Customer service makes a big difference in the restaurant industry, and a friendly attitude goes a long way. Overall, the experience was disappointing and the food was bland for a Mexican Taqueria.

Management creates an uncomfortable environment by commenting on staff members' looks in ways I find unprofessional and offensive. Making inappropriate, suggestive comments regarding the 'attention' female staff receive from male customers, which felt like gender-based harassment. In addition to derogatory, public assumptions about a young female employee's character, simply because she was seen with a child, and expressing surprise that staff members have friends with diverse backgrounds, creating a an insensitive and biased work environment. Additionally, you may wonder why they reduce wages for hours already worked upon resignation. It may be allowed, but is it right? Update/Response to Culver's: It is telling that the response is to redirect this to a private link rather than addressing the specific behaviors mentioned. While corporate has been notified of the wage reductions and the treatment of staff, the reality of the franchise model often means local ownership operates with little oversight. It is disappointing that leadership appears aware of these issues yet continues to allow this environment to persist, especially when employing young people who are still learning how to advocate for their rights. The community deserves to know the standard of leadership they are supporting here. read more

PSA: My Experience Working at Culver's The manager/Owners daughter, Annette, is immature, unprofessional, and the cancer of this Culver's location. I was never properly trained, yet she got frustrated when I didn't know tasks I was never taught, while showing blatant favoritism toward new hires. She talked behind my back, disrespected me in front of other employees, and even after I confronted her, she gave a fake apology only to fire me, remove me from the schedule, and take me out of the group chat without telling me for two days. My coworker Chris faced the same treatment, proving it's a clear pattern. The work itself wasn't the issue it's the toxic culture, poor communication, favoritism, immaturity, and repeated disrespect that make this location extremely difficult to work at. read more

I've been to this Culver's many times, since it first opened, and I've always had the best experience here. My family and I enjoy eating the delicious food here and have tried out the variety of food on the menu. The staff and owner are so lovely and make you feel very welcomed, whether you are a new or returning customer. Zero stars! Still waiting for a reply from the restaurant manager and a proper resolution. I called Culver's corporate a third time seeking the email for Culver's CEO. Perhaps the CEO or someone in his C-Suite would be interested in the unacceptably horrid service that Culver's customers are receiving at this location. read more

If you're looking for yummy food and friendly staff, then this is the place for you. Unlike other fast food restaurants, I like how Culver's has an assortment of food to try out and you're not limited to one thing. I really enjoy the custard they serve. Stop by sometime because you won't regret it. read more

The staff were super friendly and welcoming, and always clarifying. One of them complimented my outfit and gave me a token for a one-scoop custard, and the person who brought our food asked if we needed napkins. Lots of small touches that made it an extremely pleasant experience. read more

I asked if my bun could be toasted well and if the burger can be cut in half and he didn't add anything on the register, then when I stared at him waiting for him to add it, he dismissively turned to the cook and said "bun". When I got the burger, the bun wasn't really toasted and it wasn't cut in half, so I sent it back. The cook was very nice about it and brought it back out with no issues. The burger was good, but all of the food was really greasy. While eating the burger, grease began to drip down my hand and the fries/onion rings still looked wet. I ate this for dinner and woke up with the absolute worst headache that lingered for 3 days... Also, just a heads up that it is a la carte, so the drink and sides were an additional cost. The impossible was an upcharge, they don't sell small drinks, then the fronion rings all came to be about $20, which was pretty expensive. The location is tucked in a Kroger parking lot and wasn't busy when I went, which was later in the evening. The inside was very clean, nice and organized. It was also quiet inside, which I liked. Overall, I probably won't come back here because of the headache it gave me, but the burger was decent
