Really enjoyed their North Atlantic Cod. Although it saddens me that I'm in Florida and have to go to Culver's to get a decent fish fry...

We went there at the Vera location . It will s new and our 4th visit- gets better each visit. Had fish sandwiches and cheese curls. Excellent taste, price, quick service. Had hot fudge sundaes and there no better in area! Would recommend! read more

This Culver's is the WORST EVER! After 35 minutes of giving me the wrong food or messed up the order I gave up and just requested a refund which I had to work for! No compensation and took the stupid food back after all that mess! After all that the shake was melted! DONT GO!!! read more

Fried Cod was cooked in scorched oil. Terrible burnt taste. Mashed potatoes tasted like soap. Don't waste your money on this garbage. When speaking with manager Jennifer, I told her they also forgot my coleslaw again on my pickup order. Not the first time. Jennifer said oh I'll give you a free coleslaw next time you come in. Culver's food is always amazing, but the service at this location is terrible. Whether you drive through, dine in, just order custard, or try to call ahead for pick up, make sure you plan an additional 30+ minutes for your visit! THEY ARE SO UNBEARABLY SLOW. I truly don't understand. I worked at a Culver's for over 4 years, and the service at this location is just despicable. Plus, anything ordered from the custard bar is usually melted, half empty, or not completely mixed. Not sure what they do here, but this location sucks. Did the drive-thru a few times for a Concrete mixer. The mixers are off the chain, but one time I was handed one in a cracked container. I didn't notice until it started leaking a few minutes later and I had to throw it out the window by a dog. So next time I return for a mixer, I check the container and notice it's cracked also. I brought it to the nice girl's attention, who gave me a new one and apologized saying that sometimes the mixing machines do that. Well don't you think Culver's should fix the issue then? Either get a more robust container or stop mixing in the current one. Also, I found it annoying one time I was blocked in the drive-thru by everyone who was parked waiting for their order when I immediately got mine. I was stalled 10min while my mixer was melting. Chik-fil-A is way busier, yet can move folks along nicely. Maybe Culvers should study their model? read more

Place is great. Last week we got red lobster take out. It was terrible. This week we gave Culver's a try. Food was Hot, Fresh, and came out in a timely manner. Most of all it was not $70.00 like the frozen TV dinner we got at red lobster. You gotta have one of Culver's burgers with the cheese curds and for desert a concrete mixer. Ate at Culver's for the first time Monday, 4/16/18. Wife ordered 2pc Fish with mashed potatoes w/ gravy, and green beans. I ordered pot roast diner with same sides. Fish and pot roast was good (for the money). Mashed potatoes were cold..not cool, COLD. But we were quickly brought another order each which were warm..not hot, WARM. Green beans had lots of chopped red onions mixed in; my wife doesn't eat onions and there were to many to pick out and the beans were marinated in onion juice. Apparently THAT is how Culver's makes them..with onions. Needless to say, we were not pleased with this first impression of the place. But if my wife would have ordered the fish with fries and cold slaw, she might have been happier with her meal. There is a learning curve here, folks. As with any new place, you have to get used to the menu and how they prepare the food. I'm willing to give them a second try soon, but will probably NOT be ordering the green beans again. And there is really no excuse for COLD mashed potatoes and gravy....I'll get fries the second time around. As for hamburgers.....HARDY's FATBURGER is hard to beat . 13 minutes ago We have been there 2 times in 2 weeks and the employees are horrible at checking orders and customer communications, customer service or getting the order correct! The very first time ordering there they forgot the George's Supreme chili. We call, they ask us to come back and get it. 8 miles away...we go on a list "supposedly" and when we go there tonight...no one knows anything about it? When my husband gets the receipt out and mentions Conesta's name she comes to the window, explains and supposedly corrects it! Once home we find we are missing fries, both the chili's are regular chili, NOT the Supreme that we had paid for last week and just discussed at the window! When we called back there was no care, no I'm sorry, no offer to make it right and the young woman of color on the phone got cocky and hung up on us!!! Is this the way Culver's wants to treat customers who spend over $80 last weekend and over $70 this weekend? I doubt it!!! This same review will be sent to corporate to see if that's how they want their customers to be treated at the Culver's of West Melbourne Florida zip code 32904. Very, very, very disappointing! Great food, horrible food checking on the large orders and terrible communication with orders, problems and retention of customers! I love culvers food. The service in this location is lacking but it will come with time. No matter what I will continue to come here because of the food but there is no doubt in my mind they need to get their act together if they're going to continue keeping customers. Joey went to Culver's for dinner and ice cream with my grand my six year old granddaughter we waited over an hour and a half or a food and then we're put in for our Sunday waiting for yet another hour no Sunday ever appeared I had to leave Culver's with my six year old granddaughter in tears cuz these people were too lazy to bother to make her ice cream went on time 0 if I could give them zero Stars I would cuz that just stinks you would think somebody in management would keep an eye on what's going on and figure out what people are there I'm from Wisconsin I love Culver's I love their custard and that's the only reason we went there this evening and now I left it and left with a crying grandchild I am so irritated with you people we will never ever come back to your restaurant again read more

Went through the drive through to order a single scoop of the ice cream. I heard they had the best so I wanted to try. Got to the window, paid, they gave me a number and told me to pull up and wait. I was waiting in my car for over 20 minutes before going inside and asking about my order. It was just a scoop of ice cream so I figured it would take barely a minute. The girl was like oh okay i'm sorry, they forgot to run it out.. and grabbed it off the back counter and tried handing it to me 3/4 melted and sloppy. I asked if they could make a new one and she was obviously annoyed but did anyway. I get this business just opened and you're a bit busy but my god this place has poor organization. Cars lined up with numbers and backed up blocking exit and entrance traffic. Can't figure out why, the food looks less than mediocre they don't even make the pictures look appetizing. But this is Brevard, nothing exciting happens here unless a new Publix or typical 2 star chain restaurant opens up. read more

The Reuben sandwich was soggy and very sour. The New England Clam Chowder was super hot even after putting three ice cubes in it and not really worth it. There was a long wait. Cost me about $10.00 which also included a drink. Really not worth it for such poor quality. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. Yes, new place, new staff, understood. However the lack of training and utter lack of complacency given by management is inexcusable. On our first visit we waited 35 minutes inside for 2 cheeseburgers, second visit waited 20 minutes in the drive through for a kiddie cone for my son...went inside and "oops, they forgot....", with nothing said or done to compensate....we will not be returning until they get their shit together..... read more

I've eaten at Culver's in Wisconsin and am a great fan of their frozen custard. I was a little disappointed in the burger I had, because it was very greasy. I'd like to see them work on that, but the frozen custard was my main reason for visiting and I'd come back for that. read more

This was the worst first impression by far. I order the lady gives me my milkshakes and tells me to pull forward they'd be out with my food. So I wait....25-30mins in the heat. Not only were people behind me getting their food already but my milkshakes were melting. Now I get maybe they ordered less or theirs is easier to make but damn 30 effing minutes I ordered 2 burgers and a kids meal. So I FINALLY get my food and my shakes are nearly mush so by the time I get home to my family with their shakes it's soup. So I had to ask for new ones and yet wait some more. Luckily the girl who brought my food was super sweet and quick. We went the day after their grand opening with the family. Service was horrible! When our order was served it was incorrect. The server person rolled her eyes half grab the food from my husband and walked away. When the correct order was served it was cold and greasy. Honestly I was quite stunned. At the end of our meal I asked for a manager. Turns out the owner was there. I explained to her Our experience and how disappointed we were.
