    Delicious crinkle fries
    Jama M.

I wasn't sure I was reviewing the same culvers we went to because of the mediocre reviews. It is clean, efficient and great food. We went there on a Sunday and it looked like church had just let out because it was really busy with lots of nice dressed people I first noticed when I walked in it was clean and the atmosphere was Lively and efficient we get to the service cashier to place our order everything was correct she did a great job with a smile and it looked like either the owner or the manager was doing just as much work as the other employees with a smile again we get our food we ordered strawberry shake I ordered a chili and I am very picky about my chili and it was so good , and a mashed potatoes and gravy and my husband ordered fries and a pretzel burger they were both delicious according to him, They brought it to our table so that was nice I'm kind of surprised at the mediocre reviews because it was super busy and delicious I would definitely go back

Handicap sign at restaurant that employee's say the law does not apply to them because they are on private property

This restaurant is hostile to handicap people. Employees rudely tell customers that because the Culver's restaurant is on private property, Ga laws (like Code Title 40. Motor Vehicles and Traffic § 40-6-226) do not apply to them. On 5/20 between 10:30 a and 11:30 am I got a meal at this establishment (which I would say, is very good.). Because I am handicap, I parked in the Handicap parking space. I had my handicap placard on display in the windshield, and had a Handicap icon on the rear of my car so that anyone behind me would know I am a handicap driver. When I began to pull out of my handicap space, I found a customer car had just parked in front of the restaurant door - in the left lane, but still blocking me in my space. I have a rear camera on my car and made a good fair effort to pull out twice without the car having to move, but I was unable to safety do so. The driver of the car was in the car and clearly saw I was stuck, but did not take any action, like driving his car forward by just a few feet so I could leave (I latter found out said driver was waiting for his meal to be hand delivered to him by a Culver's employee. I gave a quick honked on my horn, then a longer honk, and then a third even longer one - and when that failed to motivate said driver to just move a few feet so I could leave, I just sat on my horn until he moved (more than 2 minutes). Afterwards the driver of the offending car rolled down his window and yelled out I was a "dumass"; a women, with two children, that were walking to the entrance of Culver's yelled back asking the yelling of swear words to stop. As all this was going on, a Culver employee was delivering food to the line of cars parked (not in any parking spaces or a designated pick up zone, but in the left lane of the street to exit the parking lot, blocking other parking spaces). Even after said mother expressed concern over the violent exchange in front of her children, the employee took no action. I rolled down my window and told said employee that Culver's staff and management was knowingly instructing drivers to park illegally. Culver employee rudely advised me that because this was private property, laws do not apply to Culver's staff. I pointed out that Culver had painted / postered arrows themselves on the private property street, so they were also not following their own posted policy and procedures. The Culver's employee's response was to rudely order me to leave Culver's property, if I was not going to buy another meal. When I left, the car blocking the handicap space move back to his original position blocking access to the Handicap parking space I had vacated, all under said Culver's employee supervision.

Cameron and his manager, were very disrespectful and rude towards me. First my water cup had black specs in it and they made a fuss about getting me a new one, and then my father's walleye had no tartar sauce. We were not told we had to pay extra for it when we first placed our order. I then had to come back up and get silverware and pay .40 for the sauce. Cameron and his manager continued to talk about me and whisper with their backs turned. I hope they figure out common courtesy and how to have customer service. This place is an utter joke and a bad look for all other Culver's. I am extremely disappointed.

The location was clean, there are only a few tables and bar seats, (no alcohal) there are several TVs playing different things (the guy at the counter turned on the Minecraft movie for my son while we ate!! Super nice. My oldest and I order the Gouda burger... and my youngest ordered the hot dog. All with fries. (Prices seemed a bit high but honestly it was more than worth it!) The food came out pretty fast... and it looked awesome! (See pictures) the Gouda burger has lettuce, tomato, onion, Gouda, bacon, and shoe string potato chips on top of a good sized black angus patty. This was maybe the best burger I have had since I moved to GA! How are people not swarmed all over this establishment eating here! This was amazing! It was "ohhhhhh my Goddie to dam Hottie!!!" The burger was juicy and packed with amazing flavor! The addition of the shoe strings grave it a crunch that I just loved! I didn't even put catchup on it... I ate it as they brought it... nothing added nothing removed. It was phenominal! My son's hit dog was huge.. and loaded with condiments... onion, tomato's, relish on a monster dog. He couldn't finish it. The fries need to be cooked in hotter oil so that they get crispy.. some were kinda crisp some were not and salt the fries! The fries were ok... but the burger more than made up for it! I'm telling you this is burger heaven! If you're looking for the best burger around head on over to the Burger Factory... I know I'm going back to try a different offering soon!

The restaurant wasn't overly crowded -- only a few tables occupied and a handful of people at the bar -- but service was extremely slow from the start. It took about 10 minutes for our server to greet us, and another 10 minutes just to receive waters after ordering them. My boyfriend and I ordered drinks (a Raspberry Collins and a Tropicalia), along with a pretzel for the table. The pretzel was brought out by another server, and when I asked for plates, they never returned with them. I then asked our server for plates, but they still never came. Eventually, I had to ask the host to find our server, and he responded that he would "try." When our server finally came back, I had to ask for plates a third time. Our friend was finally able to order his mixed drink, and we went ahead and ordered our meals as well. The food took nearly an hour to come out, despite the restaurant having very few tables at that point. My boyfriend ordered the Nashville hot chicken, which was extremely oily and lacked flavor. I had the hibachi bowl, which was decent. Before the food arrived, I ordered another Raspberry Collins and more water, which took about 15 minutes and again was not delivered by our server. The one bright spot of the evening was the bartender -- I didn't catch her name, but she was wearing a red Falcons shirt. She personally brought my drink to the table, promptly brought us waters when asked, and even cleaned up our table. Major props to her professionalism and attentiveness, because she was the only person who made us feel taken care of. Unfortunately, based on this experience, we won't be returning. Save your time and money and try somewhere else in downtown Sugar Hill.

We tried. FOOD:…read more The burger sucked. The bread was old and crumbly and then soggy on the inside. The burger didn't fit the description, and it was overall not something that tasted like it came from a place that specializes in burgers. Chicken tenders - these are tough chicken. They're not hot on the inside, and it felt like eating a block of cheese but made of "chicken." With a pretty good digestive system, this meal will be notable on your body. The brain was fine ,- nothing to write home about. The buffalo sauce wasn't saucy enough, so I simply asked for a dipping sauce. Sweet potato fries - they were salty with an oily over-crisp later on the outside. The shape and center (soft, sweet potato flavor) were enjoyable, especially with the sauce. The menu called it Buffalo sauce, but it's more of a barbecue sauce and is not spicy/vinegar-y THE BAR: The bartender was nice, but he doesn't know how to make drinks. His recommendations (or even if we asked about a specific item) were way off par. The "old fashioned" pictured was barely half a shot with water and no cherry. The setup of the bar doesn't quite make sense. It doesn't go all the way around, but in an odd way. Most of the bar seats are in direct line of the cold air from the exit door. The most confusing part is that the tv screen itself is directly above the edge of the bar. So from the seat, you have to look up at an angle to catch game highlights, and it's unlikely you'd be able to watch a full game. AMBIANCE: While the entrance line leading up to order at the bar was not quite obvious, it was large enough to handle a long queue if there were one. The menu in the TV screen was overwhelming, but you can stand in line and read a paper copy. There is tons of seating - mostly four- or six- person tables. As much as I'd come spend time at the Collection, I would make a point to go somewhere else to avoid repeating a visit at Hopdoddy.
