never returned. Reached out to the realtor that helped me with the home purchase that recommended EMI do the initial inspection, he emails the owner of this place to tell him I have an concern and havent been able to get his customer service dept to help me, and he Simply respond "Have him call the office". What a Joke of a company. All they care about is your money, clearly. Not even the owner cares enough to go out of his way to do something for a customer that they screwed over. Do not do business with this company. Do not give them your $.
